Abstract

There are 903 mosques in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. In 2016, the Pekanbaru City Government formed a Paripurna Mosque program which the Pekanbaru Paripurna Mosque Management Agency manages. Each mosque holds religious activities which a preacher fills. The mosque has a regular schedule of lectures with a short transition period for each type of religious activity held. Based on observations, the mosque management did not get complete information regarding the profile of the preacher. Furthermore, many preachers have canceled lecture schedules due to distance issues and the suitability of the lecturer's profile with the congregations. Therefore, a recommendation system using the K-means algorithm is necessary based on coordinate points, location access, and appropriate types of religious activities for the Pekanbaru Paripurna Mosque. This study also employed one hot encoding technique for non-numeric data. Based on the experimental testing results on the five clusters, the silhouette coefficient value is 0.945. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the system for determining the preachers of the Pekanbaru City Paripurna Mosque has the potential to be used.

Abstract

Serangan jaringan komputer semakin berkembang dan rentan dalam pembobolan sehingga merugikan pengguna jaringan. Keamanan jaringan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan teknologi informasi dan dapat menimbulkan banyak masalah yang cukup serius terhadap keamanan suatu sistem jaringan komputer. Namun dengan banyaknya jenis serangan dapat dicegah secara dini. Pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu dalam mengklasifikasi jenis serangan pada jaringan komputer. Aplikasi ini menerapkan metode Radial Basis Function (RBF) yang telah dioptimasi menggunakan algoritma Tabu Search. Algoritma Tabu Search digunakan sebagai perbaikan bobot awal pada metode RBF. Data yang digunakan sebanyak 1000 data dari data KDD CUP 1999. Terdapat lima kelas jenis serangan yaitu normal, DoS, U2R, U2L dan probes. Pada pengujian data dibagi menjadi data latih 70%, 80%, 90% dan data uji 30%, 20%, 10%. Nilai spread yang digunakan bervariasi, diantaranya yaitu 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 dan menggunakan epoch 1000. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh target akurasi tertinggi mencapai 99% pada spread 1.2. Kesimpulan akhir penelitian ini telah berhasil menerapkan metode radial basis function yang telah dioptimasi menggunakan algoritma tabu search.

Abstract

Books about hadith are often found in bookstores and libraries. Although someone can access hadith via books, not all Indonesians have hadith books and are less interested in looking for hadith via book format. With the development of technology, bots or chatbots in the Telegram application provide information more easily. Hadith search using bot technology is required to make it easier for people the search about hadith. Telegram bot creation for hadith searches using data from Sahih Bukhari's book. The compiler of the Sahih Bukhari book group the hadiths according to specific topics into several books and chapters. The purpose of the make it easier to look at the hadith by the chapter. Telegram bot creation used the prototyping method and successfully created the bot as a hadith search service. Based on Black Box testing, the bot success ran all commands as expected. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) on the bot got a total result of 82,8%. The test results show that respondents' level of acceptance by the Telegram bot for hadith search includes the category strongly agree. From the results of the UAT test, it can conclude that users can accept and use the bot according to their needs.

Abstract

Kemiskinan di Indonesia terjadi di berbagai daerah, mulai pedesaan hingga perkotaan memiliki permasalahan kemiskinan masing – masing. Masalah kemiskinan juga dialami oleh Desa Bina Baru. Desa Bina Baru yang memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 5.760 jiwa dengan total 1.742 keluarga, yang tersebar dalam 30 Rukun Tetangga (RT) dan 8 Rukun Warga (RW). Upaya dalam penurunan angka kemiskinan dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, mulai pembangunan yang merata, penyaluran bantuan yang tepat sasaran, pemberian kebijakan yang tepat, dan lain sebagainya. Pengelompokan kemiskinan menjadikan salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan angka kemiskinan agar dapat memberikan informasi kepada pemerintahan daerah dalam memberikan kebijakan yang lebih tepat guna. Clustering merupakan teknik data mining yang bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan objek-objek data menjadi beberapa Cluster. Pada penelitian ini pengelompokkan dilakukan dengan teknik pengolahan data mining dengan algoritme K-Medoids dari data Desa Bina Baru tahun 2020 berjumlah 1.005. Hasil perbandingan perhitungan untuk Cluster 1 (kaya) sebanyak 527 penduduk, Cluster 2 (menengah) sebanyak 248 penduduk, dan Cluster 3 (miskin) sebanyak 225 penduduk, Hasil evaluasi dari algoritme k-Medoids adalah 0,991 yang menunjukan cluster yang dibentuk memberikan pengelompokan informasi yang baik. Hasil pengelompokan ini dapat dijadikan acuan untuk informasi kelompok keluarga miskin yang diperlukan pemerintah agar bantuan yang diberikan tepat sasaran.

Abstract

The internet is a network that is used to connect computer devices to each other without being limited by the number users. The development the internet can be used for various means, one which is education. One of the schools that use the internet is SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Terpadu Pekanbaru. The school has a bandwidth speed of 300 Mbps originating from IndiHome and Dashnet. This study aims obtain information about the quality and existing internet services that this research hopes can be used as a reference by the administrators the internet network in schools. This study uses QoS (Quality of Service) parameters such as Delay, Jitter, Throughput, and Packet Loss. In addition, this study uses a software called wireshark. Wireshark functions to analyze data packets and quality on an internet network. The results this study get the index values of several QoS parameters. Based on the research, an index of 4 or in the very good category was obtained in terms of Delay, Jitter, Throughput, and Packet Loss both during busy and quiet hours. What's more, the school takes more advantage of the amount bandwidth available from IndiHome providers so they can drain school costs in procuring the network.

Abstract

Purpose: Among government agencies, the Office of Communication, Information and Statistics (DISKOMINFOTIK) which functions as an internet Support for Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), one of which is the OPD Office for Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (P3AP2KB), this study was to determine the quality of the DISKOMINFOTIK network for OPD. P3AP2KB Office.Design/methodology/approach: Analyzing the quality of the internet network at DISKOMINFOTIK and in the P3AP2KB Office OPD room which has a lot of clients during busy hours, free hours, and quiet hours using the Quality Of Service (QoS) method with Throughput, packet loss, delay, TIPHON standard jitter and quantitative methodology.Findings/result: The results of the research prove that the parameter values of Throughput, packet loss, delay are at index 4 with the TIPHON measurement standard in the "Very Good" category, and jitter is index 3 with the TIPHON measurement standard in the "Good" QoS category.Originality/value/state of the art: There has been no previous research to calculate the quality of the internet network provided by DISKOMINFOTIK to Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), one of which is the OPD Dinas P3AP2KB, therefore this research was conducted.
