Abstract

Based on the results of observations that researchers found in the field, the low physical fitness of VII grade male students is evident from the facts that researchers found in the process of physical fitness learning for the 1st semester of 2016/2017 school year. Only 13 students who have good physical fitness level out of 37 students, here the percentage can only be 35.14%, while 64.86% have low physical fitness levels (Physical Educater for Junior Haig School 1 Tiumang, Dharmasraya Regency) . This study aims to uncover the differences in the learning model of game modification and traditional games on physical fitness of male students of class VII Male Students of Junior High School 1 Tiumang Dharmasraya Regency). This type of research is quasi-experimental, which was conducted on October 9 to November 18 in male students of class VII Junior High School 1 Tiumang Dharmasraya District, amounting to 30 people. Sampling in this study using proportional random sampling techniques to obtain a sample of 24 people. The test instrument used in this study is the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test for children aged 13-15 years while the statistical data analysis technique uses the normality test, and the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis using t-test analysis. The first hypothesis is obtained tcount (10.78) ttable (1.796) which means that there is a significant exercise effect of the learning model of game modification on physical fitness. The second hypothesis is obtained tcount (13.7) ttable (1.796) which means that there is a significant effect of exercise in traditional game learning models on physical fitness. And the third hypothesis is obtained tcount (3.19) ttable (1,717), the hypothesis is accepted, it means that it can be concluded that the final physical fitness value of male students in class VII of Junior High School 1 Tiumang, Dharmasraya Regency, students using the traditional learning model group higher or more effective than those using the game modification group..

Abstract

Abstract Gymnastics is a sport that is carried out en masse, starting from the elementary, middle, upper and public levels. In the past, gymnastics was very cultured, this is evidenced by the absence of differences in almost all circles of the gymnastics community both in groups and collectively, old, young, male, and female exercising together. This study aims to determine "The Effect of Indonesian Move Gymnastics Exercise on the Physical Fitness Level of Class V SDN 131/II SKB – Bungo - Jambi City. This research is an experimental study conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is a consequence of something imposed on the sample to be studied. The research method used is an experimental method with a sample size of 36 people. The research method used is an experimental method with a sample size of 36 people. Before being given treatment, students began with (pretest), then were given treatment 16 times, after that it ended with (posttest). This exercise is carried out for 6 weeks with a frequency of training 3 times a week. Based on the tests carried out, the following data were obtained, the initial test data for the average level of physical fitness was 12.83. Standard deviation 1.44. With the highest score of 16 and the lowest of 11. While the data for the final test, the level of physical fitness averaged 15.5. Standard deviation 1.34. With the highest score of 18 and the lowest of 13. The results of the analysis of the normality test for the initial test population obtained data L0 = 0.1357, L table = 0.1477. While the results of the analysis of the normality test for the final test population obtained data L0 = 0.1443, L table = 0.1477. Because L0 <Ltabel means that both data come from populations that are normally distributed. Homogeneity test results show Fcount (1.16) <Ftable (1.75), so the data is homogeneous. The -t test shows that there is a difference between (pretest) and (posttest) tcount (32.59)> ttable (1.689). The results of this study prove that gymnastics let's move in Indonesia can improve the physical fitness of male students with a fitness level of 2.67. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of Indonesian gymnastics exercises on the level of physical fitness of male students of class V SDN 131/II SKB – Bungo - Jambi City. Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pentingnya kurikulum dalam proses pembelajaran, mengingat kurikulum dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan di lapangan. Kurikulum diartikan sebagai rangkaian rencana dan aturan tentang tujuan, isi materi, serta metode pengajaran yang bertindak sebagai panduan bagi penyelenggara kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana kesiapan para guru di SD dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Para subjek penelitian meliputi guru, Kepala Sekolah, dan Wakil Kepala Sekolah di SD. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di sekolah ini telah siap dan memahami Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, sesuai dengan berbagai indikator kesiapan yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Indikator-indikator ini mencakup pemahaman terhadap struktur kurikulum, persiapan rencana pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran, modul ajar, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa guru sudah mampu menerapkan kurikulum merdeka dengan modul ajar dan media yang bagus.

Abstract

Sosialisasi peraturan pertandingan futsal dilakukan untuk tujuan masyarakat melalui seluruh kegiatan gerak yang ditujukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan sumber daya masyarakat itu sendiri. Peraturan pertandingan futsal di ajang provinsi identik dengan kegiatan olahraga masyarakat. Pelayanan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi pelatih dan pengawas permainan terhadap manajemen wasit pada pertandingan futsal. Peraturan pertandingan futsal PORPROV Jambi dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 September 2023 di Gor Kota Baru, Jambi. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan wasit yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. merupakan pengaruh yang lebih dominan, terdapat faktor internal, faktor psikologis berupa kecemasan. Untuk menjadi wasit suatu pertandingan dengan baik, seorang wasit harus menguasai faktor psikologis tersebut. Salah satu cara untuk mengendalikan faktor psikologis tersebut adalah dengan melatih emosi agar tetap terkendali. Pahami pola pengelolaan faktor psikologis dan selalu praktikkan pengelolaan kecemasan.
