Abstract

In the midst of the rise of accounting applications circulating among users, the author takes one of them which was considered the easiest to run. The MANGER application wss relatively easy to use for accounting financial reporting. In addition to the type of MSME business, this application can also be used for college assignments. This study discusses how the MANAGER application could process data and produce financial statement information accurately and quickly. The information would then be analyzed by users who hade accounting skills. In this study, the MANAGER application was applied to SMEs in the culinary field. The result of the information was the condition of the financial position while running the business. The MANAGER output was the values owned by the UMKM business, in the formed of assets owned worth Rp. 172.856.000,-, debt borne by Rp.1500.000.000,-, income of Rp. 3.318.000,-. which must be reduced by the cost of Rp. 462,000,-. So the profit of Rp. 2.856.000,- . This information would be analyzed more deeply as a future business strategy for better prospects. Information is obtained quickly compared to the manual method. The presence of the MANAGER application is very helpful in running a business.Keywords: MSME, MANAGER, output.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to know how much the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program had a positive impact on PT Pupuk Kaltim image in the education sector. The results of this study indicate that the Corporate Social Responsibility program undertaken by PT Pupuk Kaltim received a positive response on the stakeholders. This is evidenced by the results of the environmental satisfaction survey which reached 88% and the examinations conducted by researchers regarding the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility programs on PT Pupuk Kaltim image were 54.9%. Also already had gold proper for two consecutive in years, the CSR program can maintain the image of PT Pupuk Kaltim on the stakeholders. Keywords: CSR, Education, Community Empowerment, Gold Proper

Abstract

The research aims to analyse and prove the partial influence and simultaneous influence of transparancy, accountability, responsibility, indepen-dency, fairness.The research method uses a survey method, there are 30 respondents. Data collection using poll. The collected Data was analyzed using classical assumption test techniques, research hypothesis testing using multiple regression analyses with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows. The results of this study show that partial transparency has a positive and insignificant effect on the increase in profit, accountability positively and insignificant effect on increased profit, negative responsibility and insignificant to profit, independency positively and insignificant influence on profit, fairness positively and insignificant influence on profit. Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan jumlah usaha di lingkungan Yosowilangun Lor khususnya adalah dengan meningkatkan sektor kewirausahaan di sektor makanan dan minuman yaitu produk keripik dan jamu. Akan tetapi terdapat permasalahan pada umumnya yang mengitari pengusaha–pengusaha tersebut yang menghambat pertumbuhannya meliputi beberapa hal mendasar seperti; lemahnya mental berwirausaha, ketertutupan dan ketidakjelasan entitas, akuntabilitas, pemasaran, keterikatan yang kuat pada tradisi sehingga kurang tanggap dan adaptif terhadap tuntutan perubahan, ketertinggalan teknologi, dan cenderung mengabaikan mutu. Dengan demikian kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat diselenggarakan berupa pelatihan mengenai pelatihan bidang pemasaran dan konsep kewirausahaan. Metode pelaksaan kegiatan terdiri dari tiga tahap. Pertama tahap persiapan, Tahap kedua yaitu tahap pelaksanaan program berupa pelatihan. Tahap ketiga yaitu tahap evaluasi dan pelaporan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki dua tujuan, yaitu (1) memberikan pemahaman kepada para pelaku UMKM di Samarinda tentang arti pentingnya menghitung harga pokok produksi dan melakukan pencatatan ke dalam jurnal dengan benar, (2) memberi pelatihan dan mendampingi pelaku UMKM agar mampu menghitung harga pokok produksi dengan benar. Berdasarkan komunikasi awal dengan calon mitra diperoleh informasi tentang masalah yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM di Samarinda yaitu belum dipahaminya manfaat perhitungan harga pokok produksi sehingga mereka umumnya tidak melakukan perhitungan harga pokok produksi. Mereka menetapkan harga jual berdasarkan harga di pasaran, sehingga mereka tidak dapat menghitung berapa laba/rugi sebenarnya dari kegiatan usaha mereka. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam perhitungan harga pokok produksi. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah (1) ceramah untuk menyampaikan konsep perhitungan harga pokok produksi dan pencatatan dalam jurnal dan (2) kasus untuk memberikan contoh praktik menghitung harga pokok produksi, serta (3) melakukan pendampingan di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi terhadap kegiatan, diperoleh informasi tingkat pemahaman pemilik Usaha terhadap materi yang diberikan sebesar 65%. Selanjutnya Tim pengabdian melakukan pendampingan di lapangan
