Abstract

The development of waqf management from land and building waqf has a cash waqf that can be a welfare value for Muslims in the management of their assets, especially in the waqf institution in charge of managing waqf or nadzir in order to be more competent in handling cash waqf issues. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of cash waqf in improving the welfare and welfare of the community. The research method used is qualitative descriptive and observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the role of cash waqf in improving welfare has been held by KSPPS Khaeru Umah, this is obtained because with the benefits of cash waqf called Productive Loans generate profits or profits in business or business. From the indicators of maqashid al-shari'ah that are used there are five aspects including the assets (al-Maal) which serve as a benchmark for the well-being of al-mauquf alaih, in addition it is accompanied by an increase in religious aspects (ad-Din) which are considered to have the most important strength in among other aspects of maqashid al-shari'ah. In terms of improvement can be said to increase for the welfare of al-mauquf alayhi. In the analysis before and after receiving benefits from Productive Loans al-mauquf alaih in terms of business or business did not experience good development, but after the receipt of protab al-mauquf alaih get additional capital from the business so that it can be managed well and even develop to the results or its profit can increase significantly, this can be said that with the role of cash waqf called the Productive Loan program that has been held by the Kaeru Ummah KSPPS it has a pretty good influence or impact on al-mauquf alaih.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the street vendors at the Leuwiliang terminal know and apply sharia buying and selling in their daily marketing strategies and to find out whether the implementation of sharia buying and selling in their marketing strategies has an effect on the sales of street vendors. at Leuwiliang Terminal. To answer this question, the author uses descriptive qualitative research, namely an analysis of data that is explanatory and informational data that will be associated with theories and concepts that will be discussed in qualitative research and provide conclusions from this research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Furthermore, data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Most of the street vendors in Leuwiliang Terminal Bogor do not know about buying and selling sharia, but when they are explained about buying and selling sharia and being asked again whether they apply sharia buying and selling in their daily buying and selling activities? The traders answered that they applied it in their daily buying and selling activities. And the street vendors at Leuwiliang Terminal are of the opinion that the implementation of sharia buying and selling has little effect on the sales of these street vendors. Abstract

Compensation is all income in the form of money, direct and indirect goods received by employees as compensation for services provided to the company. Performance is defined as the ability of employees to perform certain skills, this compensation has a reciprocal relationship with employee performance. This study aims to determine how the compensation system run by BPRS HIK Insan Cita Artha Jaya is in accordance with Islamic economics. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. This method describes, analyzes and draws conclusions from the data obtained in the field. The results of the study indicate that the compensation system refers to the principles of fairness, and feasibility. According to the Islamic economic perspective, the provision of compensation to BPRS HIK Insan Cita Artha Jaya is in accordance with Islamic economic principles and is in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2003 article 86 concerning employment which requires that "Employers must provide health and safety support facilities for workers. the work they do. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the variables of Service Quality and Product Quality had an effect on customer satisfaction in saving at KSPPS Khairu Ummah, Puraseda Branch. This study uses quantitative methods because it aims to confirm the data obtained in the field with existing theories. The sample was obtained as many as 97 respondents from KSPPS Khairu Ummah Branch Puraseda. Using random sampling technique. While for the technique of data collection is done by using a questionnaire, literature study, interviews, documentation and observation. The data were processed using reliability, validity, classical assumptions, regression equations, statistics and coefficients of determination. From the results of data processing, it shows that Service Quality has a significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable which is shown. In the calculation of the hypothesis test with the t-test, partially between service quality and member satisfaction, the tcount value is 4.883 with a ttable value of 1.985, so the hypothesis H0 is rejected. Meanwhile, for the calculation of the t-test between product quality and member satisfaction, the tcount value is 3.859 with a t-table value of 1.985 so that the hypothesis H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between product quality and member satisfaction. From the results of hypothesis testing, it can also be seen that Fcount 72.300 > Ftable 3.097 means that H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that service quality and product quality simultaneously affect member satisfaction. For R2 of 0.606. So that the ability of the service quality and product quality variables to explain member satisfaction simultaneously is 60.6% influenced and explained while the remaining 39.4% is influenced and explained by other variables not examined. Abstract

This research discusses Islamic Education Learning Innovations based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the Industrial 4.0 era. The main focus of this research is on Islamic Religious Education learning innovations that rely on the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze Islamic Religious Education learning innovations based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the industrial era 4.0. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical method. The literature study approach (Library research or also known as content analysis) is applied by conducting studies and analysis of primary sources such as books, scientific journals, articles and documents that are relevant to the discussion. The results of this study reveal that learning innovation based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a concept and approach that is considered new by teachers in learning interactions, where they utilize ICT technology to facilitate the achievement of learning objectives through problem solving. The role of the teacher in developing innovation and learning media by utilizing ICT is an urgent need and a demand to increase the effectiveness of the learning process of Islamic Religious Education. Through learning interactions that utilize the internet network, the potential for creating more effective learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects can be realized.
