Abstract

Currently, many fashion stores use the Internet for convenience and time savings. Aisar.Scarf are one of the fashion manufacturers who employ internet marketing and are the type of goods offered in the hijab market. This article analyzes a business in the hijab industry that markets its products through online marketing and aims to find out used the marketing strategy as well as product quality, price and service at this online store. This research is a survey research with a qualitative approach, where data is obtained through observation of the online media used, messages conveyed and forms of marketing, as well as conducting special interviews with the owner/owner of Aisar.Scarf and also by several people who are non-consumers of Aisar.Scarf with chat or question and answer. The conclusion from this discussion can be interpreted that the marketing strategy used in Aisar.Scarf only uses one marketing method, namely the online marketing approach. And also the product quality, price and service are quite good

Abstract

A claim on insurance is a request made by a customer to an insurance company for payment for risks incurred under a previous contract. Claims submitted will be reviewed by the company and then paid to the policyholder upon approval. The insurance company is responsible for paying insurance claims for a risk that arises in a loan agreement based on a pre-agreed agreement and provided that the specified terms and conditions are met. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the procedure for handling sharia financing protection insurance claims at PT Asurasi Askrida Syariah Medan Branch. The research method used by the author in writing this article is to use the interview method, the observation method, and also the library research method. Primary data and secondary data are the data used. The data analysis method used is a technical data analysis method. Based on the otained analysis results it can e concluded that PT Asuransi Askrida Syariah Medan Branch has implemented process for handling sharia financing protection insurance claims by providing a good settlement in accordance with applicable standards.. Abstract

When it comes to establishing relationships with others in the business world, ethics plays an important role. Business ethics plays an important role in determining the success or failure of a company. Practicing good corporate ethics can also improve communication and foster mutual trust between colleagues. In running a company, you have to focus on two things. The first is aware of and considers the needs and emotions of others. The second reason is to avoid avoiding other people, because corporate ethics vary widely between cultures and countries. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how Business Ethics in Business Companies in the Globalization Era. The author of this article uses observation techniques as a research strategy, as well as library research methods. Based on the discussion in this article, the level of trust that each member of the business community has with each other is influenced by business ethics. There are a variety of stakeholders impacting each other, including businesses, suppliers and end users.
