Abstract

This research aims to develop Mehe's video-based learning animation "Aku Anak Disiplin" to introduce discipline in children aged 4-5 years. Subject in this research and development that is children 4-5 years in Early childhood education institution Anna Husada Bangkalan. Research and development this using the model Borg and Gall. Data techniques using questionnaire (media experts questionnaire, material experts questionnaire, and child question response). Media's feasibility based on the results of the media experts is obtaining the percentage 83.5%, based on the results of the experts of the material obtained a percentage of 85%. Media's feasibility based on product test results obtained a percentage of 96%. So, it can be concluded that media learning video animation "Aku Anak Disiplin" worth it is used to introduced discipline in children aged 4-5 years.

Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan suatu hal penting yang dilakukan dalam sebuah proses pendidikan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat. Adapun strategi pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui kegiatan outing class. Kegiatan outing class juga dapat membantu meningkatkan aspek perkembangan anak karena salah satu tujuan strategi pembelajaran anak usia dini adalah meningkatkan aspek perkembangan anak. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam artikel ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh dan hasil pembelajaran pada anak usia dini melalui kegiatan outing class. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah menggunakan gagasan berpikir atau artikel ini merupakan karya ilmiah yang termasuk non penelitian, sehingga di dalamnya merupakan gagasan berpikir yang terorganisir dan sistematik. Hasil dari gagasan berfikir ini adalah strategi pembelajaran outing class dapat membantu dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar pada anak. Pada era new normal, strategi ini cocok di terapkan di dalam pembelajaran karena dapat menghilangkan kejenuhan belajar pada anak anak selama masa pandemi covid-19 dengan syarat peserta didik wajib untuk tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan.

Abstract

This research examined compliance in early childhood with an age range between 5-6 years in TK X Bangkalan. Compliance is a behavior that early children need to have. Compliance is necessary for children to follow the rules set. The rules can be different in school settings and home settings, but there are several forms of rules that are almost the same in both settings. Rules are set by teachers and parents so that children can be more disciplined and independent. Compliance cannot be achieved instantly in shaping early childhood behavior, but it requires a process. This research aimed to see compliance reflected through concrete behavior in two settings and to see what kind of behavior children do when obeying the rules. The results of this research showed  that early childhood compliance formed behaviors at school and at home, such as taking off shoes, putting bags in place, greeting teachers and parents. This research used a quantitative research approach with descriptive research type. Determination of population and sample were done by purposive sampling, namely TK YKK1 Kab. Bangkalan with a total of 30  respondents of children. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and the results were obtained that child compliance in home and school settings had a medium category. The medium category means that the child has an obedient attitude towards the rules at home or school but there are several aspects, the child violates the rules applied by the school and home environment.

Abstract

Penggunaan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) pada anak usia dini menjadi sarana guru dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Mahalnya APE menjadi kendala yang dialami oleh banyak guru PAUD di daerah Bangkalan dalam menyediakan Media edukatif di sekolah. Minimnya pemahaman pemanfaatan limbah sekitar dalam pembuatan APE sebagian besar dialami oleh guru PAUD. Pemanfaatan limbah tanaman jagung pada bagian tongkol jagung menjadikan alternatif bagi guru PAUD untuk bahan dasar pembuatan Alat Permainan Edukatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis model interactive Miles and Huberman yang mencakup tahap koleksi data, reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Adapun jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 21 guru PAUD yang terbagi dari 3 lembaga PAUD dari Daerah tanjung Bumi Bangkalan sebanyak 9 guru dan 3 lembaga PAUD dari Kota Bangkalan sebanyak 12 guru. Setelah dilakukan uji coba media wire game dari limbah jagung pada lembaga PAUD di daerah Tanjung bumi kabupaten Bangkalan dan lembaga PAUD di kota Bangkalan didapatkan hasil angket guru menyatakan media Wire game yang terbuat dari limbah jagung dapat menstimulasi kemampuan anak dalam membuat pola sederhana, menstimulasi kemampuan mengklasifikasi benda, mestimulasi anak dalam membuat grafik sederhana

Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu aktivitas belajar yang biasa dilakukan guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan proses belajar mengajar di PAUD adalah mewarnai. Kemampuan mengenal warna merupakan bagian dari kemampuan kognitif, dimana kemampuan mengenal warna tersebut hal yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan otak anak. Guru dapat memanfaatkan indikator alami asam basa yang diperoleh pada ekstrak tanaman. Ekstrak tanaman ini akan menghasilkan warna dan akan berubah warna saat ditambahkan senyawa asam basa. Proses pengenalan warna secara eksperimen sederhana akan menarik perhatian anak. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan konsep webinar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru PAUD yang mayoritas dari Jawa Timur dengan jumlah 39 Peserta. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket respon yang berjumlah 10 pernyataan dan menggunakan skala likert dengan poin 1-4.   Penelitian ini dilakukan secara online dan terdapat pengisian angket respon terkait metode ini oleh guru. Hasil angket penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan mengenal warna melalui indikator alami asam basa pada anak usia dini memberikan hasil respon positif. Persentase minat guru sebesar 47% sangat setuju dan 48% setuju, sedangkan persentase minat anak sebesar 59% sangat setuju dan 37% setuju terhadap metode pengenalan warna dengan indikator alami asam basa.Abstract:  One of the learning activities commonly done by teachers in carrying out teaching and learning activities in Early Childhood Education is to describe. The ability to recognize colors is part of cognitive abilities, while the ability to recognize colors is very important for the development of a child's brain. The teacher can obtain acid-base indicators obtained from plant extracts. This plant extract will produce color and will change color when acid base is added. Color recognition process. This will attract the attention of children. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, using the concept of a webinar. The subjects of this study were Early Childhood Education teachers from East Java with a total of 39 participants. The instrument used consisted of a questionnaire of responses collected 10 using and using a Likert scale with points 1-4. The study was conducted online and the teacher provided questionnaires regarding this method. Questionnaire research conducted to develop color knowledge through natural acid-base indicators in early childhood gives positive results. The percentage of teacher interest by 47% strongly agrees and 48% agrees, while the percentage of children's interest of 59% strongly agrees and 37% agrees to the method of color strengthening with natural acid-base indicators.

Abstract

Introduction to Color Games Through the Concept of Polar and Non Polar Compounds. This research was conducted to provide a new learning experience by adapting the concept of color recognition combined with simple science (polar and non polar). This study uses quantitative research approach with one-shot case study type. The results of a simple experimental process conducted in the learning process get positive data that is 88% or 15 children get a very good score and 12% or 2 children get a good score. Based on these results, similar activities can be carried out to introduce children to the concept of mixing colors adapting simple science in learning activities.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan penelitian sekunder yang menggunakan data yang sebelumnya telah dikumpulkan oleh orang lain sehingga peneliti tinggal mengambil secara ilmiah melalui data hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah. Dari temuan jurnal yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa manfaat alat permainan edukatif wire game membawa manfaat dalam menstimulasi kemampuan konsentrasi anak, kedua ditemuan bahwasannya media wire game dalam menstimulasi kemampuan anak dalam memahami bentuk geomtri secara sederhana. Besar harapan artikel ini dalam menjadi pemicu peneliti dalam menguji manfaat meida wire game dalam aspek perkembangan lainnya

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of PAUD institutions that are not optimal in implementing learning, especially in inclusion-based PAUD institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy for implementing learning through play activities at the Anna Husada Inclusion PAUD school. The subjects in this study were Anna Husada's early childhood education staff and students. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study approach. The main data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis for this research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion, as well as recall or validation. The data validation techniques were extended participation, observer persistence, and triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of Anna Husada PAUD inclusive school learning used the central learning model strategy. Play activities that are packaged in the center learning model aim for children to be able to play with a feeling of calm, mingle with their friends and accept each other between normal good friends and those with special needs.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to identify character building for preschool-aged children in the era of disruption. This research produces percentages regarding applying the four character values: honesty, discipline, tolerance and independence.Design/methods/approach – This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive type. In this research, researchers conducted data mining using research instruments distributed online to students’ parents. The results of the analysis of the questionnaire that has been distributed to the parents of the students will later become quantitative data to determine the character development of students while at home.Findings – The results showed that parents’ formation of character values for pre-school-aged children obtained data as many as 365 (95.05%) parents always familiarize and apply the value of honesty. 263 (64.49%) parents always familiarize themselves and apply the value of discipline. 214 (55.73%) parents always get used to and apply the value of tolerance, and as many as 272 (70.83%) parents always get used to and apply the value of independence.Research implications/limitations – The research focus on the four character values is based on the results of previous research, which the researchers used as a reference because students in the early age category are still in the process of growth and development, so the internalization of the eighteen character pillars has not been fully formed.Practical implications – These four character values have different scores where the student’s parents prioritize instilling the values of honesty in educating their children in the family environment. The lowest score results indicate that tolerance is a character education value not applied to the early childhood category. The researcher hopes there will be a similar type of research to analyze the application of tolerance character values in the elementary and middle school age categories.Originality/value – The significance of this research that has been carried out is to see the role of parents in implementing character education values in the family environment. It is hoped that future research can link the four character values to correlational research.Paper type: Case study

Abstract

Penggunaan aplikasi selama masa luring saat era new normal masih tetap dilakukan untuk membantu proses pembelajaran pada jenjang PAUD. Aplikasi tersebut salah satunya aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk pemahaman materi pembelajaran pada anak usia dini, misalnya aplikasi tentang permainan tradisional. Perlunya permainan tradisional yang dikenalkan pada anak usia dini, yaitu saalh satu tujuannya untuk memperkenalkan budaya pada anak usia dini.Aplikasi ini berisi tentang permainan tradisional yang memuat aspek perkembangan, yaitu perkembangan kognitif. Penggunaan aplikasi ini memerlukan peran guru dalam mengarahkan saat anak bermain aplikasi. Peran guru salah dalam mendampingi saat anak menggunakan aplikasi permainan tradisional dapat berfungsi menjadi pengamat, serta dapat mengevaluasi perkembangan anak yang terkait dengan aplikasi permainan tradisional ini.
