Abstract

Abstrak Karawang khususnya Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur merupakan kawasan yang padat akan industri. Kecamatan ini merupakan lokasi Kawasan industri Karawang International Industrial Center (KIIC) yang mana merupakan salah satu kawasan industri berskala internasional. Keberadaan industri ini tentunya memberikan dampak positif maupun negatif. Dampak negatif dari adanya banyak industri adalah penurunan kualitas lingkungan khusunya pencemaran. Keberadaan logam berat dalam limbah cair membahayakan lingkungan, kehidupan manusia maupun organisme lainnya. Upaya untuk mengatasi pencemaran diantaranya adalah dengan metode adsorpsi. Adsorpsi merupakan metode pemisahan dan pemurnian yang banyak digunakan, mudah, efisien dan low cost. Adsorben berbasis nanopartikel adalah adsorben yang memiliki ukuran partikel lebih kecil dari 1 mikron dan berpotensi sekecil atom dengan panjang molekul sekitar 0,2 nm. Adsorben berbasis nanopartikel untuk menanggulangi logam berat menggunakan magnetic reduced graphene oxide (MRGO). Karakterisasi material nanopartikel MRGO menggunakan spektrometer Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR) dan AAS (Atomic Adsorption Spectroscopy). Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah sintesis dan karakterisasi nanopartikel MRGO yang harapannya dapat digunakan sebagai material penyerap logam berat. Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar solusi untuk pengembangan material untuk aplikasi penyerap logam berat untuk mengurangi polusi atau pencemaran limbah akibat industri. Hasil dari penelitian ini, kandungan limbah Fe sebelum ditambahkan nanopartikel magnetik adalah sebesar 166,80 mg/L. Sedangkan setelah ditambahkan nanopartikel magnetik menurun menjadi 0,19 mg/L. Penambahan rGO cenderung lebih menurunkan kadar Fe dalam limbah yaitu sebesar 0,08 mg/L. Kata Kunci: MRGO, nanopartikel, adsorpsi, magnet.

Abstract

Bauran pemasaran merupakan instrumen pemasaran yang dipakai industri untuk meyakinkan objek market yang dituju. Bauran pemasaran terdapat empat variabel diantaranya product, price, place, promotion. Kafe Toyslicious Karawang dalam usahanya sudah mengaplikasikan strategi marketing mix, namun di dalam penerapannya masih belum maksimal. Sehingga terdapat beberapa keadaan Toyslicious mengalami penurunan jumlah kedatangan konsumen yang membuat kafe ini mengalami penurunan omzet. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaplikasian bauran pemasaran di kafe Toyslicious Karawang. Bauran pemasaran berdampak besar dalam meningkatkan profit pada Toyslicious Karawang. Bauran pemasaran terdapat gabungan faktor-faktor yang bisa dipakai oleh usaha kuliner untuk membujuk respon pelanggan agar dapat memenuhi objek market dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan penjualan.

Abstract

The increasing growth of restaurants will create increasingly fierce competition in the culinary industry at this time. Business owners in the culinary industry are required to be able to innovate and use competitive strategies that are in accordance with the development of their business environment conditions to be able to further develop for the better. The research aims to identify, and analyze the Business Model Canvas in TLC. The data collection method used is descriptive qualitative. After identifying the Business Model Canvas, an analysis will be carried out on each element consisting of key partnerships, customer relationships, customer segments, channels, value propositions, key activities, cost structures, revenue streams and key resources, and Analyzed with a SWOT analysis. The results of the Business Model Canvas analysis, there are several elements in the business model that can be developed again with the aim of increasing revenue.

Abstract

Research on the Identification of Stroke with MRI Imagery Using the Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) Method Based on Texture Features has been carried out. This study aims to determine the program's best parameters and the highest accuracy level of the stroke identification program. This research was conducted at Haji Sukolilo Hospital - Surabaya by obtaining 57 images of stroke patients and 15 images of regular patients. The study used the intelligence of stroke, tumor, and standard images to determine each category's image characteristics. After knowing the differences in each class, the next process is digital image processing, followed by feature extraction used is the Gray-Level Co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) with four parameters: contrast, correlation, diversity, and homogeneity. These four parameters are the best input parameters with an intelligence rate of 0.100 with a decrease in intelligence rate of 0.100, so the best accuracy value for training is 74.97%, and test data is 78.60%. Regarding the program's ability to correctly identify 11 data from 14 data tested, the program is feasible to be used as a second opinion.

Abstract

Diabetes is a significant health problem in Indonesia and the world. To understand the patterns and characteristics of diabetic patients, research was conducted by clustering the data of diabetic patients using the K-Means algorithm. The results of the analysis showed that there were two clusters, with cluster 1 consisting of 755 female patients aged 20-80 years and cluster 2 consisting of 404 male patients aged 40-90 years. The diagnosis of Non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus was the most common diagnosis in both clusters, followed by Rheumatoid arthritis in cluster 1 and Respiratory tuberculosis in cluster 2. BMI results in the "ideal" category had the highest frequency in both clusters, but the "less" category was more found in cluster 2. The unique variables in cluster 1 are M13.9 and I15, while the unique variables in cluster 2 are A15 and E11.6. In addition, the analysis of the two clusters shows that the Modopuro and Kebondalem sub-districts appear as the most sub-districts in the two clusters.

Abstract

Atrial Fibrillation (FA) is one of the most common types of heart rhythm abnormalities found in clinical practice in Indonesia. Atrial fibrillation can cause a stroke risk 5 times. Meanwhile, stroke cases themselves tend to rise and become one of the main causes of death every year. The cause of the high number of FA cases is the lack of public knowledge and awareness/sensitivity to the early symptoms of the disease. The purpose of this study was to design an android device for early screening of suspected FA through examination of pulse, complaints/symptoms and disease risk factors. The dempster shafer method is used as a decision making tool for suspected FA or not FA. The results of the detection system performance test, obtained a sensitivity of 93.5%, a specificity of 89.7%, and an accuracy of 91.7%. The test results of the android application design, namely Visual Design and User Interaction, Functionality, Stability and Performance and Overall Satisfaction, show a "good" response in all aspects.
