Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Google Classroom-assisted Blended Learning on student learning outcomes on viral material at SMAN 4 Luwu. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study amounted to 186 students. The sample of this research is class X MIPA 5 and X MIPA 6 each totaling 31 students who were selected by purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out by learning outcomes tests. Data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, namely normality test, homogeneous test and independent sample t test. The results of the descriptive test obtained the average value in the experimental class which was 84.68 while in the control class the average value obtained was 81.81. The results of the analysis of hypothesis testing are 0.043 <0.05, it is concluded that there is an effect of using the Google Classroom-assisted Blended Learning learning model on student learning outcomes in class X virus material at SMAN 4 Luwu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian penerapan tindakan pembelajaran menggunakan model Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) materi pencemaran lingkungan adalah untuk peningkatan pemahaman pengetahuan pencemran lingkungan diharapkan siswa memiliki kesadaran agar tidak ikut mencemari lingkungan yang sampai saat sekarang ini menjadi masalah nasional. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tidakan yang langsung diterapkan didalam kelas dengan cara penunjukan langsung (purposive sampling). Metode yang digunakan menggunakan tidakan empat langkah yaitu: (1) langkah perencanaan, (2) langkah tindakan, (3) langkah observasi, (4) langkah refleksi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: (1) hasil belajar menggunakan model Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) materi pencemaran lingkungan untuk tidakan pertama diperoleh skor nilai rata-rata 43, 23 belum ada siswa yang lulus sesuai standar KKM ≥70. Dilanjutkan pada tindakan dua diperoleh skor nilaia rata-rata 83,58, jika skor angka ini dikonfirmasi pada standar nilai KKM maka ketuntasan hasil belajar 84,8%; (2) Penilaian observer pengelolaan pembelajaran empat kali pertemuan jika dikonfirmasi kriteria keterlaksanaan maka keterlaksanaan pengelolaan pembelajar kategori terlaksana dengan baik; (3) respon siswa penerapan model sains teknologi masyarakat (STM) materi pencemaran lingkungan diperoleh nilai rata-rata 2.79. Disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran sains teknologi masyarakat dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar yang signifikan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of powtoon-based learning animation videos on Ecosystem material class VII at SMP Negeri 6 Palopo. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) which refers to the ADDIE development research design which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The population of this study were all class VII students of SMP Negeri 6 Palopo. The sample in this study was class VII C. The results showed that the development of powtoon-based learning animation videos on Ecosystem material showed that: (1) the results of the validity test on powtoon-based learning media obtained a percentage of 85% with valid criteria; (2) the results of the practicality test by the teacher obtained a percentage of 92.5% with very practical criteria; (3) the results of the practicality test by students obtained a percentage of 82% with practical criteria; (4) the results of the effectiveness test obtained a percentage of 81.25% with effective criteria. Therefore, it can be concluded that powtoon-based learning animation videos meet the criteria to be used as science learning media, especially in Ecosystem material.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' science learning outcomes through the application of a jigsaw type cooperative learning model for class IV SDN 660 Mekar Jaya, Luwu Regency. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out for 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were 24 students of grade IV SDN 660 Mekar Jaya, 11 male students and 14 female students. Collecting data in this study using observation, tests, and documentation. The research instrument consisted of learning implementation observation sheets and tests. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes using the Jigsaw model in learning science for fourth grade students at SDN 660 Mekar Jaya. In cycle I, the average score of students' science learning outcomes was 60.4 (low category) and in cycle II, the average score of students' science learning outcomes was 77.6 (medium category).
