Abstract

XYZ company is one of the small-medium enterprises (SME) engaged in the batik industry with the main focus on making muslim clothes made from printed batik and batik. The company cannot evaluate the cause of the turnover decrease because no performance measurement has been applied. Therefore, a company performance measurement is carried out using the performance prism approach because a company performance appraisal is needed stakeholder contributions using the performance prism approach. Stakeholders of this company are consumers, employees, community, capital owners, and suppliers. Supporting the performance prism frame­work, the AHP method was used to determine the weighting and hierarchical structure and then carried out a scoring system with the help of OMAX to determine the company's actual score. This design shows that corporate stakeholders, including owners, consumers, employees, suppliers, and the surrounding community, obtained as many as 34 KPIs. From the implementation of the performance measurement system with OMAX scoring obtained the value of company performance based on satisfaction aspects (6.489), contri­bution aspect (6.582), and capability aspect (5.646). Recommen­dations are also given to improve it.

Abstract

This research aims to know whether employees perception to compensation justice which is accepted affecting the level of employee’s job satisfaction. Research data obtained from primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained by giving questionnaire to respondent. Secondary data consist of history of the company, company’s profile, organization chart, total of employees, and applied compensation system. Data analysis using the analysis of linear regression and correlation analysis. result of this research shows that there is significantly influence between employees perception to compensation justice with job satisfaction. And there is closer relationship between perception variable about justice of compensation system with job satisfaction.

Abstract

The university is one of the producers of prospective workers who have an important influence in determining the success of the workforce in pursuing their career path. The university is expected to be able to produce qualified workforce candidates, ready to use, and have hard skills and soft skills. This study aims to analyze the learning methods of the Student Soft Skill Development (S3D) program conducted at Faculty of Industrial Technology, Islamic University of Indonesia. S3D is one of the programs implemented with the aim of developing soft skills possessed by students. This study uses the literature review method where the researcher reads, understands, and compares literature from various sources with the object under study. The conclusion of this research is S3D learning method is in accordance with the theory and the results of other studies regarding soft skills education.

Abstract

Situasi pandemi berkepanjangan memaksa XYZ Furniture merubah pola pemasaranya dari pemasaran konvensional offline menjadi pemasaran online. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka membantu mengoptimalkan strategi digital marketing yang diterapkan agar lebih efisien dan tepat sasaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisa STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning), Marketing Mix, dan SWOT. Proses penelitian kualitatif ini dilakukan terhadap kegiatan digital marketing yang dilakukan perusahaan. Diketahui data dari total keseluruhan 46 responden, media sosial yang paling banyak digunakan responden ialah Whatsapp dengan pengguna sebesar 93%, selanjutnya Instagram sebesar 60.9%, Facebook sebesar 39.1%. Dalam hal kemudahan pengguna sebesar 47.8% responden memilih Instagram 34.8% memilih Whatsapp, dan 17.4% memilih Facebook. Dalam hal kenyamanan komunikasi, 82.6% responden memilih Whatsapp, 10.9% memilih Instagram, dan 6.5% memilih Facebook. Dalam hal keamanan, 71.7% responden memilih Whatsapp, 21.7% memilih Instagram, dan 6.6% memilih Facebook. Perusahaan menggunakan media sosial Instagram, Facebook, dan Whatsapp sebagai media digital marketing namun kurang optimal. Terdapat hambatan dalam kegiatan digital marketing perusahaan, yakni promosi yang dilakukan kurang tepat sasaran dan strategi promosi yang masih belum konsisten. Terdapat peluang besar potensi pasar yang lebih luas dari sebelumnya dengan biaya yang rendah menggunakan digital marketing.

Abstract

Drying of coffee beans in Kemiri village is done in a natural way that dried coffee beans under the sun with a grounded sack, there are no coffee farmers who use the tool to dry the coffee beans. Although, drying the coffee beans using the dryer tool can accelerate the drying process and save the time, without the rainy season constrained and produce better quality. Drying is done with a coffee drying tool can make the coffee beans dry more evenly and perfectly. The coffee drying tool uses principles such as the Nako window, which can rotate 180o-360o. Using a coffee drying tool can adjust the position of the slope of the container in accordance with the direction of the coming sun so that the coffee beans can dry more evenly

Abstract

Kemiri Village has various kinds of livelihoods, one of which is a craftsman of besek weaving. Until now, besek craftsmen have only used traditional tools to split bambu into thinner strands. This takes a lot of time and effort in the process. Therefore it is necessary to innovate the bamboo splitting process by making a bambu splitting device for the bamboo splitting to run quickly so that the productivity of the besek woven craftsman can increase. The method of implementation consists of three stages used, the first stage is the design stage of the tool, the second stage is the stage of selecting materials and the last stage is the stage of making tools. Abstract

Masyarakat Dukuh Sawur menanam singkong di kebun mereka. Masyarakat memanfaatkan daun singkong hanya untuk dikonsumsi. Padahal jika dimanfaatkan secara baik, maka jumlah daun singkong yang sangat melimpah, bisa menjadi potensi ekonomi bagi masyarakat Dukuh Sawur. Oleh karena itu perlu dicari cara untuk mengelola daun singkong agar bisa memberikan potensi ekonomi yang tinggi. Daun singkong ternyata bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan kain ecoprint. Metode pembuatan kain ecoprint bisa menggunakan teknik pounding dan teknik steaming. Berdasarkan pelatihan pembuatan kain ecoprint, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kain ecoprint bisa menjadi produk unggulan UMKM di Dukuh Sawur. Hal ini berdasarkan fakta fakta yaitu pembuatannya yang dapat dilakukan dimana saja, alat dan bahan yang mudah didapatkan, persediaan daun singkong yang melimpah serta tahapan-tahapan prosesnya yang mudah dilakukan.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 memberikan dampak yang besar bagi ekonomi terutama berhubungan dengan perubahan perilaku konsumen dalam membeli produk.  atau disebut dengan new normal. Oleh karena itu, sebaiknya perusahaan mempunya strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk mengatasinya. Sayangnya masih banyak UMKM yang melakukan pemasaran dengan cara tradisional. Salah satunya adalah UMKM Ayam Petelur Mas Lukman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai bagi UMKM Ayam Petelur Mas Lukman agar dapat meningkatkan penjualannya. Metode dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT yang kemudian diterjemahkan dalam setiap bagian dalam marketing mix.

Abstract

Arabica coffee, a specialty of Stabelan Hamlet, Boyolali Regency, is produced by Stabelan Coffee Production House. Observations show that many visitors enjoy the flavor of Stabelan Arabica Coffee. Unfortunately, they don't buy coffee to take home as mementos; they just buy it to drink there and then. This is because Stabelan Ground Coffee's packaging, which simply employs plain white paper, makes it unsuitable for souvenirs. Therefore, it is essential to perform community service in order to modify the packaging for Stabelan ground coffee in order to entice travelers to purchase it. The packaging must reflect the caliber of the coffee while also introducing Stabelan Hamlet to possible new tourists.. Based on consultation and discussions with the community, new packaging will be created to match Stabelan coffee powder. The new packaging is a stand-up pouch featuring the iconic Stabelan Hamlet image. The stand-up pouch was chosen because it is practical, affordable, available in different sizes, looks modern and attractive, and the quality of the coffee is guaranteed in terms of shape, taste and aroma. The new packaging is expected to increase sales of Stavelan ground coffee.

Abstract

Penggunaan digital marketing ke dalam rencana pemasaran perusahaan secara keseluruhan telah menjadi sangat penting karena kemajuan teknologi informasi dan meluasnya penggunaan internet. Namun, sejumlah besar UMKM menghadapi tantangan dalam mengadopsi strategi pemasaran digital, terutama karena kurangnya pemahaman dan kemahiran mereka dalam bidang ini. Sesi pelatihan ini diadakan di Dukuh Kalangan, tepatnya di Desa Genengsari, dengan fokus khusus pada UMKM Catering Bu Kam Snack yang belum mengadopsi strategi pemasaran digital. Tujuan dari program pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta UMKM mengenai prinsip-prinsip dasar pemasaran digital, keunggulannya, dan konten terkait yang berkaitan dengan bidang tersebut. Hasil dari program pelatihan dan pendampingan ini mencakup pengembangan keterampilan pembuatan Logo, kemahiran dalam memanfaatkan WhatsApp Business, kompetensi dalam memanfaatkan Google Business, dan pembentukan Akun Lynk.id. Berdasarkan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa UMKM Catering Bu Kam Snack telah siap untuk memulai pemasaran digital.
