Abstract

Village administration and BUMDes are separate but interconnected organizations. Based on the results of the research, the BUMDes of Purwamekar Village has several types of businesses, namely convection, livestock and fisheries as well as timber businesses. The management of BUMDes in Purwamekar Village actually has quite good results, which is proven by the existence of its superior business, namely the bag convection business. This bag convection business has successfully marketed its products to penetrate stores in the market, but currently the bag convection business is experiencing a very drastic decline due to the Covid 19 pandemic, so it has been forced to temporarily halt its production. BUMDes funds are currently being transferred by the village government to handle the Covid-19 pandemic in Purwamekar Village. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, with this method the researchers obtained the results that the management of BUMDes in Purwamekar Village is currently not running well and has stopped due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Purwamekar Village Government is allocating temporary BUMDes funds for handling covid-19.

Abstract

Employee performance is the ability of employees when carrying out their functions and duties, this performance is a measure of the success of employees in providing services to the community. The village office is an agency which in its implementation is close or in direct contact with the needs and interests of the community. Balongsari Village is one of the 13 villages in the District of Rawamerta, Karawang Regency. The purpose of this study is that researchers want to find out how the effectiveness of the performance of the Balongsari Village apparatus in public services in terms of five aspect indicators. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Balongsari Village apparatus has been effective when viewed from the theory according to Mitchel in (Sedarmayanti 2009:51), namely the quality of work, accuracy in completing work, initiative in completing work, ability to complete work, and ability to foster cooperation with other party. The Balongsari Village Office is no different from other village offices in the context of carrying out its duties and functions. However, different things can be seen from the skills and work abilities possessed by each Balongsari Village apparatus. The services at the Balongsari Village Office are still not good, this situation is described by the work pattern shown by the existing employees or apparatus. So that people feel that the services in Balongsari Village require a long process, this is felt by the community when they want to get services regarding the making of letters and also Family Cards. However, Balongsari Village itself is a village that is included in the Advanced Village category and holds a clean village and the best administration.

Abstract

Reformasi Birokrasi dalam seluruh kehidupan menyebabkan tata pemerintahan yang baik dari berbagai sisi. Kualitas pelayanan publik yang sangat baik menjadi prioritas di sektor publik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Layanan ini berdampak pada kepuasan publik terhadap penyediaan layanan. Pengadaan layanan pembuatan Surat Ijin Mengemudi Motor (SIM C) adalah salah satu tugas dan fungsi pelayanan masyarakat yang diselenggarakan oleh Polres Karawang. Tujuan penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan pengadaan Surat Ijin Mengemudi (SIM) di Polres Karawang. Penulis menggunakan metode Qualitatif untuk mengukur kualitas layanan SIM C berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip pelayanan publik yang mengacu pada transparansi, akuntabilitas, persyaratan, kesetaraan hak partisipatif dan Perimbangan hak dan kewajiban. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa layanan belum berjalan optimal. Dengan demikian, belum bisa memuaskan penerima. Kurangnya dimensi pendukung adalah dalam aspek partisipasi dan kondisi. Layanan dengan menggunakan teknologi bisa memfasilitasi penyediaan layanan SIM untuk melakukan Layanan Online yang belum diterapkan di Polres Karawang. Menurut hasilnya, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merubah keluhan dari masyarakat.
