Abstract

Discipline is the operative functions of the Human Resources management so interesting conversation in an organization, because the better disciplined employee, the higher the performance that can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application management function, organizing function, the function of directing and control functions partially or simultaneously to discipline employees working at the Land Office in Bone regency Bolango This research was conducted by using the design of the survey to obtain information on issues that deals with the study variables. Respondents were used as a sample in this study as many as 29 people or all members of the population sampled, so that the determination of the sample in this study is called saturated sample or census. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially independent variable in the form of a variable of planning, organizing, directing and monitoring has significant influence and valid on the dependent variable is the discipline of employees working at the District Land Office in Bone Bolango. Likewise, the simultaneous influence of independent variables with the dependent variable is significant.

Abstract

ZULKARNAIN ILYAS IDRIS. Pengaruh Pendapatan, Pendidikan, dan Biaya Terhadap Permintaan Pelayanan Kesehatan Di Kota Gorontalo        Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan, pendidikan, dan biaya terhadap permintaan pelayanan kesehatan baik di Rumah Sakit, dokter praktek, dan pengobatan alternatif  di Kota Gorontalo. Metode pengambilan data primer melalui wawancara terstruktur dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan keluarga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Gorontalo, pendidikan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Gorontalo, begitupun biaya/tarif memiliki pengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Gorontalo

Abstract

This research was conducted on water hyacinth woven craft SMEs in the city of Gorontalo. This study aims to further analyze the performance of water hyacinth SMEs in the city of Gorontalo, especially their financial performance in maintaining their existence and how much effort SMEs make to minimize the potential for bankruptcy that will occur. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative by calculating and analyzing bankruptcy ratio items consisting of 9 (nine) measurement indicators from the Fullmer H-Score method such as total assets, sales, returns, income, total debt, working capital, gross profit. , interest and cash flow (cash flow). The sample in this study amounted to 10 MSME actors. Based on the results of this study, it was found that all water hyacinth MSME actors in the city of Gorontalo, totaling 10 (ten) MSMEs were all in the HEALTHY category according to the measurement results of the Fullmer H-Score method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh mutasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada dinas pengendalian penduduk, keluarga berencana, pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak (DPPKB3A) Kota Gorontalo baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus sehingga jumlah populasi yang dijadikan responden adalah sebanyak 53 pegawai. Pengumpulan data melalui item pernyataan yang diuji lewat instrumen uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan variabel mutasi dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai sebesar 78,2 %. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel mutasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja (Y) sebesar 38,6 % dan variabel pengembangan karir (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja (Y) sebesar 35,3 %. Penelitian ini terdapat variabel lain yang tidak diteliti tetapi berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja pegawai sebesar 21,8 %

Abstract

In Gorontalo Province, the population from year to year has increased where from 2015 to 2019 it increased but in 2018 it had decreased. This research is of course to find out the cause of the fertility rate in Gorontalo Province as seen from the income and education of the people in 6 Regencies/Cities throughout Gorontalo Province from 2015-2019. The data sources used in this study are secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency and the Gorontalo Provincial Health Office. The analytical method used is panel data, which is a combination of cross section and times series using the Random Effect Model approach. The results showed that income had a positive and significant effect on fertility levels and education had no effect on fertility levels in Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak mutu pelayanan kesehatan (X) yang terdiri dari pemakai jasa pelayanan kesehatan (X1) dan penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan (X2) terhadap kepuasan pasien Covid-19 di Rumah Sakit dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie Gorontalo. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 92 responden dengan menggunakan metode Yamane. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pemakai jasa pelayanan kesehatan (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 54,9 % dan penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 38,5 % terhadap kepuasan pasien Covid-19 di Rumah Sakit dr. Hari Ainun Habibie Gorontalo. Kontribusi X1 dan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 83,2 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16,8 % ditentukan variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian Kata Kunci : Mutu Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pasien

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas seperti Kompensasi (X1), Promosi Jabatan (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3). Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 85 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan membagikan kuisioner kepada responden. Dalam analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan uji F untuk menganalisis secara simultan dan uji t dengan menganalisis secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi, promosi jabatan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada perusahaan Air Minum Muara Tira Kota GorontaloKata kunci: Kompensasi, Promosi Jabatan, Disiplin Kerja dan Loyalitas
