Abstract

 ABSTRAK  Anemia merupakan suatu keadaan dimana konsentrasi hemoglobin (Hb) di dalam darah lebih rendah dari pada nilai normal menurut umur dan jenis kelamin. Angka kejadian anemia di Indonesia terbilang masih cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan data Riskesdas 2018, prevalensi anemia pada remaja sebesar 32 %, artinya 3-4 dari 10 remaja menderita anemia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu diketahuinya pengaruh pemberian sari kacang hijau terhadap kadar haemoglobin pada remaja putri di asrama putri Stikes Syedza Saintika. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Quasy-Eksperiment Design dengan rancangan Two Group Pre and Post Test with Control Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Total Sampling yang berjumlah 30 sampel yang di bagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu 15 kelompok intervensi dan 15 kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi. Data di analisa secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji Independence Sample  t test untuk perbedaan  kadar  haemoglobin didapatkan p value = 0,000 (p < 0,05), terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kadar haemoglobin sebelum dan setelah pemberian sari kacang hijau, artinya ada pengaruh pemberian sari kacang hijau terhadap kadar haemoglobin pada ramaja putri di asrama putri Stikes Syedza Saintika Padang. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah Ada pengaruh pemberian sari kacang hijau terhadap kadar haemoglobin ramaja putri. Saran diharapkan tempat penelitian dapat memberikan sosialisasi melalui penyuluhan tentang penggunaan sari kacang hijau sebagai pencegahan anemia pada remaja putri. Kata kunci : Kadar haemoglobin, sari kacang hijau, remaja putri       ABSTRACT  Anemia is a condition in which the hemoglobin (Hb) concentration in the blood is lower than normal values according to age and sex. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of giving mung bean juice to hemoglobin levels in female adolescents at the Stikes Syedza Saintika female dormitory. This study used a Quasy-Experiment Design with a Two Group Pre and Post Test with Control Design. The population in this study amounted to 30 respondents. The sampling technique used was total sampling totaling 30 samples which were divided into two groups, namely 15 intervention groups and 15 control groups. Data collection was carried out through observation. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using SPSS. The results of statistical tests using independent t test and Paired Sampel T test for differences in hemoglobin levels obtained p value = 0.000 (p <0.05), there was a significant difference in hemoglobin levels before and after giving mung bean juice, meaning that there was an effect of giving mung bean juice on hemoglobin levels. for female youth in the female dormitory at Stikes Syedza Saintika Padang. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of giving mung bean juice to hemoglobin levels in female ramaja. Suggestions are expected that the research site can provide socialization through counseling on the use of green bean juice as a prevention of anemia in adolescent girls. Key words: Hemoglobin levels, green bean extract, adolescent girls

Abstract

 ABSTRAK Suplementasi zat besi selama kehamilan tidak terbukti secara klinis untuk memecahkan masalah anemia defisiensi besi saat kehamilan. Prevalensi anemia pada wanita hamil adalah 18% di dunia, 37,5% di Asia, dan 13,5 % di Kota Padang. Serum feritin dan konsentrasi hemoglobin digunakan untuk menguji Anemia Defesiensi Besi (ADB). ADB diperkirakan sudah ada sebelum hamil. Kesediaan zat besi didalam  tubuh harus dipersiapkan sebelum masa kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar feritin serum dan kadar hemoglobin pada wanita yang baru menikah di Kota Padang. Desain penelitian ini adalah studi deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional dan dilakukan pada 50 wanita pasangan pengantin baru, dengan metode consecutive sampling. Setiap peserta diwawancarai untuk data karakteristik dan mengambil sampel darah untuk mengevaluasi serum feritin dan hemoglobin. Ferritin serum dan hemoglobin diperiksa oleh Immulite 2000 Ferritin dan Sysmex SF-3000 dan data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kadar feritin serum wanita pasangan pengantin baru < 20 µg/dl sebanyak 27 orang (54%), kadar Hb < 12 g/dl sebanyak 17 orang (34%). Simpulan penelitian ini lebih dari separoh wanita pasangan pengantin baru memiliki kadar feritin rendah meskipun kadar Hb normal. Kata kunci : Feritin; Hemoglobin; Anemia  ABSTRACT Iron supplementation during pregnancy is not clinically proven to solve the problem of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women is 18% in the world, 37.5% in Asia, and 13.5% in the city of Padang. Ferritin serum and hemoglobin concentration were used to test Iron Deficiency Anemia (ADB). ADB is estimated to have existed before becoming pregnant. Availability of iron in the body must be prepared before pregnancy. This study aims to determine serum ferritin levels and hemoglobin levels in newly married women in the city of Padang. The design of this study was a descriptive study with a cross sectional design and was conducted on 50 women newlywed couples, with a consecutive sampling method. Each participant was interviewed for characteristic data and took blood samples to evaluate serum ferritin and hemoglobin. Serum ferritin and hemoglobin were examined by Immulite 2000 Ferritin and Sysmex SF-3000 and data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results showed serum ferritin levels of newlywed couples <20 µg / dl were 27 people (54%), Hb levels <12 g / dl were 17 people (34%). The conclusions of this study are more than half of newlywed female couples have low ferritin levels despite normal Hb levels. Keywords: Ferritin; Hemoglobin; Anemia
