Abstract

Since competition is becoming more and more intense, loyalty is beliefed as the guarantee of the existence of a firm in the long term. Having customer loyalty does not only mean be the owner of a certain level of market share, but also have possession of potential return in the long term. However, loyalty is fragile. Low price, fast moving and better products, and also product availability are among the aspects considered as the sources of switching behavior of the customers Experts say that satisfaction must not be assumed as the end of marketing efforts, but loyalty is. Satisfaction is the mediating variable of quality and loyalty, means that quality is fundamental for a service firm to build customer loyalty or long-term competitive advantage.Therefore, even for service companies which own loyal customers, it is better for them to cautiously and insistently maintain their customers so that they will not go away to competitors. Since customers’ needs and wants are always changing over time, the key aspect to keep customers satisfied is understand well any type of service that the customers really need and want.Keywords: customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, customer delight, elements of loyalty, inte¬grated communication.

Abstract

Setiap manajer dituntut untuk dapat melaksanakan proses service delivery secara efektif dan efisien. Akan tetapi pelaksanaan prinsip ini jauh lebih kompleks. Hal ini dikarenakan service itu intangible, sehingga kon¬sumen memerlukan fasilitas-fasilitas tangible agar mereka dapat menilai seberapa berkualitaskah service yang mereka terima. Agar eksekusi service yang berkulitas efektif dan efisien, para manajer perlu merumuskan visi kualitas service, bagaimana seharusnya mengukur, menetapkan objektif kualitas service, memonitor dan melaku¬kan kontrol, serta mengevaluasi kualitas service. Ini demikian karena kinerja dari fasilitas-fasilitas tangible terse¬but dan pandangan konsumen tentang service yang berkualitas dapat saja menghasilkan efek persepsi tentang kualitas yang beragam, bergantung kepada factor-faktor yang bisa dan tidak bisa dikontrol yang melingkupi proses delivery dimaksud. Semua pengukuran di atas diperlukan agar manajer bisa merealisasikan prinsip do it right the first time. Prinsip ini perlu dipegang teguh karena service yang tidak berkualitas ternyata mengakibatkan pemborosan waktu dan biaya.Para manajer harus paham bahwa proses eksekusi service yang berkualitas tidak saja melibatkan aspek teknis, akan tetapi juga aspek-aspek strategis dan nonteknis lainnya yang lebih luas. Kata kunci: service yang berkualitas.

Abstract

It is hoped that by using information system (IS) or information technology (IT) business world will be able to take more and more benefits, and customers could be more satisfied. IT is not surprising, therefore, if the decision on information system investment becomes an integral part of the overall organization’s strategies. Yet, the success of IS development much depends on several factors such as the ability of management to identify the sources of and overcome change resistance. Satisfying customers is very promising effort: increase cash flow and profit. Yet, the result, mainly, depends on the management or researchers’ perception about satisfaction score, the costs should be incurred, and the management understanding about the concept and tools of IS. This paper will discuss about change resistance and alternative ways to overcome the problem, satisfaction trap, the important of cost reduction in IS implementation, and concept and tool to be understood by managers, especially the managers of service organizations.Keywords :    change resistence, information system, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Whether the mathematical connection ability of students who get models learning CORE is better than students who get learning method lecture (2) Whether improvement mathematical connection ability of students who get models learning CORE is better than students who get learning method lecture 3) How is the response students towards mathematics with models CORE. This experimental study conducted at SMP 1 Lebakwangi in the second half for the academic year 2015/2016 with the draft pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP 1 Lebakwangi. Sampling was done by using sampling techniques random simple. From the selected sample, one class into a class experiment, ie classes given models learning CORE and one class as the control class, the classes given learning method lecture. Measurement of mathematical connection ability tests performed using an instrument shaped mathematical connection abilities test description. This instrument has qualified the validity and reliability of the instrument. The results showed (1) mathematical connection ability of students who get models learning CORE is better than students who get learning method lecture. It is based on test results mean difference using the t test which showed (2) Improvement mathematical connection ability of students who get learning models CORE is better than students who get learning method lecture. It is based on test results mean difference using the U test which showed z count > z table yaitu z count = 4,66 > z table = 1,96 (3) The application of mathematics models learning CORE received a positive response based on the student questionnaire.

Abstract

Urban people who have high mobility are starting to realize the importance of better environmental health by reducing air pollution so that they can reduce high stress levels. Being in the house, does not mean avoiding air pollution. According to the EPA (US Environmental Protection Agency) or environmental protection agency in the United States, indoor air pollution is 2-5 times greater than outdoors. Then came the biophilic trend for urban communities by making their homes a comfortable and healthy place by using live plants as a lifestyle because they nourish the body both physically and psychologically. Limited residential areas such as apartments are starting to become the choice of urban communities because of good security, complete facilities, and easy parking and strategic locations. The problem of small residential land in apartments is a problem for users, so they tend to choose to use multifunctional products. The limited land also makes it difficult for the residents to channel their hobby of maintaining plants and pets, as a means of recreation and entertainment. Researchers try to analyze the need for multifunctional furniture that can channel the hobby of raising animals and plants, namely Smart Aquaponics; by not taking up a large space, having an attractive design and complete with automation features. This smart aquaponics research was conducted for apartment users who need a good living environment but have limited time to maintain it. This study tries to apply an automation system in Smart Aquaponik products that can help apartment residents to be able to have functional furniture that accommodates a biophilic lifestyle.
