Abstract

The purpose of this research is to fix the learning proses by using the cooperative learning of Student Teams Achievement Division type (STAD) on subject mathematic in grade VB, Public Elementary School 02, Kotabaru, Tanah Pinoh Distric, Melawi Regency, with the research subject was 27 students. The research found that there was direct impact of the model type used over the student performance result, where it was found that the number of students passed the subject was 22 students or 81.48%. Student activity sheet shown that the number of active students has the score 31 or 77.77% was about 21 students, where its also connected with the teacher activity on the learning proses with the score 86.5 or 80.09%. Abstract

Abstract: This study, entitled "Improving Teacher Competence in Preparing Syllabus and Curriculum-Based Lesson Plan Unit Level Training And Education Through Portfolio Assessment. The purpose of this research is to improve the teachers competence in preparing syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) Curriculum-based Education unit. The subjects of this study were 25 people of elementary school teachers in Menukung district, Melawi regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method refers to the results of the questionnaire on teacher competence in preparing syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), and the results of the portfolio assessment of Syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) from training results. The training results indicate that there are significant changes between the teacher competency before and after the training. In the first, the teacher understanding over the syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan just reached 59.8%. Then, after the training, the questionnaire shown the high increasing that was 81.75% of the teacher has reached good qualification. From those result, it is concluded that the training improvement program in order to increase the elementary school teacher competency in creating syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan has reached the expected goal.Key Words: teacher competency enhancement in preparing syllabus and RPP, training and assessment portfolioAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun silabuds dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) berbasis Kurikulum Tingkat satuan Pendidikan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah para guru sekolah dasar Kecamatan Menukung Kabupaten Melawi sebanyak 25 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif mengacu pada hasil angket tentang kompetensi guru dalam menyusun silabus dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), serta hasil asesmen terhadap portofolio silabus dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) hasil pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan yang signifikan antara kompetensi awal guru sebelum diadakannya pelatihan dan kompetensi akhir guru setelah diadakannya pelatihan. Pada kompetensi awal pemahaman guru terhadap silabus dan RPP baru mencapai 59,8%. Setelah diadakan pelatihan maka hasil angket menunjukkan peningkatan yang sangat tinggi yakni 81,75 dari jumlah guru telah mencapai kualifikasi baik. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan program pelatihan dalam rangka peningkatan kompetansi guru SD dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP berbasis KTSP melalui asesmen portofolio yang dirancang oleh peneliti sudah sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan.Kata Kunci:peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP, pelatihan dan asesmen portofolio
