Abstract

PTS (Perguruan Tinggi Swasta) XYZ adalah perguruan tinggi yang perlu melakukan perencanaan sumber daya manusia baik meliputi jumlah maupun kompetensi terkait teknisi laboratorium.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Xdan Y PTS XYZ. Hasil perhitungan analisis beban kerja waktu yang didapat, sebanyak 11% kekurangan jumlah teknisi, dan 89% sudah cukup. Penambahan jumlah teknisi laboratorium dengan kode B1 dan E3  sebanyak 1 teknisi. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran nilai gap kompetensi menggunakan rancangan alat bantu didapatkan dua hal, pertama yaitu 94% teknisi belum memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dan 6% sudah sesuai. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan teknisi yang sudah sesuai kompetensi atau tidak memiliki gap negatif adalah teknisi dengan kode F1. Kedua, kompetensi yang memiliki nilai gap  negatif tertinggi adalah kompetensi pengendalian diri dan manajemen perawatan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan kompetensi. In this research conducted in Faculty X and Y PTS XYZ. The calculation of workload analysis time pointed out that there is as many as 11 % shortages laboratory technicians and 89% had enough. The research findings suggest that it is necessary to increasethe quantity of each laboratory of code B1 and E3 by 1 technician. Thecompetency gap measurement gaps by using the design tool discovered two important things. First 94 % of technicians don’t have ideal competence and 6 % is in compliance.From the research found the technician who is already based on competence is technician with a codeF1, while the second thing is competence which embeds in it values gap is negative highest self controland maintenance managementcompetence.
