Abstract

Smart campus merupakan sarana bagi Perguruan Tinggi (PT) untuk memenangkan kompetisi pada era industry 4.0. Sistem smart campus membantu PT dalam memberikan pelayanan yang cepat, akurat dan real time bagi seluruh civitas akademiknya. Akan tetapi investasi penerapan smart campus memerlukan biaya yang besar sehingga diperlukan sebuah rencana strategis yang cerdas. Untuk mendapatkan manfaat yang optimal, rencana strategis perancangan smart campus harus diselaraskan dengan kebutuhan bisnis PT. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan bisnis pada PT. Potensi kebutuhan bisinis diperoleh dengan melakukan analisis value chain terhadap lingkungan bisnis internal PT, yaitu dengan memetakan aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh masing-masing bagian pada diagram value chain. Hasil analisis value chain menunjukkan aktivitas bisnis pada PT berdasarkan tujuan, sasaran dan program strategis PT. Aktivitas ini digolongkan menjadi dua, yaitu aktivitas utama dan pendukung. Aktivitas utama merupakan tridharma PT meliputi pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Fungsi pendidikan meliputi seluruh aktivitas mulai dari penerimaan mahasiswa baru sampai kelulusan. Sedangkan aktivitas pendukung meliputi aktivitas manajemen keuangan, kepegawaian, sarana dan prasarana, serta manajemen Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK).

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis dan perancangan sistem smart campus untuk kegiatan monitoring praktikum dengan menerapkan unsur-unsur gamifikasi. Sistem monitoring praktikum merupakan otomatisasi dan dokumentasi proses kegiatan pelaksanaan praktikum pada setiap periode. Pengguna dari sistem merupakan mahasiswa dan asisten. Fitur-fitur yang ada pada sistem adalah login, praktikum, jadwal praktikum, rekap praktikum. Rekap praktikum meliputi rekap tugas yang dikerjakan dan nilai yang diperoleh. Metode analisis dan perancangan sistem dengan pendekatan berorientasi obyek menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Konsep perancangan gamifikasi yang digunakan adalah user-centered design, yaitu mahasiswa. Unsur-unsur gamifikasi yang dimasukkan ke dalam sistem adalah poin, misi, leaderboard dan levelisasi. Poin diperoleh ketika pengguna telah menyelesaikan misi. Ada tiga misi dalam sistem ini yaitu mengisi presensi, membuka materi dan mengirimkan tugas. Leaderboard menunjukkan peringkat perolehan poin pengguna dalam mata kuliah praktikum. Levelisasi dalam sistem merupakan representasi modul-modul pada praktikum. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah dokumentasi dari analisis dan perancangan sistem yang meliputi rancangan sistem, rancangan basis data (database) sistem dan rancangan antarmuka sistem. Dokumentasi ini merupakan blueprint sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring praktikum dengan gamifikasi berbasis web.

Abstract

Puslatda East Java Rowing is rowing regional training center located in East Java . Criteria Puslatda Rowing athletes in East Java has been determined by KONI , so not all athletes can enter in Puslatda . The recruitment of athletes rowing in this Puslatda still manually , thus making the board Puslatda difficult to determine the origin of the development and training center branch ( puslatcab ) where the candidate athletes in eastern Java . From this research came the idea to solve the problem by making Rowing Athlete Recruitment System Regional Training Centre ( Puslatda ) East Java . Results of this system , to facilitate and accelerate the paddle board Puslatda eastern Java to know the development , origin and criteria for athletes.

Abstract

Tourism is a thing that is now developing in Indonesia, including in the city of Nganjuk. Nganjuk city since the first is already famous for its tourism mascot that is Niagara Sedudo and muddy ric e in distinctive food, but the food typical tourist attraction and other less known by tourists because of the lack of information that was obtained. In this study, will be made an application to introduce the city Nganjuk with apikasi as a Tour Guide.The introduction consists of the attractions and culinary in Nganjuk city consisting of details of tourist attractions and specialties, maps, and gallery. This application uses the Google Maps API to display maps and routes from somewhere and Global Positioning System (GPS) to determine the position of the current user. Along with advances in technology, this application is made on Android -based mobile device so it's easy to be accessed anywhere and anytime as long as have an internet connection. From the test results applications can run well to show the route of travel, gallery shows, listen to the sound in Android Kitkat.

Abstract

The Government insists on Constitution No. 22 in 2009, which contains "each user State Highway, provincial road, County Road, the city could sue the Government for damages over mangganti crash experienced by every citizen of Indonesia". Hence governments need to process data network of roads and bridges periodically according to the latest conditions so that it is easy to create reports in report data related to the network of roads and bridges. Then in this research created a portal service public complaints about roads and bridges damaged using geographic information systems (GIS) to the folder type of road and bridge also mapped the points of damage to roads and bridges by utilizing spatial data. Of results try using the Blackbox methods in doing the author to the Bina Marga is a subdistrict of Jember Regency Kalisat, obtained the results that the system can help citizens Kalisat synergy between the Bina Marga keep the assets of the country.

Abstract

Leukemia is one cancer that attacks white blood cells. ALL is a dangerous type of acute leukemia. The identification of leukemia that still uses manual methods makes it difficult for researchers to identify. In this study, the researchers made a way of identifying acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell in white blood cell image by way of image processing. Processes in image processing include image segmentation, feature extraction, and image identification. The method used in image segmentation with k-means clustering and for image identification is used Artificial Neural Network method. The white blood cell image tested using this application will be evaluated in an accurate way.

Abstract

Catering is a business that moves in the field of culinary anda many found ini each city. Catfory Catering is one catering business that serves food reservations with a variety of food menu and package options.At this time the sales information system applied to Catfory Catering by manual and transaction report data is not well organized. So applied by designing and building a web based ordering information system applications so that customers can transact well and facilitate the storage of all transaction reports to be more effective. Making this application using PHP programming language. The result of this research is the application of ordering information system of web-based food menu at Catfory Catering, and it can be concluded in making this application gives ease in order process to customer.

Abstract

Information systems are widely used in an institution. For example in a company, office and education. In educational institutions this information system aims to promote or provide an overview of the profile of the relevant educational institution, administration, and other facilities. This website is the solution needed by SMP Kartika VI-10 which is located on Jl. Brawijaya No.38, Sawunggaling, Kec. Wonokromo, Surabaya City as a medium to introduce schools in the form of school profile information and also as an intermediary for students and parents to find out information on announcements, agendas or other school information. This study conducted to design and build a profile website that can apply information about school profiles and other information such as announcements, agendas, and news. The system is built using a system development life cycle approach where there are 5 stages, namely problem identification, requirements analysis, design, implementation and testing. Problem identification was carried out to collect data from observations and interviews. Requirements analysis was to find functional and non-functional requirements. System design, namely system models, database models and UI designs. The implementation is done by using HTML, PHP and MySQL. To testing the system is using the Blackbox method. The results of this study are a web profile for SMP Kartika 4-10 Surabaya which can display information about school profiles, announcements, agendas and information for new student registration.

Abstract

PT. Bumi Jaya is a company engaged in the import of various building materials and others. At this company, transactions for ordering imported goods are still done manually by employees. The stages of the import goods process are after the customer places an order for imported goods, the company will make PIB, SPPB, and DO documents for travel documents so that orders for imported goods can reach the customer. This study aims to design and build an information system for importing goods that is useful for making it easier for employees and customers to transact. Based on the results of trials that have been carried out, this system has a feature to automatically generate PIB documents, facilitates the process of importing goods, directors can quickly access company sales information, and sales files are safer and do not take up space because they use digital files. With this system, it is hoped that it will be useful for company administrative transactions and sales reports for PT. Bumi Jaya is more effective and efficient.
