Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai proses powder nitriding yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kekerasan permukaan material HSS menjadi lebih baik. Proses powder nitriding ini menggunakan temperatur 5600C dan 6000C dengan holding time 1 dan 3 jam. Media nitridingyang digunakan adalah urea dan cangkang kerang. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa : kekerasan permukaan tertinggi diperoleh pada variasi suhu 560oC dengan holding time 1 jam yaitu sebesar 876,94 HV atau meningkat sebesar 22% dari raw material (720 HV). Hasil pengamatan struktur mikro kedalaman lapisan difusi tertinggi yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 21 μm untuk variasi suhu 560oC dengan holding time 3 jam. Pengujian EDS menunjukkan kandungan nitrogen hasil nitridasi pada variasi suhu 560oC dengan holding time1 jam yaitu sebesar sebesar 3,08 % berat atau 11,08 % atom. Kata kunci : Powder Nitriding, Material HSS, kedalaman lapisan difusi nitrogen, pengujian EDS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the planning, implementation, evaluation of Qur'an-based character education in the formation of students' morals, as well as the obstacles and solutions faced. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach and was conducted at SMK Darul Fatwa Sumedang from April to August 2021. The subjects of this study were PAI teachers, principals and BTQ teachers who were the purposive samples. Data collection techniques used in the interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is data analysis model of Miles and Huberman, where data collection, data presentation, data reduction and conclusion are drawn. The results of the study found that character-based learning activities of theQur'an in the formation of students' morals were in accordance with the function of learning management which included planning, implementation, evaluation and all the components involved in it. The solution to minimize these obstacles is that the teacher offers additional classes outside of the BTQ and PAI subject hours, the teacher makes a list of Al-Qur'an readings for students.

Abstract

In an era where Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education holds pivotalimportance, this research endeavors to explore innovative approaches to enhance STEM literacy,with a specific focus on the topic of organic solar cells. This study presents a case study conductedamong pre-physics teacher students to improve their understanding of this critical topic byintegrating an AI-powered personalized learning platform. The research is grounded in the beliefthat personalized learning, augmented by artificial intelligence, can offer tailored and engagingeducational experiences. By targeting pre-physics teacher students, this study not only addressesthe fundamental STEM knowledge gap but also aims to contribute to the development of proficienteducators who can effectively impart this knowledge to future generations. The study methodologyinvolves the implementation of an AI-powered personalized learning platform designed to adapt tothe individual learning needs and preferences of the participants. Data is collected from pre- andpost-intervention assessments, as well as feedback from the participants, to evaluate the platform'seffectiveness. Preliminary findings demonstrate significant improvements in STEM literacy relatedto organic solar cells among the pre-physics teacher students. The AI-powered platform, by offeringcustomized content, feedback, and learning pathways, has been instrumental in elevating theircomprehension of this complex subject matter. This research not only contributes to the field of AIenhancededucation but also offers insights into the potential of personalized learning platforms inimproving STEM literacy. The findings have implications for curriculum development, teachertraining, and the broader quest for fostering STEM competence among the next generation ofeducators. In conclusion, the study underscores the promise of AI-powered personalized learningplatforms in augmenting STEM education, explicitly enhancing the understanding of organic solarcells among pre-physics teacher students.
