Finding problems at MTs. As-Solehhiyah is that there are still some students who are still not focused, feel bored, lack of enthusiasm in learning so that some of the students' values are under the KKM. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of animation media to learning achievement of akidah akhlak, to know the application of motivation to learning achievement of akidah akhlak, and to know the application of animation media and motivation simultaneously to learning achievement of akidah akhlak. The approach taken in this study is a quantitative approach. The method used is the quasy experimental method. The population in this study was 30 students in each class. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this study was the two-way Vactorial Analysis (ANAVA) technique. The results showed that the application of animation media can increase learning achievement by 12,656. Meanwhile, learning motivation can increase learning achievement by 66, 219. The application of animation media and learning motivation together can increase learning achievement by 3.508.

This study focuses on the declining work ethic of PAI teachers, indicated by the performance of teachers in improving teaching and learning activities that is still low, less concerned about duties and responsibilities, weak dedication and loyalty in carrying out tasks and weak responsiveness when curriculum changes occur. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques using interview observations and documentation studies. The results of this study are 1) the principal acts as an Educator; manager; administrator; supervisors; leaders; innovator; motivator. 2) There are at least three strategies used, namely hierarchical strategies, transformational strategies, and facilitative strategies. In realizing this strategy, the principal equalizes the rights and obligations of each teacher, provides information according to the needs of each teacher and according to their capacity, provides discussion space for teachers to solve each problem.

The presence of modern science originated from developments between the ages or can also be called the form of the renaissance. The presence of modern science as modernism has received a lot of criticism from several post-modern philosophers and even traditionalist philosophers, one of which is Sayyed Hossein Nasr. According to Nasr's view, the root of all crises in the modern world is the misconception of human beings in which the modern world separates science and religion. The purpose of this paper is to explore some critical reviews of the ontology of modern science using the literature study method. The results of the study show that modern science has reduced many things in human life, and has brought emptiness and meaninglessness of life for humans. Metaphysical interpretation is concerned with what is captured by the mind, including the sensing of all human experience, is mental. Everything boils down to science which has the characteristics of systematic knowledge based on sensory observations or 'systematic knowledge of nature and the physical world.

This study aims to determine and analyze the planning, implementation, evaluation of Qur'an-based character education in the formation of students' morals, as well as the obstacles and solutions faced. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach and was conducted at SMK Darul Fatwa Sumedang from April to August 2021. The subjects of this study were PAI teachers, principals and BTQ teachers who were the purposive samples. Data collection techniques used in the interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is data analysis model of Miles and Huberman, where data collection, data presentation, data reduction and conclusion are drawn. The results of the study found that character-based learning activities of theQur'an in the formation of students' morals were in accordance with the function of learning management which included planning, implementation, evaluation and all the components involved in it. The solution to minimize these obstacles is that the teacher offers additional classes outside of the BTQ and PAI subject hours, the teacher makes a list of Al-Qur'an readings for students.
