Abstract

This study aims to find out the promotion cost incurred by the Hotel Fiducia Serpong, to determine the income level of Hotel Fiducia Serpong, and to determine the effect of promotion costs on income at Hotel Fiducia Serpong.The research method used in this research is quantitative assosiatif. Methods of collection by conducting interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The method of analysis used is simple regression test, correlation test, test of determination, and hypothesis test (t test). the data is then processed using the Statitstical Social Science Program (SPSS) version 19.00.The results of this study show that the cost of promotion issued Hotel Fiducia Serpong fluctuate. The income level of Hotel Fiducia Serpong has fluctuated. There is a very strong and significant positive influence between the cost of promotion to the income of Hotel Fiducia Serpong. It can be seen from simple regression coefficient value Y = 1.270 + 29.143X, correlation coefficient r = 0,999, coefficient determination value R = 99,9%, and t value> t table value (21,811> 6,314). Keywords:Promotion Cost, Revenue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan , untuk mengetahui kecenderungan dan memperoleh bukti empirik, serta  kesimpulan tentang pengaruh faktor-faktor seperti variabel budaya organisasi `dan motivasi kerja yang berdampak pada kinerja karyawan serta implikasinya pada PT. `Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Prima Kredit Sejahtera. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengunakan `metode survei deskriptif analitik dengan sampel jenuh sebanyak 35 responden. Instrument `pengumpulan data disusun dalam angket yang menggunakan skala Likert, dengan Uji `koefisien korelasi. koefisein determinasi dan uji hipotesis Setelah melalui proses pengolahan data dan analisis menunjukkan hubungan antar variable penelitian sebagai berikut : (1) Terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Prekreditan Rakyat Prima Kredit Sejahtera. `(2) Terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara Motivasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Bank `Prekreditan Rakyat Prima Kredit Sejahtera; (3) Terdapat hubungan sangat kuat antara `Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi secara simultan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Bank `Perkreditan Rakyat Prima Kredit Sejahtera penelitian ini disarankan bahwa perlu ditingkatkan terus menerus Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja yang impikasinya dapat meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Prima Kredit Sejahtera. Hendaknya menjadi perhatian Direksi sebagai pengambil kebijakan manajemen perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi dan Kinerja

Abstract

Kegiatan pegabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mentransfer pengetahuan bagaimana cara Bisnis Online UKM Ds.Cilengka Kec, Pagedangan.Kab ,Tangerang -Banten Tangerang agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk maupun jasa yang ditawarkan dengan menanfaatkan aplikasi buka lapak Adapun metode yang dilakukan berupa penyampian materi dalam bentuk teori presentasi dan praktik menjadi anggota dan mamasarkan produk. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah bekerjasama dengan UKM Ds.Cilengka Kec, Pagedangan.Kab ,Tangerang -Banten dengan memganalisis pemasalahan yang ada di tempat tersebut sehingga dapat memberikan solusi yang tepat dalam memotivasi anggota yang adalah pelaku bisnis UKM Ds.Cilengka Kec, Pagedangan.Kab ,Tangerang -Banten. Setelah di analisis maka kami memberikan pelatihan dalam bentuk materi dan praktek yang bertujuan mengembangkan kemampuan untuk meningkatkan produktivtas bagi para anggota UKM Ds.Cilengka Kec, Pagedangan.Kab ,Tangerang –Banten.

Abstract

The results will not betray effort, it is a real expression, that every success is the result of hard work, ability, intelligence, and sacrifice. This means that at work requires a committed attitude. Namely, a determination, sincerity, and responsibility for the trust received. Thus, every behavior is obedience to rules, obedience to orders, and compliance with procedures. The employee model with this attitude has a significant effect on the achievement of organizational goals. This study is interested in expressing the attitude of commitment and the variables that influence it. The research method used is quantitative, descriptive analysis, and path analysis. The results showed that the organizational culture variable was the dominant factor in commitment. Even organizational culture can increase morale (motivation) which has an impact on strengthening work commitment. In addition, the work environment variable has a weak relationship in explaining work motivation and commitment.

Abstract

Today's in digital era, all sectors use technology to develop production and increase sales, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. But in fact, many obstacles are faced, for example, existing human resources cannot use technology and information, the high cost of technology procurement, lack of references, and so on. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide additional knowledge to MSME actors in the South Tangerang Buaran Exit, about the use of digital marketing and digital markets, so that they can overcome the problem of declining sales due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The method of service activities is carried out by explaining the material and sharing experiences. In practice, exposure activities are carried out by displaying material in the form of slideshows, pictures, and videos. Meanwhile, the experience sharing session was carried out by showing directly how to do digital marketing in the digital market, such as how to register and open a digital store at Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and so on. Then it is also explained, how to get competitive products from the marketplace. This activity was held for three days, Tuesday 05 October 2021 to 07 October 2021. Argumentatively the results of this activity became a reference for the participants on how to do business in the digital era. So that the participants gain knowledge, which makes them aware of the importance of adapting. In addition, this activity spurred the spirit of doing business with a new model, namely further optimizing online sales in the digital market.

Abstract

Human resource management plays an important role for the company in order to provide maximum results while also having the best professionalism that can be relied on to achieve the company's goals and objectives, namely getting maximum profit. As the main key, human resources will determine the success of the company's activities. The demands of companies to acquire, develop and maintain quality human resources are increasingly pressing in accordance with the dynamics of the ever-changing environment. In an organization, the existence of human resources (HR) is the most important factor, so it can be seen in the reality of organizations or companies that have the same technology, work procedures and organizational structures, but the dynamics or mobility of organizations or companies differ from one another. . This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and promotion on employee performance at PT. Lasting Era Brilliant Thamrin Residence Branch". The method used is explanatory research, and hypothesis testing. With the survey technique, the questionnaire was distributed with a Likert scale. The determination technique uses saturated sampling with 50 respondents. The results showed that the obedience of an employee in the organization is strongly influenced by the amount of compensation and work rewards (in the form of a career). Statistically it shows a positive level of relationship, either partially or simultaneously. This confirms that discipline is born due to many factors, one of which is getting a decent salary and being given a better position.
