Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Glenindo Citra Abadi di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel disiplin diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,418 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,845 dengan kriteria baik. Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 9,393 + 0,850X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,766 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 58,7%. Uji  hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PDAM (Perusahaan daerah Air Minum) di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel budaya kerja diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,427 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel produktivitas karyawan diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,855 dengan kriteria baik. Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 9,174 + 0,857X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,775 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 60,1%. Uji  hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Era globalisasi seolah-olah satu negara dengan negara lain ibarat sebuah  kampung, karena setiap saat kita dapat memantau setiap  perkembangannya salah satunya  melalui  berbagai  media  internet (pengaruh positifnya) bertambahnya pengetahuan, tetapi ada pula  pengaruh  negatifnya  bagi  remaja dan  masyarakat  umumnya sepertinya  sekarang  ini  telah  dihadapkan  kepada krisis jati diri bangsa. Pada saat ini  sekarang  sikap dari  kebiasaan warga negara  sudah  tergantikan  dengan individualistis, materialistis, bahkan munculnya berbagai  macam  kekerasan  telah  tumbuh di sekeliling  kita.  Solusinya tiada lain untuk di Indonesia pendidikan kewarganegaraan harus disosialisasikan dan dibelajarkan kepada masyarakat.-----------------------------------------------------The era of globalization as if one country with another country is like a village, because every time we can monitor each development, one of them is through various internet media (positive influence), increasing knowledge, but there are also negative influences for teenagers and the general public to the crisis of national identity. Now, the attitude of citizens' habits has been replaced by individualistic, materialistic, even the emergence of various kinds of violence that have grown around us. The alternative solution in Indonesia, citizenship education must be socialized and taught to the community.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman mengenai kebijakan pemerintah mengenai pemberian insentif pajak; pemahaman atas masa pembayaran, penyetoran dan pelaporan pajak; dan perhitungan atas pph (pajak penghasilan). kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan kepada masyarakat melalui metode ceramah, tutorial, dan diskusi. Target materi pada kegiatan penyuluhan PKM tercapai dengan cukup baik, dapat dilihat dari hasil pemahaman dari materi kegiatan. Untuk menerapkan hasil dari kegiatan masih diperlukan UMKM binaan di sektor kuliner dan fashion dapat melaksanakan pengadministrasian keuangan yang baik, merencanakan strategi keuangan yang baik dan perencanaan perpajakan tepat guna dan tertib administrasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the copra business in Pesisir Selatan Regency in terms of: (1) the distribution pattern of the copra business, (2) the feasibility of the copra business in Pesisir Selatan District. This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted in Pesisir Selatan District in three subdistricts namely Lengayang District, Ranah Pesisir District and Linggo Sari Baganti District. The sample of this study used a total sampling technique so that the sample consisted of 7 copra businesses. Data on the pattern of distribution of copra businesses were analyzed using nearest neighbor analysis, while for the feasibility of copra businesses were analyzed using the revenue cost ratio formula. The results of the study found that: (1) The pattern of distribution of copra businesses in Pesisir Selatan Regency has a pattern of spreading in three subdistricts, namely Lengayang District, Ranah District Coastal and Linggo Sari Baganti District. With the nearest neighbor analysis, the distance between the nearest neighbors and the distribution of copra businesses in Pesisir Selatan Regency is 2.123, a z-score is 5.684108 and a p-value is 0. (2) The feasibility of copra businesses spread across Pesisir Selatan Regency is obtained by the value of R/ The largest C is 5.21 while the lowest is 2.59 where the R/C value is > 1 which means that the copra business is feasible to run in Pesisir Selatan District.

Abstract

This study was carried out because of the importance of studies related to inclusive education. This research was conducted based on secondary reference sources in the form of theories, concepts and results of previous research publications which were analyzed scientifically to answer various problems in this research. The findings of the research conducted found that inclusive education can be interpreted as a commitment to providing equal education for all students. To measure the success of inclusive education, there needs to be good performance indicators and an effective evaluation system. In this way, we can ensure that every student, including those with special needs, has a fair opportunity to thrive and succeed in their education. Good evaluation also enables continuous improvement in efforts to realize better inclusive education for all. Several recommendations for improving inclusive education based on the findings and implications of studies measuring the success of inclusive education: 1) Strengthening Teacher Training; 2) Development of More In-Depth Performance Indicators; 3) Parent and Student Involvement; 4) Adequate Resource Allocation; 5) Information Systems Development; 6) Development of an Inclusive School Culture; 7) Changes in Policy and Practice; 8) Continuous Evaluation; 9) Providing Special Support; 10) Community Education.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of school principals' leadership in the development of education management standards at MTs Yaspida Sukabumi. The aim of this research is to improve the education quality through the implementation of effective management standards. The research method used is qualitative, involving the school principal, teachers, and students as respondents. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research indicate that the leadership of the school principal plays a significant role in developing education management standards. School principal who has a clear vision, good communication, inclusive leadership, and the ability to mobilize the entire school community can create an conducive environment to improving the education quality. This research concludes that effective school leadership in the development of management standards have a positive impact on the education quality at MTs Yaspida Sukabumi.

Abstract

This study aims to explore principals' responses and understandings related to the implementation of Permendikbudristek Number 40 of 2021  on the assignment of teachers as principals, as well as identify the challenges faced in implementing the policy. The research used qualitative methods involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the policy has been carried out in stages and coordinated. However, in responding to the policy, there are several challenges faced. One of them is the lack of qualified teachers to become principals, which has an impact on the selection and assignment process. Thus, the implementation of Permendikbudristek Number 40 of 2021 has the potential to improve the quality of education in primary schools in Sukabumi district. To overcome the challenges, it is recommended that the government evaluate the burdensome articles. Good coordination between all relevant parties is needed to reach a mutual agreement. This research contributes to the understanding of principals' responses to the implementation of the policy on teacher assignment as principals and identifies the challenges faced. The results of this study can be the basis for developing more effective policies and strategies in improving the quality of principal leadership and education in primary schools.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to examine the impact of the blended learning model based on the Learning Management System (LMS) on both student learning outcomes and motivation. Within the realm of education, students often encounter various challenges, such as a lack of enthusiasm, boredom, and difficulties in grasping learning materials due to the limited variety in teaching and learning approaches. To address these issues, this study adopts a survey method employing a quantitative approach. The study encompasses all students at STKIP PGRI Sukabumi, with a sample size of 100 students chosen through the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection is conducted via a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms. The analysis involves multiple linear regression utilizing the SPSS 23 program, and the findings are as follows: 1. The LMS-based blended learning model demonstrates a significant influence on learning outcomes, as indicated by the t-count value of 6.835, surpassing the t-table value of 1.984. 2. Learning motivation is identified as a significant factor affecting learning outcomes, with a t-count value of 10.216, exceeding the t-table value of 1.984. 3. Both the LMS-based blended learning model and learning motivation collectively exhibit a substantial impact on learning outcomes, evidenced by an F-count value of 59.851, surpassing the F-table value of 3.089. In summary, the study concludes that the integration of the LMS-based blended learning model and enhanced learning motivation plays a pivotal role in advancing student learning outcomes.
