Murabahah product financing at BMT Muamalah Tulungagung is the product most interested in by members, but in its implementation there are often problems such as non-progress of installments, doubt and traffic jams. If these problems are not minimized and resolved with an effective strategy, it will certainly affect the sustainability of the BMT business. The formulation of the problem is as follows: What is the strategy in dealing with problematic murabahah product financing at BMT Muamalah Tulungagung? and What are the factors that accelerate the resolution of murabahah product financing problems at BMT Muamalah Tulungagung ?. The research method is included in field research and in the type of qualitative descriptive research. Based on the research results, it can be argued that the strategy in overcoming problematic murabahah product financing at BMT Muamalah Tulungagung has been implemented based on the provisions of the DSN-MUI fatwa. The strategy applied is adjusted to the criteria for the problem and the character of the members which include: first, for problems when the installment failure is resolved through a persuasive approach, if it is not deliberate and members still have good faith, BMT will be given relief. Second, for members whose financing quality is doubtful, it will be resolved through a correspondence administration strategy, starting from invitation letters, warning letters (SP-1, SP-II and SP-III). Third, the final strategy if there is non-performing financing and members are negligent or do not have good faith, it will be resolved through sales or collateral execution. As for the factors that accelerate the resolution of murabahah product financing problems at BMT Muamalah Tulungagung, among others, the BMT is making serious efforts towards the resolution and from its members also have the responsibility, are willing to be cooperative and have good faith to immediately resolve the problem by means of which has been determined by BMT Muamalah Tulungagung.

Harus diakui bahwa Badan Amil Zakat yang dibentuk pemerintah masih jauh dari prinsip professional-productive. Artinya bahwa lembaga amil zakat itu kurang profesional dan kurang produktif dalam mengelola zakat dari masyarakat. Hal tersebutlah yang menjadi salah satu alasan masyarakat untuk menyaluran zakatnya langsung kepada muzakki. Fokus penelitian pada: 1. Bagaimana Analisis SWOT Pengelolaan Zakat pada BAZNAS Tulungagung?; 2. Bagaimana Peran BAZNAS Tulungagung dalam meningkatkan jumlah muzakki?. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari dokumentasi, interview (wawancara) dan observasi (pengamatan). Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan: data reduction, data display dan conclutiondrawing/verification. Hasil pembahasannya antara lain Baznas telah ditetapkan dengan Keputusan Presiden republik Indonesia Nomor 8 tahun 2001. Bahwa cara yang ditempuh oleh Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Tulungagung dalam mensosialisasikan kewajiban membayar zakat dan menyadarkan para muzakki untuk menyalurkan zakatnya melalui lembaga amil zakat khususnya di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Tulungagung yaitu dengan melalui khutbah jum'at, majelis ta'lim, majalah, brosur-brosur yang sifatnya praktis yang berisikan tentang harta yang wajib di zakati dan cara penghitungannya serta melihat secara langsung kegiatan pendistribusian. Sosialisasi yang di lakukan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Tulungagung dalam meningkatkan jumlah muzakki sudah cukup bagus, karena jumlah muzakki yang menyalurkan zakatnya melalui Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Tulungagung dari tahun ke tahun semakin meningkat. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat kepada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Tulungagung semakin besar.

Whatsapp business adalah suatu aplikasi gratis yang ada di playstore,whatsapp business ini bisa digunakan untuk perpesanan hanya menggunakan internet. Aplikasi whatsapp business ini juga bisa untuk mengirim gambar, video, audio, file, dan bahkan dapat melakukan panggilan video dan juga panggilansuara secara gratis asalkan terhubung dengan internet. Manfaat dari whatsapp business yaitu sebagai sarana komunikasi dengan pelanggan di dalam dunia bisnis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Mia Bakery Jl. Adil 25B Rt 01 Rw 02 Lingkungan 10, desa Ngunut, Kec. Ngunut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipemanfaatan applikasi whatsapp bisnis dalam strategi pemasaran online untukmeningkatkan jumlah penjualan di Mia Bakery Ngunut Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif yang tidakmenggunakan perhitungan, sehingga akan menghasilkan data deskriptif yaituberupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari narasumber dan prilaku yang diamati. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada kesamaan antara teori dan praktikdalam proses penjualan dengan menggunakan applikasi whatsapp business dan peningkatan penjualan setelah menggunakan whatsapp business yang di lakukan oleh Mia Bakery.

The livestock rearing system, known as gaduh goats, is when capital owners or investors have goats and hand them over to other parties to care for them, and are given compensation in the form of profit sharing. In this research, researchers will examine the cooperative analysis of rowdy goat farming according to Islamic Economics in Pojok Village, Ngantru District, Tulungagung Regency. This research intends to analyze cooperative rowdy goat farming according to Islamic Economics. The method applied is a descriptive qualitative approach intended to analyze data in the form of words and images. The types of data processed are primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected directly in the field, namely through owners and breeders, while secondary data was obtained from books and online journals. Data collection applies observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The concept of profit sharing aims to organize partnerships to bear risks and obtain business results for both parties. In this system, there is no guarantee of fixed profits, and profits and losses are shared according to the initial agreement. This principle avoids the element of uncertainty that includes ordinary business risks, but not excessive uncertainty (gharar), which is not permitted in Islam. Risk management in this noisy system is by the principles of Islamic Economics, where future risks are borne by all parties. Keyword: Goat Rowing Practice, Cooperative, Profit Sharing.

Abstract Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School has a social institution called Baitul Maal Hidayatullah which focuses on da'wah and education. Apart from that, Baitul Maal Hidayatullah became Mitra Zakat, a part and partner of the National Amil Zakat Institution. Baitul Maal Hidayatullah is at the Surya Melati Hidayatullah Educational Institution Bandung Tulungagung. This research will look at how Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Zakat Partners, Tulungagung Regency collect and distribute zakat, infaq and alms. This research aims to find out how Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Zakat Partners, Tulungagung Regency collect donations, zakat funds and alms and how these funds are distributed. This research adopts a qualitative approach with descriptive methods as its basis. Information was collected through a documentation process and in-depth interviews; Data analysis is carried out through reduction, delivery and conclusions. Research findings show that there are three strategies for raising funds through zakat, infaq and alms: the traditional method involves visiting the prospective muzaki's home, where programs are presented in the form of proposals, and the muzaki can visit the office directly to make donations. Meanwhile, the modern approach utilizes online platforms that provide information related to the programs being implemented, with the use of social media to build sympathy from muzaki. In following the evolution of the times, this approach always adapts to technological advances that make transactions easier for muzaki. Donation funds were given directly to the Surya Melati Hidayatullah Bandung Tulungagung Educational Institution, to be further managed by the financial department in accordance with the zakat, infaq and alms program at Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Zakat Partners, Tulungagung Regency. Baitul Maal Hidayatullah is a social organization that collects zakat, infaq, sadaqah, waqf and grants in the form of corporate and social responsibility funds and then distributes them through educational, da'wah, social and economic programs throughout the country. One of the programs that aims to build mental and cognitive strength for the next generation using an educational approach is scholarships for students who are financially disadvantaged. With this program, Baitul Maal Hidayatullah captures orphans and poor children through the Nurul Iman Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school which is located in Ketanon Village, Kedungwaru District, Tulungagung Regency. So that orphaned and poor students are prosperous and their education is helped through the boarding school. This research examines how Baitul Maal Hidayatullah helps Nurul Iman Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school. The purpose of this research is to see how Baitul Maal Hidayatullah helps the Nurul Iman Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school. This research applies a type of qualitative research using descriptive methods. The data collection method is by asking a few questions, seeing directly in the field and taking some documents or appropriate data. Data analysis techniques include adjustment, presentation and conclusion. The results of this study prove that Baitul Maal Hidayatullah is an organization that aims to collect zakat, infaq, sadaqah and waqf funds, which then one of the sources of funds in the form of infaq is distributed to mustahik. The infaq funds collected by Baitul Maal Hidayatullah are well channeled to the Nurul Iman Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school. Several programs to support the distribution of infaq include tahfidz santri scholarships, santri rice, santri construction, santri operations and cottage teacher operations. Islam, among the world's religions, is the only religion that upholds the value of work. A job reflects the actual duties, obligations and responsibilities of each individual employee towards their position. In a company, employee work ethic plays an important role in contributing to the progress and decline of a company. In Islam, the work ethic must be based on three elements, namely, monotheism, piety and worship. This means that monotheism (faith in Allah Almighty) causes a person to assess that his work and the results of his work are a means of uniting Allah SWT. However, in the reality of life, there are still many employees, especially Muslims, who are still lazy, undisciplined, unwilling to work hard, and work as they please or what could be called a lack of work ethic. In this research, researchers will examine various types of work ethic that influence company productivity, and how to improve employee work ethic based on an Islamic economic perspective. This research employs a qualitative methodology characterized by a case study approach, emphasizing descriptive analysis.The work ethic of employees at PT HDMS Professional Blitar is fluctuating, meaning that the conditions of each employee are different from one employee to another. Lack of employee work ethic can be overcome by making conditions as comfortable as possible in the workplace and establishing good relationships between employees and company leaders.
