Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagimana seharusnya hak-hak yang dimiliki oleh istri dan suami dalam perkawinan, ketika berbicara tentang hak dan kewajiban suami isteri di zaman sekarang, terutama di kalangan akademisi (penggiat ilmu pengetahuan), kita tidak dapat lepas dari membicarakan pandangan orang-orang yang menginginkan pembaharuan dalam hukum-hukum yang berkaitan dengan hal disebut di atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan serta fenomenologis, sumber literatur dari buku digunakan untuk melihat keadaan sosial berkenaan dengan masalah ini. Singkatnya dapat dikatakan bahwa, banyak sudah pemikir muslim di zaman sekarang yang tidak paus lagi dengan hukum keluarga yang ada dalam kitab-kitab fikih klasik, yang mayoritas ditulis oleh orang Arab. Orang-orang yang menginginkan hal demikian belakangan disebut namanya dengan kaum feminis, yaitu orang-orang yang meinginginkan kesetaraan gender, baik dalam hubungan suami isteri maupun peran wanita di ranah publik. AbstractThis research discusses how the rights of a wife and husband in marriage should be, when talking about the rights and obligations of husband and wife today, especially among academics (scientific activists), we cannot be separated from discussing the views of other people. who want reforms in the laws relating to the matters mentioned above. This research uses a literature study and phenomenological approach, literature sources from books are used to see the social situation regarding this problem. As part of efforts to boost the economic vitality of the village communities in Pematang Bandar district of Simalungun Regency, public awareness of the use of palm leaves for sticks has encouraged entrepreneurs to develop crafts by processing palm leaves into sticks. It provides an opportunity to open a product workshop and lead to a variety of products. processed. High quality handicraft shape. The craft of processing palm sticks is very promising if you reach the right target market with the right strategy and advice. The purpose of this service activity is to see how stakeholder perspectives and strategies of oil palm artisans are implemented to support economic growth of rural communities in Pumatan Bandar District, Simalungun District. The SWOT analysis method uses joint engagement and research techniques. From the results of the activities, the village community-run handicraft shop of palm oil sticks in Pematang Bandar district of Simalungun Regency is very promising with increased sales, number of consumers' interest and wide market share. The use of palm oil sticks in crafts has the potential to support economic growth in the community. Therefore, one viable strategy is to open production cooperatives to improve services and increase the quality and consumer confidence of products made from palm oil sticks. In addition, this palm oil stick handicraft business is considered creative and productive as it can generate employment for the community, which helps to promote economic growth in the community.

Artikel jurnal ini membahas ihwal konsep rezeki dalam filsafat hukum dan ekonomi Islam. Bertolak dari tugas utama filsafat yaitu memperjelas konsep (clarifiying concepts), maka pertanyaan besar yang akan dicarikan jawabannya dalam artikel ini adalah, term rezeki (al-rizq) sebagai manifestasi konseptual, bagaimana konsepnya? Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian studi pustaka, peneliti mencoba meninjau lebih jauh terkait perbedaan—sekaligus membatasi subjek penelitian—ahli sunnah dengan Muktazilah dalam memandang apa yang disebut dengan rezeki. Kesimpulannya dalam pembahasan al-rizq tersebut, ternyata sebatas pada penekanan makna pada pemanfaatan dan ada pula pada usaha yang dilakukan setiap makhluk. Kalau divalidasi berdasarkan Al-Qur’an, dalam kaitan mencari rezeki, ternyata bukan saja pada caranya yang harus sesuai dengan aturan syari’at tetapi juga persoalan yang berkenaan dengan pemanfaatannya, karena manfaat itu sendiri merupakan kata lain dari maslahah. Alhasil dapat disimpulkan, sesuatu disebut rezeki jika rezeki tersebut membawa kemaslahatan bagi diri pribadi (orang yang mengusahakannya) dan juga bagi orang lain.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh pelaku UMKM untuk tetap dapat resisten dalam menghadapi depresiasi ekonomi akibat covid 19. Penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan secara mendalam inovasi-inovasi baru yang dilakukan oleh umkm dalam memasarkan produknya selama wabah corona melanda.Â dampak ekonomi yang dirasakan oleh pelaku usaha umkm akibat virus corona. Penelitian ini juga akan mengkaji dampak yang ditimbulkan atas inovasi pemasran yang sudah dilakukan pelaku usaha umkm terhadap usahanya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket yang disebar melalui google form. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Covid 19 mempengaruhi praktik pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha kecil menengah. Praktik pemasaran yang dilakukan beralih menggunakan metode online dikarenakan adanya physical distancing atau sosial distancing. Secara umum Covid 19 telah menurunkan omset penjualan usaha mikro kecil menengah secara proposional, namun terdapat pula beberapa sektor usaha yang tetap konsisten dan bahkan mengalami peningkatan. Resistensi pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah sangat tinggi dalam menghadapi wabah covid 19. Hal ini dikarenakan besarnya keyakinan para pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah akan tetap bertahan hingga bulan September.

Public awareness to utilize palm fronds into sticks as part of an effort to grow the economic vibrancy of village communities in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency provides opportunities for entrepreneurs to open handicraft businesses by utilizing palm fronds into sticks to be processed into various forms of high-value handicrafts. Crafts by processing palm sticks have very good prospects if you use the right strategy and the right advice if you reach the right target market. This study aims to see how the prospects and strategies carried out by palm oil handicraft business actors in helping the economic growth of rural communities in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. This study uses the SWOT analysis method. After conducting research, the palm oil handicraft (handcraft) business carried out by the village community in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency has very good prospects and is able to grow rapidly in terms of increasing turnover, the number of consumer interests and a wide market share. Utilization of palm oil sticks into handicrafts has prospects in helping the community's economic growth. Therefore, one of the strategies that can be implemented is to open a Production Cooperative unit in order to improve service, and also increase the quality and consumer confidence in products produced from palm oil sticks. In addition, this palm oil stick craft business is considered creative and productive because it can open jobs for the community, so it can help increase the community's economic growth.
