Abstract

Artikel jurnal ini membahas ihwal konsep rezeki dalam filsafat hukum dan ekonomi Islam. Bertolak dari tugas utama filsafat yaitu memperjelas konsep (clarifiying concepts), maka pertanyaan besar yang akan dicarikan jawabannya dalam artikel ini adalah, term rezeki (al-rizq) sebagai manifestasi konseptual, bagaimana konsepnya? Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian studi pustaka, peneliti mencoba meninjau lebih jauh terkait perbedaan—sekaligus membatasi subjek penelitian—ahli sunnah dengan Muktazilah dalam memandang apa yang disebut dengan rezeki. Kesimpulannya dalam pembahasan al-rizq tersebut, ternyata sebatas pada penekanan makna pada pemanfaatan dan ada pula pada usaha yang dilakukan setiap makhluk. Kalau divalidasi berdasarkan Al-Qur’an, dalam kaitan mencari rezeki, ternyata bukan saja pada caranya yang harus sesuai dengan aturan syari’at tetapi juga persoalan yang berkenaan dengan pemanfaatannya, karena manfaat itu sendiri merupakan kata lain dari maslahah. Alhasil dapat disimpulkan, sesuatu disebut rezeki jika rezeki tersebut membawa kemaslahatan bagi diri pribadi (orang yang mengusahakannya) dan juga bagi orang lain.

Abstract

The article discusses spiritual understanding in the Gen-Z Muslim group, which is explored through Mosque Youth in Medan City. Spiritual issues for the Gen-Z Muslim group are considered important because they are believed to be able to bring a more guided direction. This study poses research questions about who Gen-Z Muslims are, what spiritual sources and how Gen-Z Muslim groups understand spiritual forms. The research method uses a qualitative method that describes a phenomenon in a descriptiveanalytical manner. This type of research is explorative, which seeks to deepen knowledge or discover new theories. The primary source of data is Mosque youth in Medan City. Data collection by observation, focus group, and documentation. Then, data analysis was done through reduction to summarize the data found to be grouped and presented through in-depth analysis. This research found that Gen-Z Muslims, as a group of youth mosques which are still students, gain religious knowledge from recitation and involvement with religious organizations and are shaped by social media. Sources of spiritual knowledge still need to be more authoritative. Finally, the research confirms that Gen -Z Muslims spiritual does not have a clear form because not resourced from resource authoritative.

Abstract

The background of this study is the lack of self-awareness of students in worship discipline. This study aims to determine the efforts of fiqh teachers in training student worship discipline at MIS Bidayatul Hidaysh 3 Medan Amplas which includes the efforts of fiqh teachers to become uswatun hasanah, providing advice, punishments and rewards, training or practice and habituation as well as to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of fiqh teachers' efforts in training worship discipline consisting of internal factors, namely awareness, interests, motivations, and mindsets, and external factors, namely habituation, parental example, school environment, and friends. This research uses a type of field research with a qualitative approach. The subject in this study was 1 teacher of jurisprudence subjects MIS Bidayatul Hidayah 3 Medan Amplas, while the object of this study was the efforts of fiqh teachers, supporting factors and inhibiting factors of fiqh teachers' efforts in training student worship discipline at MIS Bidayatul Hidayah 3 Medan Amplas. Data collection techniques are taken by observation, interviews and documentation. After the data is collected, it is then processed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of the study, the efforts of jurisprudence teachers in training student worship discipline in Mis Bidayatul Hidayah 3 Medan Amplas are to be uswatun hasanah or good role models for students, provide advice on the importance of worship discipline, provide punishment for students who are not disciplined and give rewards to students who are disciplined in carrying out prayers. In addition, jurisprudence teachers also continue to conduct trainings and practices by continuing to be supervised so that students are accustomed to discipline in carrying out worship.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency can include a variety of behaviors, such as vandalism, theft, substance abuse, gang involvement, absenteeism, or violent behavior. Many factors contribute to juvenile delinquency, including socioeconomic status, family dynamics, peer influences, educational issues, and exposure to violence or crime in society. Personal factors such as psychological, emotional, or behavioral problems may also play a role. This study focuses on the main issue, which is the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers to prevent associations that exclude teenagers at Medan National Heroic Middle School. This study aims to achieve two goals: (1) explore the efforts of teachers in Islamic religious education to prevent students from committing crimes in school, and (2) identify factors that aid or hinder teachers' efforts to remediate students' delinquency. The implications of this study indicate that the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers at Medan National Heroic Middle School have been ineffective in redressing student delinquency. Therefore, it is suggested that these teachers strengthen their tutoring work so that they fulfill their responsibilities in moral training for students. Based on the information provided, it appears that this study is aimed at addressing the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in addressing student delinquency and implementing necessary remedial strategies needed to deal with this problem effectively.
