Abstract

This study aims to test and determine the increasing value of wooden chair seats and drum variations based on business capital, production process, and product marketing. The subject of this study is the RW community, 18 Harapan Jaya Sub-district - North Bekasi. The results of this study are the lack of capital so that small businesses Karang Taruna is less able to compete in the market so that access in marketing is hampered and Marketing System is only limited from word to mouth and relying on social media from some members of youth caustic so minimal prospects. From some of these things have an effect on the selling value of the products of youth cadets that are far from the desired expectations. Abstract

ABSTRAKPembangunan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah memerlukan proses perencanaan dan penganggaran yang berbasis money follow function. Hal tersebut merupakan cerminan efektifitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah sehingga dapat menunjang keberhasilan otonomi daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan buat mengetahui rasio kemandirian keuangan wilayah serta rasio kemampuan keuangan daerah dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Jeneponto selama rentang tahun 2000 – 2019. Analisis data menggunakan dua jenis. Pertama, melihat rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, rasio kemampuan keuangan daerah, kedua melihat pengaruh rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah dan rasio kemampuan keuangan daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah, rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah masih rendah sekali dengan rentang 0% - 25% dengan pola hubungan instruktif. Sementara hasil rasio kemampuan keuangan daerah masih sangat kecil dengan rentang 0% - 10%. Untuk hasil regresi linier berganda, baik uji-t dan uji F, rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah dan rasio kemampuan keuangan daerah mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Keuangan Daerah; Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah; Pertumbuhan Ekonomi ABSTRACTDevelopment carried out by local governments requires a money-based planning and budgeting process to follow functions. This is a reflection of the effectiveness of regional financial management so that it can support the success of regional autonomy. This study aims to determine the ratio of regional financial independence and the ratio of regional financial capacity and how it affects economic growth in Jeneponto Regency during the period 2000 - 2019. Data analysis used two types. First, look at the ratio of regional financial independence, the ratio of regional financial capacity, secondly, look at the effect of the ratio of regional financial independence and the ratio of regional financial capacity to economic growth using multiple linear regression. The results obtained are, the ratio of regional financial independence is still very low with a range of 0% - 25% with a pattern of instructive relationships. Meanwhile the results of the ratio of regional financial capacity are still very small with a range of 0% - 10%. For the results of multiple linear regression, both the t-test and the F test, the ratio of regional financial independence and the ratio of regional financial capacity has an influence on economic growth. Keywords: Regional Financial Capability;  Regional Financial Independence;  Economic growth

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of the implementation of training programs and the application of occupational safety and health management systems on the work productivity of members of the Bekasi city fire department. Based on the results of the research on the Implementation of the Training Program and the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (K3) on the Work Productivity of Employees at the Bekasi City Fire Department, there is an effect either partially or simultaneously. The conclusion of this study is that the Implementation of the Training Program and Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (K3) explains the effect on the Work Productivity of Members at the Bekasi City FireService by 53.8%, while the rest is influenced by other independent variables that are not researched.

Abstract

The regional capacity in managing the budget as reflected in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) means describing how the region's ability to finance any development activity by applying the principle of equity and justice by using regional potential. The research methodology used is descriptive research method. This method was chosen by the researcher in order to obtain an overview of various actual information in detail which is described in the aspect of regional financial capacity as measured by PAD share, PAD growth and PAD elasticity which are then combined into the regional financial capacity index method. The data selected is panel data in the form of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget from 9 Districts / Cities that are categorized as disadvantaged areas during the 2015-2019 period which were obtained from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance. The results obtained are 6 districts that are classified as high regional financial capacity, 2 districts are classified as medium and 1 district are classified as low. Keywords: Disadvantaged Regions, PAD Growth, PAD Elasticity, Regional Financial Capability Index, Share of PAD, Abstrak Kemampuan daerah dalam mengelola anggaran yang tercermin dalam Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) berarti menggambarkan bagaimana kemampuan daerah dalam membiayai setiap kegiatan pembangunan dengan menerapkan prinsip pemerataan dan berkeadilan dengan menggunakan potensi daerah. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Metode ini dipilih oleh peneliti agar mendapatkan gambaran dari berbagai informasi aktual secara terperinci yang digambarkan pada aspek kemampuan keuangan daerah yang diukur melalui share PAD, growth PAD dan elasticity PAD yang kemudian dikombinasikan ke dalam metode indeks kemampuan keuangan daerah. Data yang dipilih merupakan data panel yang berupa Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah dari 9 Kabupaten/Kota yang masuk kategori daerah tertinggal selama rentang tahun 2015 – 2019 yang diperoleh dari Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan Kementerian Keuangan. Hasil yang diperoleh ada 6 Kabupaten yang masuk dalam klasifikasi kemampuan keuangan daerah tinggi, 2 Kabupaten masuk kedalam klasifikasi sedang dan 1 Kabupaten masuk dalam klasifikasi rendah. Abstract

This study aims to measure the role of motivation as a mediator in the relationship between supervision and performance. This research is a quantitative research that uses the independent variable of supervision, the dependent variable of performance and the variable of motivational as mediator. This research was conducted on Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. The sample in this study used random sampling method which was conducted on 130 Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. Smartpls 3.3.3 is a statistical analysis tool in this study by using the outer test and the inner model test to test the feasibility of the data and answer the hypothesis. The results of this study found that direct supervision had no effect on performance, while supervision had an effect on motivation and motivation had an effect on performance. The most important research result is that motivation can be a mediator in the relationship between supervision and performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. This study focuses on the role of motivation as a mediation. This study also raises a new phenomenon, namely the performance of Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers conducted in the city of Bekasi, which is one of the provinces with the largest Muslim population.

Abstract

This study was used to measure the effect of training on Performance mediated by motivation in retail businesses. This research is quantitative research where the object used is an employee in a retail business. This research was conducted using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study was 60 respondents. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using a structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study provide an explanation that the training variable affects employee performance in retail businesses, training affects motivation, motivation affects employee performance in retail business and training affects the Performance of retail business employees mediated by motivation. This research has a limited object of research which is only conducted on retail business employees. This is used as a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty of this study combines training variables on Performance mediated by motivation in the retail business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh punishment dan reward terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian 80 pegawai yang bekerja di Rumah sakit Bhakti Kartini Bekasi penelitian menunjukan bahwa punishment berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dan reward berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Pada pengujian simultan (Uji F) diketahui bahwa variabel punishment dan reward secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi (R square) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,767 berarti 76,7% Variabel produktivitas kerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel punishment dan reward sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh punishment dan reward terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara simultan dan parsial dari variabel bebas yaitu disiplin kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Niramas Utama (INACO) Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 dengan sampel sebanyak 58 karyawan di bagian sales yang bekerja di PT. Niramas Utama (INACO) Bekasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini yang menyatakan bahwa disiplin kerja dan stress kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Niramas Utama (INACO) Bekasi. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai hasil uji f yang  diperoleh yaitu nilai f hitung sebesar 116,935 > 3,16 dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 (ɑ) atau nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terbukti yaitu disiplin kerja dan stres kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Masing - masing dari tingkat disiplin kerja dan stres kerja memiliki peranan yang sangat penting terhadap hasil kinerja karyawan.
