Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effect of Return On Equity (ROE ), Return On Asset (ROA), Net Income (NI) and Debt to Equity (DER) on partially and simultaneously to Return Investment (RI) in property companies. Data were collected from secondary data in the financial documentation of Indonesian Capital Market Directory ( ICMD ) and also can download in the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange www. IDX.co.id. Data analysis was using Eviews version 7.1. The results show that: ROE, ROA, NI, and DER simultaneously significant effect on the property company’s stock return, but partially only ROE and DER variable that significantly effects on stock return. Abstract

This study aims to know influence marketing strategic change, transformational leadership and organization learning on performance of Indonesian Islamic. This study uses quantitative research with a purposive sampling technique with a population of 14 Indonesian islamic banks. The targeted unit of analysis is the Islamic banks manager. There were 100 questionnaires returned and 3 of them did not meet the requirements, so only 97 were used in this study. This study uses SmartPLS 3 to test the hypothesis. Findings - This research shows that strategic change, transformational leadership and organization learning affect on firm performance. Islamic banks managers must be able to identify the importance of change for the company, because of the big risks. Supporting leadership skills and organization learning in companies makes Islamic banking better competitive. Similar research is usually carried out in manufacturing and service companies and is carried out in developed countries (Europe, America and Africa). The focus of this research is the development of strategic change supported by transformational leadership and organization learning on performance. This research was also conducted for the first time in Asia with the object of Islamic banks in Jakarta - Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to know influence financial knoweldge, income and social influence on use intention digital payment apps of Islamic Millennial Generation in Bekasi. This study uses quantitative research with a interview method technique with a population islamic millennial generation in Bekasi City. The targeted unit of analysis is the Islamic millennial generation. There were 100 questionnaires returned and 5 of them did not meet the requirements, so only 95 were used in this study. This study uses SmartPLS 3.3 to test the hypothesis. Findings - This research shows that financial knowledge and social influence affect on use intention digital payment apps of Islamic Millennial Generation in Bekasi Islamic. But income shows does not affect on use intention digital payment apps of Islamic Millennial Generation in Bekasi. This research further reinforces that knowledge and environment are important factor in all business and industries. The focus of this research is the development of financial knowledge, income and social influence. This research was also unique because it is studied in an area with a muslim majority.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of money-saving, time-saving, income-saving, and social environment variables on decisions to use online food apps in Muslim communities in Bekasi City.The object of this quantitative design research is the entire Muslim community of Bekasi City who use online food applications. Purposive sampling was used in this study, with a total of 95 respondents. In this study, the analytical method was SmartPLS version 3.3. According to the findings of this study, the variables of money saving, time saving, and social environment influence the decision to use online food in Muslim communities in Bekasi City. While income has different results, income has no effect on the decision to use online food in Muslim communities in Bekasi City.This study also adds to the growing body of knowledge about the phenomenon of online food applications in an era of rapid technological advancement. This research can also be used as input and a summary of strategies that related parties can use to improve usage decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the role of motivation as a mediator in the relationship between supervision and performance. This research is a quantitative research that uses the independent variable of supervision, the dependent variable of performance and the variable of motivational as mediator. This research was conducted on Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. The sample in this study used random sampling method which was conducted on 130 Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. Smartpls 3.3.3 is a statistical analysis tool in this study by using the outer test and the inner model test to test the feasibility of the data and answer the hypothesis. The results of this study found that direct supervision had no effect on performance, while supervision had an effect on motivation and motivation had an effect on performance. The most important research result is that motivation can be a mediator in the relationship between supervision and performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. This study focuses on the role of motivation as a mediation. This study also raises a new phenomenon, namely the performance of Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers conducted in the city of Bekasi, which is one of the provinces with the largest Muslim population.

Abstract

This study is a measurement of microeconomic variables using non performing financing (NPF) and operating costs (BOPO) and macroeconomic variables using inflation and exchange rates on performance using the profitability ratio (ROA) at Islamic commercial banks during the covid-19 period. This study is a quantitative design study with the object of research being Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with a total of 3 Islamic Commercial Banks. IBM Statistical SPSS version 23 program is the analytical method used in this study. The results of this study conclude that microeconomic variables that use NPF and BOPO affect the performance of Islamic Commercial Banks during the covid 19 pandemic. Meanwhile, macroeconomic variables with inflation and exchange rates have different results, where inflation has an effect on performance, but the exchange rate has no effect on the performance of Islamic Commercial Banks during the covid 19 pandemic. This study focuses on measurement using the financial ratio method. This research also makes a new contribution to the phenomenon of Islamic commercial banks during the covid 19 pandemic. This research can also be input and an overview of strategies that can be taken by related parties so that they can improve positive performance, especially in dealing with extraordinary conditions such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The research aims to measure the effect of compensation, work environment and leadership on ship crew loyalty with motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines. This research is a quantitative research in which the object used is the ship's crew in the engine room. The number of samples used as many as 53 respondents. The design used is hypothesis testing using the structural equation model (SEM) – Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this study indicate that compensation, leadership and motivation have a significant effect on ship crew loyalty. However, there is no evidence that the work environment effects the loyalty of ship crews. This study also shows that there is an indirect effect of compensation on ship crew loyalty through motivation, there is an indirect effect of leadership on ship crew loyalty through motivation, but there is no evidence of an indirect effect of work environment compensation on ship crew loyalty

Abstract

Kepuasan keuangan merupakan bagian penting dalam kehidupan. Namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak pekerja yang mengalami ketidakpuasan keuangan dalam kehidupan. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kepuasan keuangan yang diantaranya adalah pengetahuan keuangan, pendapatan dan perilaku keuangan yang dilakukan tenaga harian lepas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten (X). Penelitian ini terdiri dari  tiga variabel bebas yaitu pengetahuan keuangan, pendapatan dan perilaku keuangan dan satu variabel terikat kepuasan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara dengan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan sampel tenaga harian lepas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten (X). Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel random sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 126 responden dari total 183 responden yang telah diolah menggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS 3.3.2 untuk menganalisa data dan mengambil kesimpulan pada hipotesis. Penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa pengetahun keuangan, pendapatan dan perilaku keuangan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan keuangan pada tenaga harian lepas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten (X). Penelitian ini diharapkan akan memberikan gamabaran kepada pada tenaga harian lepas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten (X) dalam memperoleh kepuasan keuangan.

Abstract

This study was used to measure the effect of price, promotion and product innovation on customer satisfaction Telkomsel provider in the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This research is a quantitative study in which the object used is the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This research was conducted using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study were 181 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using the structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 3.0 The results of this study provide an explanation that the variables of price, promotion, and product innovation have a positive effect on customer satisfaction in the millennial generation in Bekasi City.This research has a limited object of research which is only carried out on the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This is used as a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty in this study combines the variables of price, promotion and product innovation on customer satisfaction in the millennial generation in Bekasi City.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between innovation and social media in influencing the performance of halal food SMEs in North Bekasi City. This study uses a quantitative approach that is examined on halal food entrepreneurs in the city of North Bekasi. This study uses the SmartPls data analysis tool with a minimum sample of 100 halal food SMEs in the city of North Bekasi, but in practice from the questionnaires distributed as many as 145 questionnaires were received and only 115 questionnaires could be used in the study. The results of this study found that innovation had no effect on performance while social media had an effect on the performance of halal food SMEs in North Bekasi. This research focuses on the role of innovation and social media in influencing performance. The focus of research on halal food MSMEs is expected to be a new sector that is studied in many types of MSMEs. The city of North Bekasi with a large number of MSMEs and a scattered Muslim population makes the results of this study more useful for the wider community.
