Abstract

In management research to improve the superior performance of organizations such as the Betang Asi Credit Union cooperative in Palangka Raya, the concept of management is the knowledge that applying it can be an advantage in performance. Knowledge management is able to be a competitive strategy with human resources who are able to apply their abilities and expertise in solving problems and exploiting opportunities. Awards support effective learning and motivation to build organizational competence. Based on the results of the study, the orga­nization must be able to help knowledge management to develop strategies to improve employee performance, produce significant results and knowledge, as well as strategies to improve the performance of the Betang Asi CU in Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Bentuk pengabdian dalam bidang manajemen di saat masa pandemic, menuntut pelaku usaha kecil dapat bersinergi dengan kemampuan wirausaha. Sumber daya dikelola secara efektif efisien sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola usaha dan bisnisnya secara baik. Kunci keberhasilan pelaku usaha dari arsitektur kewirausahaan dan literasi keuangan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan wirausaha sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis. Penelitian dalam bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan terhadap 200 pelaku usaha kecil di bantaran sungai Kapuas seperti membudidaya ikan sungai untuk makanan olahan kerupuk, dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan alat statistic SEM-PLS, hasilnya arsitektur kewirausahaan dan literasi keuangan, signifikan positif meningkatkan kinerja bisnis. Implikasi penelitian sebagai acuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis usaha kecil dengan menerapkan arsitektur kewirausahaan dan literasi keuangan, sehingga usaha dapat terorganisir secara baik dan mampu bertahan dikondisi pandemic.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta mencari variabel mana yang berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 22.0 menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi merupakan variabel yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan variabel kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil Pengujian dengan Uji t diketahui bahwa variabel kompensasi dan kompetensi merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada rumah sakit ibu dan anak Bunda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner dan mengambil semua populasi menjadi responden penelitian. Jumlah responden adalah 100 orang. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan uji kesahihan, uji keter-andalan, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda. Implikasi penelitian kompensasi dalam kinerja dapat memberikan pengaruh yang baik bagi kinerja pelayanan rumah sakit, begitu juga dengan kompetensi dalam meningkatkan kinerja menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dan positif.

Abstract

Penelitian bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat mandiri, untuk memajukan daerah kabupaten katingan menjadi pusat kota pariwisata buah durian. Strategi pemasaran di bangun berbasis pada kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam mendapatkan peningkatan keuntungan. Sistem pelatihan di berikan secara langsung seperti pemilihan jenis buah, seleksi harga dan pengemasan produk serta inovasi produk dari buah durian sebagai cara usaha terus berkembang tidak harus musiman. Pemilihan tempat desa wisata di kabupaten katingan, khususnya kota kasongan karena adanya bukit pertapaan yang dikenal sebagai tempat suci dan di percaya sebagai tempat doa bagi pengunjung yang datang. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan kuesioner dan di analisis dengan alat statistik SPSS 24.0. Hasil penelitian bahwa pelatihan strategi pemasaran kepada 30 petani buah durian menunjukkan signifikan positif, yaitu kemampuan dalam inovasi produk dan ketekunan penerapan strategi pemasaran dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran. Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti kepada pemerintah bidang perdagangan dan perindustrian sebagai falisitator mewujudkan kota kasongan menjadi salah satu kabupaten berbasis pariwisata di Kalimantan Tengah.

Abstract

This study aims to improve organizational performance with servant leadership style and transformational leadership. The services provided are a benchmark for the success of organizational performance which has an impact on improving the perceived service quality. The research was conducted using SEM PLS on 150 user employees in the four public health centers of the city of Palangka Raya. The results showed that servant leadership and performance innovation strategy moderation were not significant on organizational performance. The variables of transformation leadership and innovation strategy moderation performance are significant on organizational performance. The implications of the results in improving organizational performance based on health services require transformational leadership and performance innovation strategies.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase purchasing decisions for Herbalife products in Palangka Raya City. The community service method used in this community service is descriptive quantitative. This community service was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool on 60 respondents who purchased Herbalife products in Palangka Raya City. The results of this community service show that (1) Consumer knowledge has a significant effect on the decision to purchase Herbalife products in the city of Palangka Raya, (2) Product variants have a significant effect on the product purchase decision on purchasing Herbalife products in the city of Palangka Raya. So that the results of this community service activity can be a reference for Herbalife to increase knowledge and focus on product variants, so that consumers can use products in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The Influence of Instrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of Palangka Raya Post Office. This study aims to determine the effect of Instrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and the Work Environment on Employee Performance of the Palangka Raya Post Office. The research method used an explanatory approach with survey techniques, the number of samples in this study were 45 respondents, the sampling technique used the Census technique. Data collection methods used interview techniques, observation, questionnaires, and documentation studies, while the data analysis techniques used in this study were using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis techniques.The results showed that Instrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and Work Environment had a significant effect on Employee Performance Performance at Palangka Raya Post Office. And the results of the descriptive analysis state that the respondents agree with the indicators proposed

Abstract

Research in the field of potential and quality human resources in the company in achieving its goals. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture on employee performance, and organizational culture on employee performance through retention. Research conducted at PT. Sustainable Palm Oil Forest Unit I. Encouraging employee retention so that prospective employees remain and continue to improve employee performance. This type of research is explanatory with a census sample, namely the entire population of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) harvesters at PT. Sustainable Palm Oil Forest Unit I East Kotawaringin Regency, with a questionnaire of 108 people. Data were analyzed using SEM with SmartPLS. The results of the analysis in this study prove that the effect of compensation and organizational culture on performance through employee retention is positive and significant. The results also show that compensation and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee retention.

Abstract

Systems management in the field of management focuses on SDM and marketing to improve business performance. Community service is carried out in the target villages by conducting business strategy training such as making financial system management, marketing schemes and monitoring product quality. This activity was carried out by 30 business actors in Kapuas, Central Kalimantan. The results of monitoring and evaluation activities for four months show that it is very important to conduct training to implement business strategies in improving business performance. The implications of these results can improve business performance in a sustainable manner to increase the selling power of snack products in the assisted villages.

Abstract

Community service activities with analysis of the job satisfaction system for employees in increasing the sense of comfort and belonging at work are unique activities carried out. This activity was carried out on 63 employees who were registered as actively working. This is to improve management and systems between job satisfaction and worker motivation which can improve performance. By analogy, the results of this service become a reference for business owners in providing policies in the workplace. Implementation of the results of service activities with this analysis really helps workers in expressing and showing job satisfaction and motivation in achieving company targets. Theoretical and practical implications are obtained in the results of this research. Where the theoretical implications show the results that job satisfaction and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of Honda Trio Raya employees in Palangka Raya City. This shows empirical support and strengthens the statement regarding the results of previous studies and statements in the literature that job satisfaction and motivation are indeed influencing factors to improve performance. The practical implications can be seen from the results of hypothesis testing showing that between the two independent variables, the job satisfaction variable has the highest influence on performance compared to other variables. In further service activities, this can be carried out at other dealers by including the work environment and service quality as the basis for the analysis.
