Abstract

Pemasaran adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang terjadi dalam proses mengalirkan barang dari titik produsen sampai pada titik konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rantai pemasaran cabai rawit, margin pemasaran dan farmer’s share serta tingkat efisiensi pemasaran cabai rawit di wilayah Unit Permukiman Transmigrasi (UPT) Koli Kecamatan Oba Kota Tidore Kepulauan Provinsi Maluku Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif dan kuantitaif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu terdapat 4 bentuk saluran pemasaran di wilayah Unit Permukiman Transmigrasi (UPT) Koli Kecamatan Oba Provinsi Maluku Utara. 1) Petani – Konsumen. 2) Petani – Pedagang Pengumpul Kecamatan – Konsumen. 3) Petani – Tengkulak – Pedagang Pengecer Desa – Konsumen. 4) Petani – Pedagang Pengumpul Luar Kecamatan – Pedagang Penegecer Luar Kecamatan – Konsumen. Rata-rata persentase margin pemasaran pada saluran pemasaran I adalah 0%, saluran pemasaran II sebesar 6,43%, saluran pemasaran III sebesar 9,29% dan saluran pemasaran IV sebesar 14,29%, sedangan rata-rata bagian harga yang diterima oleh petani (farmer’s share) pada saluran pemasaran I sebesar 100%, saluran pemasaran II sebesar 93,57%, saluran pemasaran III sebesar 90,71% dan saluran pemasaran IV sebesar 90,00%. Tingkat efisiensi pemasaran pada keempat saluran pemasaran cabai rawit tersebut merupakan saluran pemasaran yang efisien, yaitu saluran pemasaran I (Ep=0%), saluran pemasaran II (Ep=1,84%), saluran pemasaran III (Ep=3,29%) dan saluran pemasaran IV (Ep=6,38%).

Abstract

Pendapatan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam menentukan laba atau rugi dari suatu usaha, laba atau rugi tersebut diperoleh dengan melakukan perbandingan antara pendapatan dengan beban atau biaya yang dikeluarkan atas pendapatan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya, perimaan dan penadapan serta R/C Ratio petani bawang merah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2019 sampai Januari 2020 di Trans Koli Kecematan Oba Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Komoditas bawang merah yang diproduksi oleh petani di Trans Koli Kecamatan Oba Kota Tidore Kepulauan dengan jumlah total biaya produksi sebesar Rp 2.064.779 per satu kali musim tanam dan jumlah penerimaan dalam satu kali musim tanam. sebesar Rp 32.857.142 Selanjutnya, pendapatan yang diperoleh selama satu kali musim tanam oleh petani di Trans Koli Kecamatan Oba Kota Tidore tersebut sebesar Rp 30.792.363. Usahatani komoditas bawang merah layak untuk dikembangkan karena nilai R/C Ratio yaitu 15,91. Maka dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, nilai R/C Ratio >1 atau penerimaan lebih besar dari biaya sehingga usaha yang diproduksi selama satu kali musim tanam oleh petani di Trans Koli Kecamatan Oba Kota Tidore Kepulauan menguntungkan.

This study aims to analyze the income and feasibility of changing the function of paddy fields to chili commodity land. This research was conducted in Toboino Village from March to June 2021. The analytical method used in this study is the analysis of income and farming feasibility. The results showed that the average income of lowland rice farming before land conversion was Rp. 10,077,080 per planting season/ha with an R/C ratio/feasibility of farming 2.2, and income after land conversion into chili commodity was Rp. 19,314,634 per planting season/ha with an R/C ratio/feasibility value of 2.9.

Abstract

A marketing channel is a process of delivering goods and services from producers to consumers involving various parties. Similar to the marketing of cayenne pepper, generally the production of cayenne pepper produced by farmers is not influenced by the power when the price occurs during the marketing function. This study aims to determine the marketing information and marketing margins of cayenne pepper obtained from each marketing channel, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each marketing institution. This research was conducted in Bumirestu Village, Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency with descriptive quantitative methods. The number of samples in this study was 38 respondents, consisting of 30 farmers, 4 collectors, and 4 traders. The results showed that the marketing channel of cayenne pepper in Bumirestu Village, Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency, there are two forms of marketing channels. Marketing channel I, namely from farmers - retailers - consumers, and marketing channel II, namely from farmers - collectors - retailers - consumers. The marketing margin in the marketing channel I am Rp. 5,000 and the marketing margin in marketing channel II is Rp. 10,000. Meanwhile, profit sharing in marketing channel I am 85.71%, and in the marketing channel, II is 75%. Furthermore, the profit ratio in each marketing agency, where channel I am 4.63 farmers, and 6.35 retailers. Channel II is 5.78 farmers, 9.79 collectors, and 8.67 retailers. Judging from all these marketing institutions, the highest profit-to-cost ratio is the middleman

Abstract

The agricultural pattern for residents in the Transmigration Settlement area or known as trans koli already uses modern technology that produces maximum production. Cayenne pepper production risk is a loss to farmers caused by the emergence of a production process that cannot be handled. The purpose of this study was to analyze the costs, income and income of cayenne pepper farming and to analyze production risk, cost risk and risk of cayenne pepper farming income in the Koli Transmigration Settlement Unit, Oba District, Tidore City, North Maluku Islands Province. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis to analyze farming and risk analysis. The results of this study are that the average total production costs incurred by farmers in the Trans Koli area during one planting season is IDR 1,464,198 and the average total income during one harvest season is IDR 4,062,293 and the average chili farming income earned farmer. for one harvest season IDR 2,599,094. This explains that the income of the respondent farmers in producing cayenne pepper is greater than the total production costs incurred by the cost risk with a coefficient of variation of 6.40, this is due to the high transportation costs. While the results of the lowest risk level with a coefficient of variation of 1.26. This is because of the selling price relative and stable production is indicated by a lower level of production risk with a coefficient of variation of 1.60 compared to cost risk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan aneka minuman lokal, besaran pendapatan minuman lokal, dan menganalisis kelayakan minuman lokal pada home industry ifamoy di kelurahan tabona kota ternate. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, analisis biaya, analisis penerimaan, analisis pendapatan dan analisis kelayakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses pengolahan minuman lokal pada home industry ifamoy meliputi produksi air jahe, sari jeruk nipis, sari pala, teh pala, kopi rempah, kopi NKRI dan kopi kenari sudah menggunakan alat modern dan sudah lebih efisien. Dari ke tujuh produk ini memiliki perbedaan nilai pada masing-masing produk. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pendapatan yang diperoleh dari masing-masing produk minuman home industry ifamoy yaitu, minuman sari pala memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 6.565.000, sari jeruk nipis memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 8.685.000, teh pala memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 8.771.000, air jahe memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 40.823.000, kopi NKRI memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 12.871.000, kopi rempah memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 8.871.000, kopi kenari memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 13.456.000.
