This study aims to analyze the learning strategies management in forming the 9 Pillars of character in the MILAS Playgroup Yogyakarta. The subjects of this study were the principal and educators. Data collection has done by observation and interview methods. After that, the data validity test was carrying out by means of triangulation. Then the data analysis technique has done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results showed that the 9 pillars of character through the learning strategies management learning strategies departing from vision and mission to evaluation. The learning strategies applied to create the 9 pillars of character in the MILAS playgroup are: (1) Love of God and the universe and its contents, (2) Responsibility, Discipline, and Independence, (3) Honesty, (4) Respect and Courtesy, (5) ) Compassion, Concern, and Cooperation, (6) Confidence, Creative, Hard Work, and Never Give Up, (7) Justice and Leadership, (8) Good and Humility, and (9) Tolerance, Peace Love, and Unity.

Problems in the world of education are always in the spotlight. Because with education there will be many suitable and quality leaders. But education is not yet fully capable of forming a leader who is reliable and tough. This manuscript seeks to examine the social history of society more deeply at the time of the Caliph Umar bin Khattab and how the next generation should follow steps. He succeeded in making regulations in the world of education and issues at that time and had thoughts on problems in the world of government. This illustrates the magnitude of Caliph Umar bin Khattab's view and role in solving problems at that time. This research uses a descriptive analysis method to explain Umar bin Khattab's thoughts in Islamic education, and then the content analysis method is used to find basic ideas, development, and renewal as well as serving as caliph. For example, in education, the author found that Umar bin Khattab had thoughts about God. The discussion about God is the basis of Islamic education. They were then developed with his ideas and understanding of the cosmos (universe) to the fields of economics, law, and government so that this thought and civilization deserves to be reconstructed in the present. Globalization which is overgrowing in various fields, has many impacts. The most often impact in the spotlight is related to character issues. As one of the agents of change and character control, educational institutions respond by implementing character education programs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of strengthening character education from the "tadzkiroh" perspective on the religious character of students. This research approach uses quantitative associative evaluative research methods. From the research population at Muhammadiyah 1 Wates Vocational School, samples were taken from class XI, which amounted to 107 students, and then a sample of 84 students was taken. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling and proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively in frequency analysis and cross tables and inferentially including correlation analysis and linear regression. The results showed that the level of character education in Tadzkiroh's perspective was effective with 69%, while the level of students' religious character was in the high category with 79,8%. The relationship between tadzkiroh perspective character education and students' religious character is quite significant with a correlation coefficient value of 0,507 or is in the medium category. The contribution of Tadzkiroh's perspective character education in predicting students' religious character is 25,7%, while the remaining 74,3% is contributed by other variables not examined in this study.

Ideally, for junior high school, students can read the Qur'an even though the reading is still haltingly. However, reading the Qur'an is one of the severe problems faced by junior high schools that exist today. One of them is at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kalasan. Most of the students have not been able to read the Qur'an, even though SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kalasan is one of the schools that is integrated with the Tahfidz PCM Kalasan House. As the landscape spearhead, teachers must have various strategies and methods to overcome these problems. So that the main program of the school to become a school that prints hafidz Al-Qur'an can be realized as well as possible. A good strategy and method will support the success of overcoming difficulties in reading the Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to find out strategies and innovative learning methods to overcome difficulties in reading the Qur'an at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kalasan. This study uses a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. The data in this study using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are related to innovative learning strategies and methods to overcome difficulties in reading the Qur'an, including drill method/spelling practice, peer tutoring method, active learning strategy, and one-day one-page iqro' strategy. These strategies and methods are used step by step, starting from the initial to the final stage with a link system.
