<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengidentifikasi potensi wilayah sebagai pembangkit pergerakan transpostasi di Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan (2) Menentukan tingkat Efektifitas Pembangunan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ferry Sawaea terhadap Peningkatan Aksesibilitas Wilayah Sekitarnya.Obyek penelitian ini adalah stakeholders terkait di Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan yang meliputi masyarakat di Kecamatan Wawonii Selatan, Kecamatan Wawonii Tenggara dan isntansi terkait. Variabel aksesibilitas yang diteliti adalah kelancaran dan kenyamanan perjalanan, waktu tempuh perjalanan, jarak tempuh perjalanan dan biaya perjalanan. Analisis LQ digunakan untuk mengetahui potensi wilayah sebagai pembangkit pergerakan transpostasi di Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan dan analisis deskriptif dengan skala likert digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat Efektifitas Pembangunan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ferry Sawaea terhadap Peningkatan Aksesibilitas Wilayah Sekitarnya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua sektor basis di Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan yaitu, Sektor Ekonomi Pertanian, Kehutanan, Perikanan dan Sektor Ekonomi Jasa Administrasi Pemerintahan, Pertahanan dan Jaminan Sosial Wajib. Adapun Tingkat Efektifitas Pembangunan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ferry Sawaea menunjukkan interpretasi rata-rata persentase sebesar 99,14%. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa Pembangunan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ferry Sawaea di Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan yang akan menghubungan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ferry Amolengu akan sangat efektif meningkatkan aksesibilitas wilayah sekitarnya Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Potensi Wilayah, Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ferry, AksesibilitasABSTRACTThe objective of the study was to identify two primary of points: to identify the potency of the region as a transportation movement generator in Konawe Kepulauan Regency, to determine the effectiveness of the construction of Sawaea ferry crossing port toward the enhancement of accessibility of the region and its vicinity.The object of this research was the involved stakeholders in Konawe Kepulauan Regency which included societies in south Wawonii district, southeast Wawonii district and related institutions. Accessibility variables studied were continuity and comfort travel, time of travel, distance of travel and espense of travels. LQ analysis is applied to determine the potency of the region as a transportation movement generator in Konawe Kepulauan Regency and a descriptive analysis with the likert scale is used to determine the level effectiveness of the construction of Sawaea ferry crossing port toward the enhancement of the accessibility of the region and its vicinity.The results of the research showed that there were two main sectors in Konawe Kepulauan Regency namely, agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and economic sector of government administration services, defense and compulsory social security. The effectiveness level of construction of the Sawaea ferry port showed an average interpretation percentage is 99.14%. This stated that the construction of the Sawaea Ferry Crossing Port in Konawe Kepulauan regency, which will connect with the Amolengu Ferry Port, will be very effective to enhance the accessibility of the region and its vicinity.
