Abstract

Jejak studi hadits patut menjadi perbincangan penting dalam diskursus keilmuan Islam, terutama banyaknya idiologi sarjana barat yang mendiskreditkan peran sahabat dalam transmisi wahyu berupa Hadits Nabi SAW. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perkembangan Hadits ditinjau dari peran para sahabat dalam membawa transmisi Hadist Nabi SAW hingga terkodifikasi secara sistematis saat ini. Adapun penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif-analitis. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa peran sahabat dalam periodisasi transmisi Hadits sudah dimulai sejak Nabi SAW masih hidup hingga berakhirnya masa sahabat pada abad ke 2 Hijriah. Pencatatan Hadits sudah dimulai pada masa Nabi SAW. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan catatan para sahabat meskipun belum terkodifikasi secara sistematis. Catatan para sahabat ini menandakan adanya proses validitas Hadits yang sudah dilakukan oleh para sahabat. Ini sekaligus menjawab tuduhan para sarjana barat terkait kualifikasi sahabat yang tidak ma’shum tetapi mampu mentransmisikan wahyu Nabi SAW hingga terkodifikasi sistematis

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas modul yang dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran Tahfi?ul Hadis untuk mahasiswa program studi Ilmu Hadis di Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (RnD) yang terdiri dari tahap menggali potensi permasalahan, mengumpulkan informasi, mendesain produk dan validasi modul yang merupakan bagian dari model RnD Sugiyono. Tahap perbaikan desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk I, ujicoba pemakaian, revisi produk II, dan produksi masal tidak disertakan karena penelitian ini dibatasi sampai tahap validasi produk. Produk yang dikembangkan ialah materi Tahfi?ul Hadis Arba’?n An-Nawawi dalam bentuk modul pembelajaran dengan nama Ham?sah atau Tahf??ul Hadis Ma’a Ihy?’i Sunnah. Pengembangan modul pembelajaran yang dilakukan meliputi komponen materi dan desain media yang ditampilkan. Validasi modul melibatkan 2 validator ahli dengan instrumen data melalui angket validasi ahli, lembar observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data melalui hasil olah angket lembar validasi ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Modul Ham?sah, pembelajaran Tahfi?ul Hadis Arba’?n An-Nawawi dinyatakan sangat valid menurut ahli media dan valid menurut ahli materi. Nilai validasi ahli media sebesar 95% dan nilai validasi ahli materi sebesar 80%. Ham?sah, pengembangan modul pembelajaran Tahfi?ul Hadis Arba’?n An-Nawawi siap untuk dilakukan uji coba produk.

Abstract

Based on the Population Growth Rate (LPP) data in 2018, the number of births in Indonesia was 5 million (1.28%) per year. One of the reasons is the lack of knowledge and participation of childbearing-age couples in contraceptive selection. They were given Islamic family planning (FP) counseling because most of Indonesia's population is Muslim. This study aims to determine the effect of FP counseling in the Islamic view on participation in contraceptive selection for prospective FP acceptors in Jabung, Pandowoharjo, and Sleman Yogyakarta. Pre-experimental research methods with on group pretest-posttest design. The Instrument was a questionnaire. The population was 49 childbearing women who did not use any kind of contraception and used total sampling. Bivariate analysis techniques used the Wilcoxon test. The average score of participation of prospective FP acceptors in choosing contraceptives before and after FP counseling in the Islamic view was increased from 57.76% to 82.29%, which showed a difference of 30.53. Wilcoxon test obtained z significance value which showed that FP counseling in the Islamic view was an effect on the participation in contraceptive selection for prospective FP acceptors at 0,000 with p value 0,000 <0.005.

Abstract

The position of hadith in Islamic law is to strengthen and elaborate the laws and rules contained in the Koran, but in this era there are still many who do not understand the types of hadith, which are strong, weak, false, and even not allowed to be practiced. Because of this, a strong and significant understanding is needed regarding the law of practicing dhaif hadiths in Fadhail al-Mal. This study aims to identify the meaning of dhaif hadith and the law of practicing it in fadhail amal in everyday life. This study combines qualitative research with literature review research. All of the data sources that the researchers surveyed included several scientific articles, library books, and other sources relevant to the law of practicing dhaif hadith in fadhail amal. The results of the study show that the law of practicing dhaif hadiths in fadhilah charities is very permissible, provided that one first understands the quality and quantity of these hadiths, both in terms of the narrators and the line of the sanad. There are types of hadiths that may be practiced, and there are also types of daif hadiths that are forbidden to be profitably practiced in charity fadhail. in the sense that a daif hadith can be used as proof and argument for a practice, provided that the level of the hadith does not belong to a shadid hadith (very weak), let alone a maudlu or fake hadith.
