Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the insertion of anti-corruption education in Islamic education. In the context of anti-corruption education, especially students in tertiary institutions, corrupt practices are manifested in the form of corrupt behavior, such as plagiarism, cheating, truancy, and hitchhiking in group assignments, even though they do not contribute. Anti-corruption education in Islamic education has so far used a dogmatic approach, not using an approach that has a transformative impact, especially neuroscience. In this case, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, with lecturers who have special competence as anti-corruption trainers, has carried out anti-corruption education in various scientific fields, including Islamic education. This phenomenological type of qualitative research involved 52 students and six lecturers in the master study program of Islamic education. The results showed that anti-corruption education was carried out through insertion into all relevant subjects, especially the neuroscience of Islamic education. The lecturer investigates students' corrupt behavior in anticipation of future corruption crimes. The investigation results show that the most corrupt behavior of students is plagiarism, taking names in group assignments, and leaving absences with friends. The insertion of anti-corruption education with a neuroscience approach is applied in building integrity awareness that corrupt behavior is contrary to how the brain works and even has the potential to destroy reason.

Abstract

Abstract

Learning in Indonesia has been very less concerned with the condition of students, especially aspects of ergonomics that determine comfort, aesthetics and function. The research aims to analyze the design of neuroscience-based Islamic educational learning, which pays attention to the ergonomic dimensions of students when studying. This research approach is a qualitative type of literature. The source of this research data is the publication of both articles in journals and books indexed synta 1-6. Data collection techniques are carried out by tracing references in google scholar data base through keywords of learning design, Islamic education, neuroscience, posture and sitting position. The collected data is then analyzed descriptively which includes display, reduction, interpretation and meaning creativity. The results showed that so far learning has not been designed with attention to ergonomics and anthropometrics. Therefore the design of tables and chairs in learning should pay attention to ten anthropometric aspects, namely height, weight, body mass index, poplitea height, butt length, and hip width. This is necessary in order to produce an ideal or comfortable table and chair output for students in learning, so that it will not experience so-called back pain and spinal abnormalities.

Abstract

[This study aims to analyze the concept of Ibn Sina`s multilevel reasoning and its correlation with bloom`s taxonomy in Islamic education perspective of neuroscience. This research approach is library research using content analysis method. Data sources of this research are literature originating from books and journals in the field of Islamic education (Ibn Sina`s multilevel sense) and neuroscience (bloom`s taxonomy). Data collection is done by tracing related references, both manually and digitally. The data collected is then displayed, reduced and constructed into a whole new concept and also fres. This finding is different because there is an interdisciplinary science between Islamic education and neuroscience as well the correlation of Ibn Sina`s multilevel sense with bloom taxonomy. The result of this study indicate that Ibn Sina`s sense hierarchy has a historical correlation with Bloom`s taxonomy. This is identified semiotics or the same meaning. Therefore, Ibn Sina`s multilevel reasoning and bloom taxonomy have relevance in Islamic education especially in the stages of learning. For example the hierarchy of acquisition reason has the same meaning as being creative.]

Abstract

The research aims to develop the curriculum of the Higher Education Curriculum, specifically Islamic religion, referring to the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI). The problem raised in this research is the redesign of the curriculum in Indonesia, especially the formation of new courses such as the neuroscience of Islamic education and anti-corruption education, which have not considered the breadth of study material and calculation semester credit units that are not accountable. This research was conducted in three stages: curriculum analysis, curriculum matrix design, and curriculum matrix experimentation. The research subjects involved 133 lecturers in the Higher Education Institutions of Religion, both Islamic, Catholic, and Hindu in Indonesia. The findings indicate that the developed matrix design can be used as an integrative tool for forming subjects and calculating semester credit unit weights in a mathematical and accountable manner, and accommodating the development of Islamic education, particularly neuroscience and anti-corruption education. This matrix can complement Kim's research on syllabus ontology identification and lesson study innovation developed by E. Purwaningsih and D. Nurhadi.

Abstract

The Revolution of Industry 4.0 threatens the existence of the science of Islamic education if the curriculum is not outcomes based. The development of Islamic higher education curriculum allows the creation of new academic subjects which integrates learning, research and service to produce innovative and tested work. The aim of this research is to put forward a curriculum development model or prototype as a strategy to maintain the science of Islamic education learning programs in the era of Industry Revolution 4.0. The research approach is qualitative of the phenomenological type. The setting of the research is the learning program for the Masters in Islamic Education (Magister Pendidikan Agama Islam – MPAI), Faculty of Islam, Ahmad Dahlan University. The choice of this research setting is because the curriculum of this learning program has created new academic subjects which have an outcome-based integrated learning, research and service, as a result on reaching the three year point it has gained full accreditation from the Higher Education National Accreditation Board (Badan Akreditasi Nasional–Perguruan Tinggi – BAN-PT). Respondents in the research are the MPAI academic community which comprise six lecturers including the Chair of the Study Program and Secretariat of the Study Program together with eighty students studying at the masters level. The research results show that the MPAI learning program has created two new academic subjects that is, Islamic Education Studies and Intellectual Property Rights (Hak Kekayaan Intelektual – HKI) together with Neuroscience and Islamic Education Theory. Both new subjects have mobilized research which has produced innovative works obtaining more than sixty intellectual property rights and occupying the first rank in publications in national and international journals in the the Sinta Index 2020 data base. This shows that this learning program is able to maintain a scientific existence in the era of the industry revolution through outcome-based curriculum development.
