Abstract

Pengelolaan SDM dari suatu perusahaan sangat mempengaruhi banyak aspek penentu keberhasilan kinerja perusahaan tersebut. Jika SDM dapat di organisir dengan baik, maka diharapkan perusahaan dapat menjalankan semua proses bisnisnya dengan baik. Oleh karena hal tersebut, PT. Aerofood ACS yang memiliki banyak karyawan kontrak, perlu adanya penilaian kinerja karyawan dalam menentukan perpanjangan kontrak. Peran sistem pendukung keputusan sangat dibutuhkan guna meningkatkan efisiensi pengambilan keputusan. Dalam hal ini membantu pihak manajemen dalam mencapai tujuan dari penilaian kinerja karyawan kontrak melalui parameter-parameter yang sudah ditentukan oleh pihak perusahaan tersebut, diantaranya Discipline, Integrity, Achievement Orientation, Continnous Learning, Continunous Improvement, Quality Orientation, Customer Service Orientation, dan Teamwork. Untuk mencari solusi dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, metode dalam Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Semua parameter yang dinyatakan mempunyai pengaruh penting dalam penetapan alternatif keputusan terbaik dalam menentukan perpanjangan kontrak karyawan.

Abstract

In the field of land transportation in the Capital City of DKI Jakarta, which is currently integrated with each other with payment methods in one tab, e-money cards can make it easier for users of public transportation modes whose mobility they often use and new users. With the enthusiasm of the community, until now there are still users of public transportation modes who just want to try using or who are switching to using public transportation modes to save more time and savings in terms of daily expenses. However, there are still those who do not have an e-money card, which requires users to buy an e-money card at a bank or supermarket that provides e-money cards. This study aims to make it easier for new users of public transportation to purchase e-money cards at each provider bank using a Vending Machine (VM) with the concept of the Finite State Automata (FSA) method of the Non-Deterministic Finite Automata (NFA) type. The results of this study aim to help new users of public transportation to be able to reach every station and bus stop in purchasing e-money cards, even though currently purchasing e-money cards with Vending Machines has not been spread evenly in several places of public transportation and is only focused on Vending. Machine one bank only.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang Vending Machine untuk menghasilkan mesin yang dapat beroperasi sesuai dengan ketentuan dan aturan yang berlaku terus dilakukan sampai dengan saat ini untuk berbagai produk ataupun objek. Beberapa penelitian banyak membahas terkait penereapan finite state automata untuk menghasilkan sistem vending machine agar sesuai dengan spesifikasi awal yang telah ditentukan. Oleh karenanya pada penelitian ini akan dibahas beberapa hasil penelitian yang menggunakan algoritma tersebut terhadap beberapa produk atau objek sehingga menghasilkan sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhannya dengan metode melakukan review pada beberapa jurnal yang berkaitan dengan penerapan finite state automata pada vending machine. Perbandingan penerapan konsep finite state automata saat ini dan melakukan identifikasi pada masing-masing kelemahan pada setiap pemanfaatannya di vending machine yang berbeda penting untuk dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk dapat mengembangkan teknologi mesin penjual otomatis karena penggunaan mesin penjual otomatis telah meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. Terlihat penggunaan algoritma ini dapat membantu dalam penyesuaian sistem vending machine untuk berbagai macam produk/objek yang bervariasi sehingga menghasilkan luaran yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is one of the important components of the company in the decision-making process of increasing employee salaries, salaries are wages paid to employees who work for the company, and all employees who work for the company are entitled to receive salaries in accordance with company regulations. The issue of salary acquisition is important because it has a significant impact on work ethic. This research is based on the decision-making process of employee salary increases based on length of service, position, latest education, absenteeism, and work assessment including KK, HK, SK, TJ, KS IK, KD, KP, KJ, KT, DK. The FSA concept can be applied to assist in checking or evaluating performance to determine the percentage increase in employee salary each year. The results of filling out the PA form will result in an increase in employee salary outputs of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. Automata are used to recognize and capture patterns when designing and manufacturing using FSA models.

Abstract

Vending machines are one form of technological development. In Indonesia, the type that is often found is a vending machine, a type of soft drink with several choices. Seeing the business opportunities that exist in the contemporary beverage sector, in this research, Finite State Automata (FSA) is applied to automatic tea-making vending machines. FSA is a mathematical model that can accept input and output from the same State. This automatic tea vending machine can produce 6 types of tea and 4 choices of toppings as a complement. This vending machine is equipped with upsize glass facilities from medium to large sizes. For payment, this vending machine provides cash and Cashless options. In the application of the FSA concept, this study conducted a State FSA trial using JFLAP. So that with the application of the FSA concept, it becomes one of the alternatives in designing an automatic tea making vending machine.

Abstract

Abstract

The development of technology is growing rapidly, the number of increasingly sophisticated inventions can also help humans in carrying out their activities, one of which is online classes, especially graphic design from various official organizers such as from coursera, udemy, and other organizers. Online graphic design classes are currently in great demand by the general public, especially at the school level, some have to pay a certain nominal, there are also free ones to access the class, besides that the classes offered are starting to vary, ranging from the beginner level to the advanced level also with certain software such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and other design applications and also with different systems, online or offline, graphic design is much needed, especially in the world of work such as printing, advertising and other fields. In this study, it was designed by using the FSA (Finite State Automata) method with the TYPE of NFA (Non-deterministic Finite Automata) to help students in the process of online graphic design classes starting from registration on the website to getting a class certificate so that students do not feel confused about what to do after registering, and is expected to make students understand in the process of online graphic design classes,  The results of using FSA with nfa type can help students to better understand the flow of the registration process for online graphic design classes, with the creation of an FSA with this type of NFA is also expected to help students in registering online to get a certificate because they have attended an online graphic design class.   Keywords : desain grafis, FSA, NFA, corel, adobe.

Abstract

The submission of Data Integration Services on regional apparatus in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is still processed manually. The data user proposes data integration services by attaching a data analysis requirement document addressed to the Data Producer and a copy to the data guardian. The Problems of manual submitting services are the difficulty of tracking the integration status, filling out the application data analysis form is inappropriate and incomplete, the data integration submission letter is not properly archived, and the results of the coordination betwen users and data producers are not properly documented.This study aims to design an application for submitting data integration services by applying the concept of Finite State Automata which is expected to provide convenience and benefits for data users in data integration submission, facilitate data producers in verifying data integration submission and facilitate the Department of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of DKI Jakarta as data guardian in providing data integration services for Regional Apparatus in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
