Abstract

Transformational Leadership in an organization has a significant influence on the success and dynamics of an organization. Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) as an organization is expected to increase the Village's original income and prosper the village community, based on the mandate of Law no. 6 of 2014. In the increasingly rapid corporate competition, several problems are often faced by business actors. In terms of capital in developing a business, based on this phenomenon, BUMDes are presented and built in the form of an organization with a spirit of togetherness in exploring and recognizing Village Potential. Therefore, one way to succeed in development in village income is to increase village income. The amount of village income is influenced by the performance of BUMDes in managing and maximizing existing assets in the Village. The purpose of writing this literature study is to identify Transformational Leadership in improving the performance of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The method used a literature study. The results obtained are to measure the influence of Transformational Leadership and Motivation on Community Performance. This study concludes that Leadership in the management of BUMDes in Semarang Regency can reflect Transformational Leadership.

Abstract

The right HRM is the key to success in achieving an organizational goal. The existence of HRM in an organization aims to increase the contribution of employees in the organization. One of the successes of HRM is determined in growing employee organizational commitment. How far the organizational commitment of employees to the organization will greatly determine the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between organizational culture, compensation, and competence on organizational commitment at PT. Poncol Branch Pawnshop. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Pegadaian Branch Poncol, with a sample of 35 respondents. The variables in this study are organizational culture, compensation, and competence as independent variables and organizational commitment as the dependent variable. The sampling technique was carried out by the saturated sampling method (Census). The data used is primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the first hypothesis stated "there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment at PT. Pegadaian Branch Poncol with a value (t-count 3.724 > t table 1.696)", hypothesis II states "there is a positive and significant effect between compensation and organizational commitment at PT. Pegadaian Branch Poncol with a value (t-count 4,007 > t table 1,696)", hypothesis III states "there is a positive and significant influence between competence and organizational commitment at PT. Poncol Branch Pawnshop with a value (t-count 3.038 > t-table 1.696)”. The results of the f test are known to be positive and significant with a value (fcount of 10.090 > ftable 2.69) and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a figure of 43.7% based on (Adjusted R Square), which means that 43.7% of the independent variables can be explained by the dependent variable and the remaining 56.3% is influenced by other factors that are not researched. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, with the better the culture applied by the organization, it is expected to have a positive influence on organizational commitment. Compensation has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, it is necessary to optimize the incentive system so that it is more adapted to the duties and responsibilities of each employee. This is expected to increase employee productivity. Competence has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, by increasing competence through skills, self-understanding and values ​​that exist within employees, it is hoped that employees can contribute more in increasing organizational commitment at PT. Abstract

Lembaga kurusus ikut berperan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia dalam dunia kerja, salah satunya adalah lembaga Pendidikan dan Pelatihan di LP2K Accounting Informatika Computer (AICOM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengelolaan dan pelatihan dalam mengasah Kompetensi Peserta Didik di LP2K AICOM Bloran. Populasi dalam penelitan ini yaitu peserta didik pada LP2K AICOM Bloran sebanyak 102 peserta dengan sampel sebanyak 51 peserta. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sedangkan alat analisis dalam penelitan ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan software SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukan bahwa: sistem pengelolaan berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi peserta didik sedangkan sistem pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi peserta didik. Dari hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini maka penulis menyarankan bagaimana pentingnya sistem pengelolaan yang baik serta maksimal agar peserta kursus puas dan memiliki pengalaman yang berguna untuk kedepannya.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi potensi burnout terhadap karyawan CV Jaya Lestari. Variabel yang terdapat pada penelitian ini meliputi variabel lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, self efficasy sebagai variable bebas, serta burnout sebagai variable terikat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 karyawan yang berpotensi mengalami burnout pada CV Jaya Lestari. Penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan tehnik sampul jenuh yang menghasilkan 41 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh pada uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari: uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda dari penelitian ini diketahui sebagai berikut: Y1 = 8,777 – 0,613 X1 + 0,600 X2 + 0,542 X3. Hasil analisis data yang dilakukan pada indikator-indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini semuanya valid dan reliabel. Untuk uji asumsi klasik secara keseluruhan data berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji t penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,006. Variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,002. Variabel self efficasy berpengaruh positif dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel berpengaruh secara stimultan atau bersama-sama dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. Hasil uji analisi koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 41,4 %. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap burnout pada karyawan CV Jaya Lestari adalah variabel beban kerja. Maka dari itu perusahaan perlu memperhatikan tingkat beban pekerjaan yang diterima oleh karyawan dalam melakukan sebuah pekerjaan.
