Abstract

Abstract:This article explains about some policies of Indonesian government in the old order era to the Islamic education. This study is a library research. The data obtained through the documents were analyzed by using content analysis. The research findings indicated that the Islamic education in the early of Indonesian’s independence day was not the concern of Indonesian government, whether it was a general policy as in the department of religious affairs or specifically as a policy in the study of religious education in schools. After PKI’s incident, the Islamic education received serious attention from the government such as policy requiring religious learning at every level of education. It was intended to eliminate the influence of the communist mind.Abstrak:Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang beberapa kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia di era orde lama terhadap pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Data yang diperoleh melalui dokumen dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis isi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam di awal hari kemerdekaan Indonesia bukanlah urusan pemerintah Indonesia, apakah itu kebijakan umum seperti di departemen urusan agama atau secara khusus sebagai kebijakan dalam studi pendidikan agama di sekolah. Setelah kejadian PKI, pendidikan Islam mendapat perhatian serius dari pemerintah seperti kebijakan yang mengharuskan pembelajaran agama di setiap tingkat pendidikan. Itu dimaksudkan untuk menghilangkan pengaruh pikiran komunis.

Abstract

This article examines the thoughts of Shaykh Nawawi Al-Bantani in the field of Islamic education in the era of globalization. This study was conducted to explain the importance of Islamic education as a foundation in life through the thinking of one of Indonesia's Islamic scholars. This research is library research in which data is obtained through documents analyzed by content analysis. The results of this study suggest that Islamic Education strongly recommends that its adherents have a strong foundation in religion that will lead it to the right path in this era of globalization. The importance of a balance between mind and soul in facing every life's challenges. In this paper, the main points of view of Syekh Nawawi Al-Bantani on the attitude that Muslims must take towards development and progress in the contemporary context, especially in Indonesia. Because he is an Islamic scholar who greatly contributed to the development of science. This is not wrong, because his works which are numerous and can still be read today by Muslims have added to the knowledge of Islam in particular. This paper uses a library research method, which is research that relies on library materials as a source of information to answer the main ideas of Syekh Nawawi Al-Bantani related to education from an Islamic education perspective. The research stage is to collect relevant materials, then these materials will be read, reviewed, recorded, and then used as best as possible. After all the stages are complete, then the data is analyzed by means of content analysis so that conclusions can be drawn regarding the implementation of Islamic education thought by Syekh Nawawi Al-Bantani in the Era of Globalization.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter pada sekolah berasrama (boarding school) di Kabupaten Jeneponto, dan 2) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter pada sekolah berasrama (boarding school) di Kabupaten Jeneponto. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan informan atau responden sebanyak 10 orang terdiri dari kepala asrama, Pembina asrama, guru, dan siswa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Keseluruhan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter pada sekolah berasrama (boarding school) di Kabupaten Jeneponto melalui; keteladanan, dialog/percakapan, dan pembiasaan, dan 2) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter pada sekolah berasrama (boarding school) di Kabupaten Jeneponto adalah adat/kebiasaan dan pendidikan, sementara itu faktor penghambatnya meliputi; fasilitas dan peserta didik).Kata kunci: Narkotika, psikotropika, wanita, dan perilaku menyimpang
