Abstract

The rapid development of technology makes social media one of the most effective marketing strategies to influence purchasing decisions. Moreover, during the current COVID-19 pandemic, various policies have been implemented to minimize the spread of the virus, which has led many companies to start looking at tik-tok as a platform for marketing their products. Because tik-tok is a social media platform that has just emerged and is very popular during the pandemic, it occupies the fourth position as the most widely used social media platform, where most of its users are from Generation Z. Seeing this phenomenon, this research was conducted to find out and analyze what kind of impact is caused by content marketing and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the purchasing decisions of Generation Z on tik-tok social media in Dharmasraya Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze "the effect of content marketing and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the purchasing decisions of Generation Z cosmetics on tik-tok social media (a case study of Dharmasraya Regency). This study used a quantitative method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The total number of respondents who were used as samples was 225. The results of this study indicate that content marketing and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) are partially and simultaneously proven to have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Its R square value is 0.566, which means that all independent variables can explain 56.6% of the dependent variable. while the remaining 43.4% can be explained by other factors not tested in this study.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out the effect of entrepreneurship education and training on people's interest in entrepreneurship (a case study at the Bungo Regency Job Training Center). The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of education and job training on the public's interest in entrepreneurship. This research uses quantitative method, to collect the data used questionnaire. The data analysis technique with Validity Test, Reliability Test, Correlation Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, T Test, F Test and Determination Test (R2). The population in this study were 224 respondents and 144 respondents were used as sample. The results of the study showed that partially (t test) it is proven that entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on people's interest in entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurship training has a significant effect on the people's interest in entrepreneurship, simultaneously ( test f) together with entrepreneurship education and training have a significant effect on entrepreneurship interest. The Adjusted R2 value is 0.624, which means that all independent variables can affect 62.4% of the dependent variable. While the remaining 37.6% can be influenced by other factors not tested in this study.

Abstract

Scarlett Whitening is a body care product that has many product lines, namely skin care and body care. This research was conducted to determine the effect of lifestyle, halal label and price on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening products (a case study of high school students in Sungai Rumbai sub-district). This study used a quantitative method of collecting data using a questionnaire, the respondents who were used as samples were 200 respondents. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening products. With the results of the t-test for lifestyle variables, it can be seen that the t-count is 1.433 and the t-table is 1.652 where the t-count is smaller than the t-table (1.433 <1.652). This shows that the independent variable of lifestyle has no significant effect on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions. While the halal label variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products. With the results of the t-test, it can be seen that the t-count is 2.745 and the t-table is 1.652 where the t-count is greater than t-table (2.745> 1.652). This shows that the independent variable halal label has an effect on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions. And the level is significantly greater than than alpha (0.007<0.05). The price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening products, with the results of the t-test t-count 10.383 and t-table 1.652 where t-count is greater than t-table (10.383 > 1.652) This shows the independent variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable of purchasing decisions. However, lifestyle variables (X1), halal label (X2) and price (X3) together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Its Adjusted R Square value is 56.8%. This shows that purchasing decisions are influenced by lifestyle variables, halal labels and prices, while the remaining 43.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The One Stop Integrated Licensing Investment Office (DPMPTSP) Dharmasraya is one of the agencies whose functions are to prepare investment plans, review the development of the investment climate, carry out investment promotions, and provide investment licensing services. This study wants to see how far the influence of employee competence, work environment and work motivation on employee performance. This study was conducted to determine and analyze what kind of influence is caused by the influence of employee competence, work environment and work motivation on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze "the influence of employee competence, work environment and work motivation on employee performance". This research uses quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires, the respondents who are used as samples are as many as 50 respondents. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the F test, it is found that employee competence (x1), work environment (x2) and employee motivation (x3) have a simultaneous significant effect on employee performance (y). value of 34.227 can be seen this test is carried out by comparing the F-count value with the F-table because the F-count value is greater than the F-table value (34.227 > 3.20). The F-count value is 34.227 with a significant level (0.000<0.005). so that jointly employee competence, work environment and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Then it can be obtained that H0 is rejected, H4 is accepted, it means that employee competence, work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The value of R square of employee performance (Y) is 0.691 or 69.1% while the value of Adjusted R Square (coefficient of determination) is 0.691 or 69.1% while the remaining 30.9% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.
