Abstract

ABSTRACT Pulmonary tuberculosis or pulmonary tuberculosis is a contagious infectious disease that attacks the lungs and bronchi. This disease is caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis which spreads through the air of human respiratory discharges. In 2017, the figure of Case Notification Rate / CNR (new case) of pulmonary TB (+) in North Sumatra was 104.3 / 100,000 population and Mandailing Natal District became an area second place with CNR of 187 / 100,000 population. One of the factors that can affect the recovery of pulmonary TB include behaviors such as knowledge, attitudes and actions as well as the environment such as ventilation area and occupancy density. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of behavior and home environment to the incidence of pulmonary TB in Panyabungan Jae Public Health Center in 2019. This type of research uses analytic survey method with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 56 people taken by total sampling technique. The results showed that the majority of respondents have less knowledge, negative attitudes, actions are not good, the area of ​​ventilation of the house does not meet the requirements and the density of dense occupancy with the majority of the occurrence of pulmonary TB. Bivariate test results found that there is a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.003), attitude (p = 0.010), actions (p = 0.013), ventilation area (p = 0.003) and density (p = 0.017) with the incidence of pulmonary TB in the Panyabungan Jae Public Health Center. It is expected that the community in the Panyabungan Jae Puskesmas area will be more active in carrying out the examination and treatment of new TB and following the management of pulmonary TB provided by health care workers. Abstract

Health Promotion is an effort to improve the community's ability to control health factors through learning from by, for, and with the community, so that they can help themselves, and develop community-based activities, according to local socio-cultural and supported by insightful public policies. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of health promotion on the acceptance of the covid-19 vaccine in the community in the working area of the Sessionkal Public Health Center in 2021. The research used is research that uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research was conducted in the working area of the Sessionkal Public Health Center in 2021 with 7 core informants. The results of interviews with informants are still many who have not done the covid-19 vaccine. Informants' lack of knowledge about the covid-19 vaccine, lack of promotional media, a lot of slanted news about the covid-19 vaccine, and the lack of health worker outreach activities to the people of South Padangsidempuan. The results showed that there was no effect of health promotion using various promotional media on the acceptance of the covid-19 vaccine in the community in the working area of the Sessionkal Health Center.

Abstract

Sektor manufaktur adalah sebuah sektor yang jumlah kecelakaan kerjanya terbilang tinggi. Dimana yang diteliti ini memiliki tujuan agar bisa melakukan analisis terhadap faktor perilaku dan faktor lingkungan kerja yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor perilaku dan faktor lingkungan kerja yang mempengaruhi kecelakaan kerja karyawan dan menghindari kecelakaan kerja pada PT. Inti Mitra Sawit Lestari Kecamatan Besitang Kabupaten Langkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian yang memiliki sifat secara analitik observasional, dimana pendekatannya adalah desain cross sectional study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 66 responden menunjukan bahwa dari 39 orang pekerja yang mempunyai perilaku pekerja beresiko. Menurut hasil uji Exact Fisher, nilai p value adalah 0,000 bisa diberikan simpulan jika ada kaitan antara perilaku pekerja dengan kejadian kecelakaan kerja.Kata kunci: Kecelakaan kerja, perilaku, lingkungan kerja The manufacturing sector is one of the sectors with a high number of work accidents. This study aims to analyze behavioral factors and work environment factors that affect employee work accidents and avoid work accidents at PT. Inti Mitra Sawit Lestari Besitang District Langkat Regency. This research uses an observational analytical research with a cross-sectional study design approach. The results showed that out of 66 respondents showed that out of 39 workers who had worker behavior were at risk. According to the exact fisher test results, the p value is 0.000, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the behavior of workers and the incidence of work accidents.Keywords: work accident, behavior, work environment

Abstract

Industri kayu merupakan industri untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia diantaranya industri daur ulang kayu bekas(kusen, pintu, dan jendela) yang memiliki resiko kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kecelakaan Kerja Pada Pengrajin Kayu Jalan Pahawan, Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi crosssectional dengan jumlah responden 50 dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tidak terdapat hubungan terhadap kecelakaan kerja  variabel usia   dengan nilai p=0,064 > (α = 0,05),  masa kerja  nilai  p=.722,  pendidikan dengan nilai p=.336. Hasil penelitian menyatakan adanya hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kecelakaan kerja dengan nilai-p 0.018 <0.05 dan prilaku tidak aman memiliki hubungan atau pengaruh terhadap kecelakaan kerja dengan nilai-p 0.018 <0.05. Kondisi tidak aman memiliki hubungan dengan kecelakaan kerja. Tempat kerja yg tidak penuhi standard dan prasyarat kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja bisa menyebabkan penurunan daya produksi dan produktifitas.Kata Kunci :Prilaku, Kondisi, Kecelakaan Kerja The wood industry is an industry to meet human needs, including the furniture industry, as well as the used wood recycling industry (frames, doors, and windows) which have the risk of work accidents. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence work accidents on wood craftsmen at Jalan Pahawan. This study used a cross sectional study design with 50 respondents and used a cross sectional study design. Results Based on the research, there is no relationship with work accidents with the age variable p value = 0.064 > (α = 0.05), working period p = .722, education with p = .336. The results of the study stated that there was a relationship between the work environment and work accidents with a p-value of 0.018 <0.05 and behavior had no relationship or influence on work accidents with a p-value of 0.018 <0.05. Unsafe conditions have a relationship with work accidents. Workplaces that do not meet occupational health and safety standards and prerequisites can lead to a decrease in production power and productivity.Keywords: Behavior, Condition and Work Accident
