Abstract

Pada era globalisasi seperti saat ini menimbulkan persaingan yang semakin ketat di berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia, Salah satu persaingan yang ada adalah di bidang industri Furniture. Cirebon adalah salah satu kota di daerah Jawa Barat yang memiliki banyak potensi usaha rotan yang terkenal. Potensi usaha masyarakat salah satunya adalah kerajinannya, khususnya kerajinan yang berbahan dasar rotan yang kemudian dikelola oleh masyarakat ini sudah dikenal sampai mancanegara karena produk yang dihasilkan adalah produk berkualitas. Kurang lebih ada sekitar 80% kerajinan rotan di dunia ini berasal dari Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif, menurut (Sugiyono 2017) metode kuantitatif merupakan penelitian yang berlandaskan pada positivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan isntrumen penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif atau statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Adapun hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini antara lain Beban kerja yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemudian beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, lalu stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan yang terakhir stres kerja memiliki peran sebagai mediasi antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Stres Kerja

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the aspects of non-medical workers' work motivation that are related to their quality of work life. This study is quantitative and cross-sectional in nature. 74 non-medical staff made up the study's sample. Random proportional sampling was used for sampling. According to the findings of the research, there are 20 non-medical employees with low work motivation (27.0%), and there are 54 employees with high work motivation (73.0%). The availability of facilities, communication, career advancement, problem-solving skills, a sense of job stability, pride in one's workplace, job restructuring, and the environment all contribute to one's ability to stay motivated at work.

Abstract

Employee performance is individual because each employee has a different level of ability in carrying out their duties. Performance depends on a combination of abilities, efforts, and opportunities that are obtained. This study aims to see how much the influence of compensation and job satisfaction together on the performance of employees of PT. ASTRA International Tbk - Daihatsu partially and simultaneously. In this study, the type of research used is associative research. Where the writer tries to know the relationship between two variables partially or simultaneously. This study's method of collecting data used a questionnaire with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the study show that partial compensation and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees at PT. ASTRA International Tbk - Daihatsu. Simultaneously partial compensation and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees of PT. ASTRA International Tbk – Daihatsu with a contribution of 65.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and examine how employee performance in one of Ministry in Indonesia is impacted by the physical work environment, workload, and productivity. 100 respondents were included in the saturation sampling approach used to select the research sample. With the use of SPSS software version 26, multiple linear regression techniques were used to analyze the data for this investigation. The findings demonstrated that employee performance was impacted by the physical work environment, workload, and productivity all at the same time. With a significance value of 0.000, the physical work environment has a considerable impact on employee performance to some extent. Employee performance is also significantly impacted by workload, and employee performance is significantly impacted by work productivity. In the coefficient of determination (R2), the corrected R Square value shows that all independent variables simultaneously has positive and significant effect on performance of employees in ministry office.
