Abstract

New world as a result of the development of science and technology mutakhir makes sign no longer reflect reality. Representation is no longer associated with the truth. The new world was built by various forms of distortion of reality, free game mark, meaning irregularities and artificiality meaning. The new world was built by many reality distortions, the free sign game, the deviation and appear-ance of meaning. A new reality world draws a metamorphosis which is got by human, from what mentioned as a reality condition, turn to post-reality. The post-reality will not effect at all to human if the critical awareness of human is kept on. Yet, if the critical awareness of human has been eroded, the human has artificial awareness. Actually, the post-reality is not a threat for human’s life if the critical awareness is kept on. Yet, if the critical awareness of human is erod-ed, human will be pressed and dominated by post-reality world.AbstrakDunia baru akibat dari perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi mutakhir menjadikan tanda tidak lagi merefleksikan realitas. Representasi tidak lagi berkaitan dengan kebenaran. Dunia baru itu dibangun oleh berbagai bentuk dis-torsi realitas, permainan bebas tanda, penyimpangan makna dan kesemuan mak-na. Dunia realitas baru tersebut melukiskan sebuah metamorfosis yang dialami oleh manusia, dari apa yang disebut sebagai kondisi realitas, ke arah apa yang disebut sebagai kondisi posrealitas (post-reality). Realitas dunia posrealitas ter-sebut tidak akan berdampak apa-apa terhadap manusia jika fakultas kesadaran kritis manusia tetap terjaga, akan tetapi jika fakultas kritis manusia telah terde-gradasi maka yang akan terjadi adalah manusia yang berkesadaran artifisial. Sebenarnya posrealitas bukanlah sebuah ancaman bagi kehidupan manusia se-jauh fakultas kritis manusia masih terjaga dengan baik, akan tetapi jika fakultas kritis manusia telah terdegradasi maka yang terjadi adalah manusia yang tertin-das dan terdominasi oleh dunia posrealitas.

Abstract

Dalam upaya Madrasah At-Tarbiyah untuk mendidik siswanya menjadi manusia yang mulia tidak bisa dilepaskan dari peranan guru. Dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai tenaga pendidik, guru dituntut sedapat mungkin bertindak sebagai agen pembelajaran yang profesional. Sejalan dengan berbagai tuntutan yang dialamatkan bagi setiap guru, maka keberadaannya sangat diharapkan memberikan pembelajaran didasarkan pada kompetensi yang harus dimiliki. Adapun komptensi tersebut meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi professional. Disinilah pentingnya sosok pemimpin selaku penanggung jawab pengelolaan administrasi dan teknis pembelajaran yang diharapkan mampu bertindak menumbuh kembangkan kompetensi guru lewat pemberdayaan kompetensi guru melalui bentuk penghargaan seperti pemberian kesempatan sertifikasi guru, pendidikan dan latihan profesi, penyediaan sarana pendukung pembelajaran, pemerataan jam pembelajaran, pemberian insentif berdasarkan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya serta pemenuhan jaminan kenyamanan dan keamanan dalam menjalankan tugas pembelajarannya. Permasalahan yang akan diteliti adalah upaya kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru Madrasah At-Tarbiyah Kabupaten Kutai Kertanegara.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini adalah upaya kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru Madrasah Ibtida’iyah At-Tarbiyah Kutai Kertanegara. Sumber data adalah kepala sekolah dan guru Madrasah Ibtida’iyah At-Tarbiyah Kutai Kertanegara yang jumlahnya 7 orang yang terdiri dari 1 orang kepala Sekolah, Wakasek 1 orang dan guru 5 orang. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan di Madrasah At-Tarbiyah Kabupaten Kutai Kertanegara upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di MI At-Tarbiyah diantaranya Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG), kegiatan Diklat (pelatihan), penataran serta lokakarya dan kuliah ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi.Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa proses pendidikan dan pengajaran sudah berjalan dengan baik yang mana sesuai dengan program yang telah ditetapkan kepala madrasah.

Abstract

The learning process of Indonesian in Class VIII-F of SMPN 3 Kediri experienced several obstacles. The obstacle is the low interest and activeness in following the learning process. This causes low student learning outcomes that are lacking. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students VIII-F SMP 3 Kediri by using the Articulation learning model. Data collection methods used were observation, written tests, and documentation. The application of the articulation learning model starts with the teacher giving the material followed by group formation. After that, the teacher gives news text to each group. One student from each group has the duty to read the text and the other students record important things. After reading the text, the text is taken back by the teacher. Then the teacher gives a list of questions related to the news text Each group must discuss to answer the question. The indicator of the success of this study is that there are more than 75% of students who complete KKM. Based on the research data it can be seen that in pre-cycle there were 47% (16) students completed KKM. Then, in the first cycle, there were 62% (21) students completed KKM. Then, in the second cycle, there were 82% (28) students completed KKM.

Abstract

National Examination is the assessment of learning outcomes by the government which aims to assess the achievement of national competency on specific subjects in the group of subjects in science and technology. The results are used as one of the considerations for mapping the program quality or the educational unit, as the basic selection to the next education level, determining students' graduation, and giving scholarship for improving the quality of education. Panopticon was originally a concept of the prison building designed by English philosopher and social theorist Jeremy Bentham in 1785. The design concept was allowing a guard to watch  prisoners everywhere. Later, Panopticon not merely architectural designs, but he became a model of community supervision and discipline, which also applied today. National Exam as State Panoptikon is a philosophical concept where the values in National Examination is examined or analyzed using the concepts and values of Panoptikon

Abstract

Development in Indonesia refers to the concept of sustainable development (sustainable development) and responsibility for the environment . Companies have a social responsibility to social and environmental consequences of environmental damage that caused . Implementation of corporate social responsibility (Cooperate Social Responsibility) is an important part in the framework part of the enforcement of environmental law . Implementation of CSR growing rapidly , including in Indonesia . Through Law No. 40 Year 2007 regarding Limited Liability Company , specifically in Article 74, in response to the action of the business world to social and environmental causes damages to society . But in application / CSR implementation will be undertaken by the company is not maximized with implications for the enforcement of environmental law.

Abstract

As a means of supporting the lecture process, the Abdurrrab University Informatics Engineering Study Program has a computer laboratory. But in monitoring its assets are still carried out conventionally. In the era of technology as it is today, this method is felt to be less effective. In addition to the problem of physical archives that require space and risk of losing files, data management is an important issue in this regard. To overcome this problem, we need an Android-based Laboratory Asset Monitoring System which data management is centralized to the database. In this Laboratory Asset Monitoring System, the admin can input data in the form of asset data and user data. The data inputted by the admin is then stored in a database and processed by the system into asset information such as asset life information and asset depreciation and user information. To calculate depreciation of assets, this system uses the Straight Line Depreciation Method. While laboratory personnel can check assets regularly to find out the current condition and status of assets. Asset checking data will also be saved to the database and can be called whenever needed.

Abstract

Violence is identical with power. Violence is a practice result of power. When a class dominates another class, the process will produce violence. The mechanism of violence carried out by the dominant class against the dominated class slowly and smoothly. Education, according to Bourdieu, is only a tool to maintain the existence of the dominant class. The dominant class forces the dominated class to behave and follow the culture of the dominant class throughout the school. Schools influence students' attitudes and habits with dominant classroom culture. This research is a qualitative descriptive. This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) Balikpapan and in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Nganjuk. Resources in this study are the headmaster of Madrasah, deputy, teachers, subject teachers, boarding teachers and students. Data collection techniques used in this study is observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is content analysis. From the study, it can be concluded that symbolic violence in Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Negeri (MIN) Balikpapan and Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Nganjuk are manifested in almost all madrasah activities. The symbolic form of violence that researchers found was that students were forced to practice upper-class habit published in wall magazine, students were forced to accept high-class habit in the form of pictures or persuasive sentences (seducing) subtly. For example, 6 S mottos: Smile, Greet, Greetings, Shaking hand, Polite, and Saying  Salaam Before entering class.
