Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of working capital and accounts receivable turnover affects the level of profit, in this case the measurement uses the level of profitability. To measure capital and accounts receivable turnover, in this study researchers used multiple linear regression analysis approach. The object of this study is located in the AN-Nisa women's cooperative which is located in North Lombok district, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The data obtained at the research location are in the form of financial reports for 6 years, from 2014 to 2019. The results of this study indicate that the ability of the An-Nisa cooperative to obtain profits is mostly influenced by the variables used in this study, namely capital and accounts receivable turnover. So that the ability to manage capital and the better governance of providing accounts receivable will have a major impact on the level of profits obtained. This can be seen from the test results of the coefficient of determination, where the ability of capital and accounts receivable turnover have an impact on the profit level of 98.40 percent

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant influence between entrepreneurship knowledge and Job Opportunities Perception on motivation and interest in student entrepreneurship. This study was designed with a quantitative research approach aimed at looking at the influence between variables in research. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. With a total sample of 100 respondents. data collection tools using a questionnaire with a measurement of differential semantic scale. Data processing tools use structure equation modelling. Processing of research data begins with exogenous and endogenous confirmatory factor (CFA) analysis testing and results in the fulfillment of exogenous and endogenous CFA requirements. Where the significance requirements P ≤ 0.05 and the value of C. R ≥ 2, so that those who meet these requirements are entrepreneurial knowledge (KWN) influence on motivation where p = 0.001; and C.R = 3.208. So that the results of data processing show that entrepreneurial knowledge has a significant effect on motivation, perceptions of business opportunities have no significant effect on motivation, entrepreneurial knowledge has no significant effect on interests, Perception of business opportunities has no significant effect on interests, and motivation has no effect on interests

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous significant effect of social demographic, personal attitude, and contextual variables on Entrepreneurial Intention among Private Higher Education Students in Mataram City. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. the sampling technique uses purposive sampling, with the sample criteria being students who have received entrepreneurship courses. The number of samples is 100 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between social demographic variables, personal attitude towards Entrepreneurial Intention, and there was no positive and significant effect between contextual variables on Entrepreneurial Intention. Judging from the beta coefficient (β) that the variable that has the dominant influence is the Personal Attitude variable. The amount of the effective contribution (R Square) for each social demographic, personal attitude, and contextual variables to the Entrepreneurial Intention variable. by 51.3% the remaining 48.7% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the significance of education, training and mentoring on the business motivation of MSMEs at PLUT KUMKM, West Nusa Tenggara Province. In this study, using a quantitative research approach, the main focus is to find the influence between variables. Determination of respondents in this study using non probability sampling so that the respondents in this study were 81 respondents. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression and analysis of determination with data collection used by using the method of spreading questions in the form of questions at intervals of strongly agree to strongly disagree, in other words using a questionnaire. Until the processing results show that among the education, training and mentoring variables the most dominant and influencing business motivation is mentoring, assuming this assistance is a follow-up to the training that has been previously provided.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand ambassadors, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Emina cosmetic products (a case study on female students in Mataram city). This research variable consists of 3 (three) independent variables, which are brand ambassador (X1), brand image (X2) and product quality (X3) and the dependent variable is purchase decision (Y). The population of this research is public and private university students in Mataram city who use Emina cosmetic products. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with the sampling method, namely incidental sampling. The number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 28 program. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, it can be concluded that the constant value is 3.127, meaning that if there is no change in the brand ambassador variable, brand image and product quality (value X1, X2, and X3 is 0), then the purchase decision on Emina cosmetic products is 3,127 units. The results of this study also show that based on the t test the brand ambassador variable and product quality partially have a significant influence with the results of the t count, namely brand ambassador 2,367 and product quality 5,086 on purchasing decisions, while the brand image variable is seen from the t test that the t table is more greater than t arithmetic means that this indicates that the brand image variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the t test, it can be seen that the biggest influence of all variables is the product quality variable, meaning that the product quality variable has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions with a value of 5.086. According to Beta test, it known that product quality (X3) has the highest value among other independent variables with a value 57.7%. The results of this study also show that based on the F test (simultaneous) the brand ambassador variable, brand image, and product quality have a joint influence on the purchasing decision variable with a value of 23.133.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan didusun Karang Desa Pemenang Barat.Tujuandari kegiatan ini adalah untuk: Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilanmasyarakatbudidaya jamur tiram untuk menghasilkan produkyang potensi untuk dijual sehingga dapat menambah penghasilan keluarga. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan adalah dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan teknik ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi, praktik langsung. Teknik ceramah digunakan dalam proses penyampaian materi pelatihan. Teknik diskusi digunakan sebagai media komunikasi saat pelatihan berlangsung sehingga terjadi komunikasi dua arah antara pemateri dan audiens/masyarakat. Teknik demonstrasi digunakan dalam proses memberikan contoh dalam setiap pelatihan, sehingga memberikan kemudahan dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan. Metode praktik langsung digunakan untuk mengaplikasikan materi yang telah didapatkan, tentunya dengan bimbingan fasilitator/narasumber. Hasil pelaksanaan program adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam budidaya jamur tiram yang tidak banyak pesaingnya (jamur krispy, sate jamur dan ollahan jamur lainnya) yang berpotensi menghasilkan keuntungan.
