Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan sarana layanan sosial yang mempunyai banyak manfaat untuk kebutuhan penyelesaian masalah bagi masyarakat. Selain digunakan untuk sarana konsultasi penyakit, rumah sakit juga dapat menjadi wadah publik untuk mendapatkan informasi bagi kesehatannya. Kebutuhan pengumpulan data kertas yang dilakukan dalam proses pelayanan da[at menyusahkan masyarakat dalam penjalanan alur kerja rumah sakit yang sebenarnya dapat ditinggalkan dan ditukar dengan alat baru menggunakan sistem aplikasi terintegrasi. Sistem terintegrasi yang digunakan dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam proses pendaftaran, pendataan, serta pengecekan rekam  medis yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat di dalam aplikasi rumah sakit yang dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan sistem informasi. Perkembangan sistem informasi yang telah berkembang harus dimanfaatkan guna memudahkan masyarakat untuk pengelolaan data di rumah sakit. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi menggunakan aplikasi juga didukung dengan bubble sort algorithm untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam untuk melakukan pengoperasian didalam aplikasi. Pembaruan pola kerja delakukan dengan melihat dari apa yang banyak dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat, dan apa hasil dari pembaruan yang akan dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan pelayanan rumah sakit secara jarak jauh.

Abstract

The development of the current Point of Sales (POS) system is very important for industry, especially for trading efforts, many business industries use digital recording or data collection systems. Mandala Motor Workshop is company engaged in the automotive sector, providing repair services and selling spare parts for two-wheeled vehicles. At this time the sales system that runs at the Mandala Motor Workshop is still manual in making business records, there are often mistakes when dividing the entire payment, there’s no recording of client information, recording inventory of goods written on paper notes, resulting risk of loss and inefficiency. Point of Sales (POS) is system can help the marketing business process of mandala motor repair shop. Each Point of Sales consists of hardware and applications, these 2 parts used for running business process. System design using Agile Development Method has six stages consisting of planning, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance. Aimed assisting management in checking marketing reports directly, making easier for industry to carry out marketing business, inventory, client information and producing good communication for companies, employees, clients. This application has also been evaluated using the Software Usability Scale (SUS) method, where the average of 200 respondents, namely 76.6%, is included in the acceptable application acceptance level category, the grade level category is in position C, and the adjective rating category be in position. acceptable so that it can be concluded that the application is suitable for use by users and has been fulfilled.

Abstract

Based on the results of an analysis of the Community Service training in the previous odd semester of 2022/2023 which made websites using wireframes, this time we are trying to improve the website creation training process by introducing User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) training first to the students of SMAN 58 Jakarta by using the figma application. This is intended to make the website design more attractive. Even though in the previous website creation training, students were able to create their own website design, the appearance of the design still looked stiff because they were still focused on how to make the website, not on website design. In fact, the basis of making the website itself lies in the appearance design of the website. The figma application was chosen because it is easy to use, is a sharing application so that website creation can be done together on the same file, has many features, is cloud-based so it doesn't require installation, there are lots of additional plugins and it's free. This Community Service was carried hybrid in the Computer Laboratory of SMAN 58 Jakarta on Friday Juni, 9 2023 at 9am-11.30am with 12 participants who had previously been selected from the school. Based on the survey results, 92% of participants answered that they had never used the figma application and 100% of participants thought that the figma application helped make website creation easier.

Abstract

Education in Staff Operation of Indonesian National Police is an important element that aims to improve the quality of personnel. Staff Operation of Indonesian National Police (Sops Polri) is an unit in the National Police of Indonesian Headquarters. Education and development is carried out by the Staff Human Resources of Indonesian National Police (SSDM Polri) by gathering personnel data from various units. At first Sops Polri has to select its personnel so that the selected personnel is the best. But the process of selection in Sops Polri still done manually and the chances of errors are very large. So the development of decision support system using AHP and SAW methods can help the process of selection in Sops Polri. After decision support system was developed then it was tested by using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with a result of 80.25 which can be interpreted as acceptable.
