Abstract

Selama wabah Covid-19, pemerintah memberlakukan pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB). Pembatasan tersebut memberikan dampak untuk berbagai sector, salah satunya sector wisata. Selama masa pandemi banyak tempat wisata yangterbengkalai. Setelah hadirnya istilah “New Normal” atau dengan trend baru berwisata pascapandemic, banyak tempat wisata mulai dibuka dan ditata kembali. Dalam hal penataan kembali objek wisata, banyak hal yang perlu diperhatikan mulai dari segikebersihan hingga segi kenyamanan dan keindahannya. melalui program KKNT (Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik) Universitas Hasanuddin Gelombang 108 ini, mahasiswa sebagai agen of change diharapkan dapat memberikan perubahan dan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mengolah kembali wisata yang ada di desa, sehingga wisata yang ada tertata kembali.Pelaksanaan program kerja “Pembenahan Dan Pengadaan Kawasan Empang Beringin Desa Borikamase, Kec. Maros Baru, Kab. Maros Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Tarik Wisatawan” dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu observasi daerah wisata Desa Borikamase, Kec. Maros Baru, tahapan pengerjaan perbaikan objek wisata, dan tahapan akhir. Kegiatan ini dilakssanakansecara sesuai dengan target waktu, tempat dan target keberhasilan yang baik secara kulitatif. Hasil yang diperolah selama pelaksanaan ditandai dengan adanya perbaikan dari lokasi wisata, pelaksanaan turnamen memancing yang menjadi salah satu upaya untuk menarik pengunjung juga berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to describe the framing and journalism of peace conducted by the media portals Suarapapua.com and Kompas.com and the framing and journalism of peace reporting on the conflict in Papua. This research was conducted for approximately 3 months, from May to July 2022. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using framing analysis by Robert E. Entman, namely, the selection of issues and highlighting certain aspects of reality or issues. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of the Entman model, then reviewed from the perspective of Johan Galtung's Peaceful Journalism. The results of this study indicate that the framing carried out by Suarapapua.com and Kompas.com has an impact on maintaining security stability in Papua. And the application of peace journalism carried out by both of them provides prevention of the ongoing adverse effects on conflicting groups in Papua.

Abstract

The simultaneous regional head elections in 2020 will be the first regional elections to be held during the Covid-19 pandemic. The rules and policies set by the government in tackling the spread of Covid-19 are the biggest challenge for the General Elections Commission as the organizer of the regional election in dealing with the issue of low public interest in attending and exercising their right to vote at polling stations. In increasing voter participation, the Makassar City KPU, which is also the organizer of the regional election, faces this challenge by using a strategy through the use of communication media. Communication media has been widely used to support the implementation of socialization in increasing voter participation in regional head elections. This study aims to analyze the strategy used by the Makassar City KPU in utilizing communication media to increase voter participation in the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections held during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection carried out by observation, interviews and documentation studies. This research conducted The informant selection technique used purposive sampling. The results of this study found that the strategy carried out through the use of communication media by the Makassar City KPU could maximize the implementation of the socialization stages during the pandemic through various forms of social media so as to boost voter interest to participate in the 2020 simultaneous elections.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of professionalism among television celebrity journalists in the age of media disruption. The research method used is qualitatively descriptive. with a case study approach, namely the research carried out that is focused on a particular case and needs to be carefully observed and analyzed to completion. The results of this study show that Celebes television journalists, in performing their duties and jobs as press representatives, understand methods of reporting and presenting news based on the objectivity of data and in accordance with the facts in the field. The professionalism of journalistic work is highly valued in the current era of disruption, always referring to the press law and adhering to the journalistic code of ethics. Celebes television journalists are able to provide accurate, balanced information to sources by reviewing data and reflecting on different perspectives or news angles in an event.Keywords: Journalist, Professionalism, Disruption, Celebes Tv, Journalistic Code of Ethics

Abstract

People's need for night entertainment is no longer a new thing, especially for the city of Makassar. Night entertainment has now become a necessity for the young to the old to be one of the entertainments in the midst of busy activities. As time goes by, nightlife venues are now being enlivened with karaoke nights. Singing various genres of music together guided by a lead that has its own charm for visitors. The background of this study aims to determine how the form of marketing communication strategy of Karaoke Night Bernyanyi Bermasa in increasing the number of visitors and what factors support the marketing communication strategy in increasing the number of visitors to karaoke Night Bernyanyi Bermasa. This research will use purposive sampling technique, this technique includes based on the object. Where the population that meets the criteria is not sampled. Informants in this study amounted to 5 people consisting of 1 founder of Masa Kreatif, 1 employee of Teratas Bar, and 3 visitors to Bernyanyi Bermasa. The marketing strategy carried out at Bernyanyi Bermasa karaoke night in increasing the number of visitors through advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, direct marketing. From the marketing communication strategy carried out by Bernyanyi Bermasa karaoke night, it has not been maximized. Bernyanyi Bermasa has employees with diverse backgrounds in terms of social environment and age, strategic location with complete facilities and facilities as supporting factors. The inhibiting factor of marketing communication strategy at karaoke night Bernyanyi Bermasa is the lack of advertising and promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the promotion strategy used by GoPlay Indonesia through @goplayindonesia, and (2) analyze promotional activities carried out by GoPlay Indonesia in encouraging creative industries in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach. In this study, primary data was obtained directly from informants by conducting interviews with Edy Sulystio as CEO of GoPlay Indonesia, and Franky Kuncoro as one of the content creators with several achievements in events held by GoPlay. The data in this study were also obtained from live streaming carried out by GoPlay sourced from Sandy Colondam as Head of Content GoPlay and Martinus Faisal as Chief strategic officers GoPlay. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation of the GoPlay and Instagram applications GoPlay and activity documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, reduction, presentation and conclusion. The study results show that 1) GoPlay Indonesia's promotion strategy is in accordance with what Philip Kotler and Keller formulated: service promotion places more emphasis on building closeness and trust between the parties involved. Via instagram GoPlay consistently delivers various information about live creator content streaming and informing about events held by GoPlay for viewers. 2) Promotional activities carried out by GoPlay are making big events that involve several parties and can be enjoyed by the wider community, even those who are not viewers GoPlay though. This event shows that GoPlay supports content creators to continue working so that a live creative industry climate continues stream GoPlay. GoPlay encourages the creative industry in Indonesia and invites creators to create quality content and find their community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kecenderungan masyarakat kota kendari dalam penerimaan berita. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kuantitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis kecenderungan masyarakat Kota Kendari dalam penerimaan berita kasus Ferdy Sambo di detik.com. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas masyarakat Kota Kendari cenderung menerima atau mengetahui berita kasus Ferdy Sambo. Jumlah masyarakat yang pernah membaca, mendengarkan, atau menonton berita kasus Ferdy Sambo lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan jumlah masyarakat yang tidak pernah membaca, mendengarkan, atau menonton berita tersebut. Selain itu, jumlah masyarakat yang sering membaca, mendengarkan, atau menonton berita kasus Ferdy Sambo hingga tuntas lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan masyarakat yang jarang atau bahkan tidak pernah membaca, mendengarkan, atau menonton berita tersebut. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat Kota Kendari cenderung menerima dan mengetahui berita kasus Ferdy Sambo yang dilaporkan di detik.com.

Abstract

Ada dua cara mengukur kepuasan pelanggan, yang pertama melihat pelayanan yang diinginkan (desired service), yang kedua pelayanan yang dianggap cukup (adequate service). Tour leader sebagai bagian dari pelayanan yang dimiliki oleh travel umrah dan haji khusus sehingga Tour leader memiliki peran dalam memenuhi harapan jamaah dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Tour leader dituntut untuk bisa mengelola kepuasan jamaah haji dengan cara memahami kebutuhan dan harapan, serta memberikan solusi yang memuaskan dan komunikatif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis komunikasi interpersonal Tour leader, menganalisis kepuasan jamaah haji khusus Ujas Tour dan hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal Tour leader dengan kepuasan jamaah haji khusus Ujas Tour. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif, sampel penelitian terdiri dari 42 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik probability sampling yaitu memberikan peluang yang sama kepada seluruh populasi untuk menjadi anggota sampel. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penetrasi Sosial dengan dimensi dalam teori DeVito Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Wilkie Kepuasan Pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara Komunikasi Interpersonal Tour leader dengan Kepuasan jamaah haji khusus Ujas Tour sebesar 0,664 berdasarkan tingkat korelasi dan hasil uji analisis statistic diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 (kurang dari 0,05), dan df = 4 dengan demikian nilai Xhitung 33,097 lebih dari Xtabel 9.488. Hipotesis penelitian H₁ diterima dan H₀ ditolak, ada hubungan yang signifikansi antara komunikasi interpersonal Tour leader dengan kepuasan jamaah haji khusus tahun 2024.
