<![CDATA[Background and objectives: The spread of HIV / AIDS is still a major worrying problem at this time, not a single country in the world is free from HIV / AIDS. WHO has set a target of 90-90-90 which is expected that by 2020, 90% of people living with HIV will know their status, 90% of all people diagnosed with HIV will receive continuous antiretroviral treatment and 90% of all people who receive antiretroviral treatment obtains HIV viral suppression. The Government of Timor-Leste in its efforts to tackle HIV / AIDS in the future by improving coordination between related sectors in the context of implementing AIDS prevention programs with the hope of achieving targets, namely zero new infection, zero AIDS related death and zero discrimination. This study aims to determine the determinants of the perception of MSM in the use of VCT. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional analytic survey design with men having sex with men (MSM) aged ≥ 18 years as respondents. The study was conducted in Dili Municipality, Timor-Leste. The sample was selected using the convenient sampling method with a total of 150 respondents. Data collected by interview method. Data analysis was performed using logistic regression to determine the Adjusted Odd Ratio of each variable. Results: The results showed that respondents who had tested in the last 1 year were 64.7% and respondents who had never tested in the last 1 year were 35.3%. The results of multivariate analysis with logistic regression showed that the variables associated with VCT utilization were perceived vulnerability (AOR = 14.761; 95% CI = 1.976-110.242; p = 0.009) and information sources (AOR = 0.038; 95% CI = 0.005-0.284; p = 0.001). Conclusion: Perceptions of vulnerability and sources of information are related to the use of VCT in MSM. So it is hoped that health workers will collaborate with NGO administrators to be more active in educating MSM regarding the importance of using VCT through VCT mobile services, using approaches through online media and direct counseling.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Medical records are confidential medical files belonging to patients, and the storage must be managed properly to maintain the security and confidentiality of medical record files. The medical record storage system requires the right method so that storage is organized. The implementation of the alignment system at Kebonjati Hospital Bandung uses a middle digit filling alignment system, namely storage by aligning medical record files seen from the 2 (two) middle numbers contained in the medical record file map.Objective: This study was conducted to analyze the implementation of the alignment system with the middle digit filling system on the effectiveness of storing medical record files at Kebonjati Hospital, Bandung.Methods: The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used was literature study, observation and interviews with a population of 4 and 4 people were selected as samples.Results: From the research conducted, it was found that the use of the middle digit filling alignment system in the implementation of centralized medical file storage was considered effective when observed from the number of missing medical record files.Conclusion: Alignment of medical records with the Middle Digit Filling System at Kebonjati Hospital Bandung is effective, because the factor of misfiles is often due to fatigue or lack of thoroughness of the staff.Keywords: Alignment, Storage, Medical Records]]>

<![CDATA[Rekam medis merupakan catatan yang mendokumentasikan informasi penting dalam satu periode perawatan pasien. Kelengkapan rekam medis rawat inap sangatlah penting terutama pada lembar ringkasan pasien pulang, oleh karena itu harus dijaga mutunya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses analisis kelengkapan pengisian ringkasan pasien pulang guna menunjang mutu rekam medis di RS X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Maret 2023 di Rumah Sakit X yang ada di Kota Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 93 sampel ringkasan pasien pulang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Pengambilan sampel data menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil dari analisis kelengkapan pengisian ringkasan pasien pulang dalam aspek kelengkapan, pada review identifikasi pasien terdapat kelengkapan tertinggi yaitu sebesar 100% dokumen terisi lengkap. Pada review laporan penting diketahui tanggal masuk, tanggal keluar, ringkasan hasil keluar, pengobatan selama di Rumah Sakit, riwayat alergi, efek samping obat, diagnosa sekunder, instruksi perawatan lanjut dan keperluan kontrol adalah item yang lengkap (100%). Sedangkan item kondisi pasien saat keluar RS yang paling sedikit terisi, yaitu (87%). Pada review autentikasi item tanda tangan dokter penanggung jawab pasien dan item waktu pengisian belum terisi dengan lengkap (67%). review pencatatan terdapat ketidaklengkapan pada item tulisan dapat dibaca dan item tidak terdapat baris kosong (88%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pengisian formulir ringkasan pasien pulang di RS X sudah sesuai dengan SOP yang di tetapkan oleh RS, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih ada yang belum optimal.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of good information system technology can help the implementation of the work program of the puskesmas effectively, reports on the performance of the puskesmas can be reported periodically and systematically so that the puskesmas management can make the right decisions. SIKDA at the Medical Record Unit at the Ciranjang Inpatient Health Center just started in April 2019. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Regional Health Information System (SIKDA) in improving outpatient services at the Ciranjang Inpatient Health Center and to analyze the inhibiting factors for the implementation of generic SIKDA at the Ciranjang Inpatient Health Center. The research method used is qualitative analysis with a descriptive approach. The time of the research was conducted in March-May 2023 at the Ciranjang Inpatient Health Center. The results of the study when viewed from the perspective of human factors found that SIKDA at the Ciranjang Inpatient Health Center could not be carried out by every officer in the service unit, there were no special technical staff who managed the information system and there was no further training or outreach. While from the technological factor there are several damaged devices and information systems that are not updated. It can be concluded that generic SIKDA human resources are still lacking in operating generic SIKDA in all outpatient service units due to limited human resources. The technological factor for the application of SIKDA is already very good. However, support from the leadership for the implementation of generic SIKDA is considered to be lacking due to limited facilities and infrastructure, and the availability of human resources. And the benefits generated by the regional health information system (SIKDA) at the Ciranjang Inpatient Health Center are still not being felt due to not being integrated in all outpatient services and software applications that have never been updated again.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendaftaran rawat jalan dan tingkat kepuasan pasien di RSUD Kota Bandung sebagai contoh institusi pelayanan kesehatan.Interaksi antara pasien dan petugas kesehatan, terutama di tempat pendaftaran rawat jalan, memiliki dampak besar pada kepuasan pasien, yang pada gilirannya dapat memengaruhi citra rumah sakit dan jumlah kunjungan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui berbagai teknik, termasuk observasi, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan perhitungan rumus slovin dengan mengacu pada penelitian terdahulu yang menghasilkan data yang baik dalam pembahasannya.Penelitian dilaksanakan selama bulan Maret hingga Mei 2023, melibatkan 238 pasien rawat jalan sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi terhadap proses pendaftaran. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pasien merasa puas dengan pelayanan pendaftaran rawat jalan di RSUD Kota Bandung. Namun, ditemukan beberapa permasalahan terkait ketidakmampuan pasien untuk melakukan kontrol karena tidak membawa surat rujukan dari faskes lain. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan memperbaiki prosedur pendaftaran dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi kepuasan pasien. Dalam konteks pelayanan kesehatan, terutama di rumah sakit, kepuasan pasien merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini telah memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang pentingnya pelayanan kesehatan dalam menjaga kesejahteraan masyarakat. Rekomendasi dan saran dapat diberikan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ditemukan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di RSUD Kota Bandung dan menciptakan citra positif dalam masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem of duplicate immunization data often occurs because existing systems do not have adequate validation. This causes child immunization data to be entered more than once, either due to errors in entering information or discrepancies in existing data in various programs or networks. In addition, the use of separate systems to recapitulate child immunization data also causes duplicate data. In order to overcome this problem, a system is needed that is able to detect duplicate immunization data. The Agile Development method aims to be used to design and develop this system repetitively and continuously. The Agile Development method allows developers to adapt to changes that occur during the development process and get feedback from users. In applying the Agile Development method, a user needs analysis is carried out involving medical experts, immunization officers, and user systems. Then a system design is carried out which includes validation of immunization data using predetermined rules. The system is also equipped with accurate reporting features and provides data duplication prevention. The result of applying this method is an information system that is able to detect duplication of immunization data so that immunization data reports become more accurate. Users can easily enter child immunization data information and the system will provide feedback if there is duplicate data. This increases the efficiency and accuracy of child immunization reports, and reduces errors and unwanted data duplication.]]>

<![CDATA[The main problem faced today is the lack of structure in the reporting of family planning measures at RSAI Limijati. Reporting does not distinguish the type of family planning performed by the patient and does not provide information on whether the patient is performing a new family planning procedure or repeating the previous one. As a result, the resulting report is not well structured and does not provide a clear picture of patient data according to the type of family planning and the history of family planning actions that have been taken. To overcome this problem, this study proposes a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach developed using the agile method. This method aims to develop a medical record information system that is able to produce a well-structured final report for each patient's data, taking into account the type of birth control performed. The system will also provide a detailed explanation of whether the patient is taking a new family planning procedure or repeating the previous one, and will record this information along with other patient data such as demographic data and medical history. The result of applying this method is expected to produce a more structured and informative family planning reporting system. This improved system will make it easier to conduct family planning reporting and ensure that patient data is well organized. Information on family planning measures for each patient can also be obtained more easily according to the type of family planning performed, providing a more complete and accurate picture of the patient's condition related to family planning.]]>

<![CDATA[Chronic renal failure is a serious kidney disorder that can lead to a high risk of death, chronic renal failure causes 850,000 deaths every year. This study aims to produce an electronic-based reporting information system on reporting the blood usage of hemodialysis patients. In kebonjati bandung hospital, there are problems in reporting the blood usage of hemodialysis patients, which until now still use manual reporting. This research uses qualitative descriptive research used to gain a better understanding of the research topic. Researchers use methods such as observation, interviews, and analysis of relevant documents to collect data. A software development method called the agile method is used in this research. The creation of the information system design model was made using visual studio 2010 with an access database system and the system was tested using black-box. The results of the information system created can help facilitate officers in minimizing the time of filling in the data needed to produce efficient reports.]]>

<![CDATA[Researchers conducted research aimed at creating an electronic-based death certificate information system application to manage patient death data accurately to increase work effectiveness and efficiency in medical records installations so that the source of relevant death report data is available. One of the problems found was providing information on patient death certificates at Kebonjati Hospital which was felt to be less efficient because it still used manual methods and handwritten media in the form of photocopy paper, which reduced the quality of medical records and resulted in them being inaccurate because the writing was not clear and blurry. In conducting this research, the author conducted research usingl qualitative researchl using al descriptive approachl including data collection, lobservation, and linterviews. The system development method uses agile methodology. The results of implementing the death certificate reporting system are designed using Visuall Studio 2012l and a Microsoftl Access databasel which isl expected to speed up and expedite the work of medical record officers in filling in patient identity, displaying time of death, and obtaining accurate and competent reports.]]>

<![CDATA[All of the patient service units at the Occupational Health Hospital of West Java Province are affected because the present asset management system in the medical record installation is still based on manually recorded information and then archived. As a result, the data collection for incoming goods, outgoing goods, and stock in the system is inaccurate and not yet well controlled. The purpose of this research is to develop a system for managing assets in medical record installations; it will use Visual Studio 2012 for programming, an Access 2013 database for secure data storage, and a development methodology to make data processing easier for officers. Agile approaches are used by the system. Therefore, the author hopes that this design can help medical record officers in monitoring assets in the medical record installation.]]>
