Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bentuk, fungsi dan konteks penggunaan ungkapan tabu tabu oleh peserta Indonesia Lawyers Club. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan adalah sebagai berikut; (1) berdasarkan bentuknya ungkapan tabu yang ditemukan dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu berdasarkansatuan gramatikal terdiri dari kata dan frase, dan brdasarkan sumber referensnya dapat dikelompokkan sembilan, yaitu (a) ungkapan tabuyang bersumber dari keadaan, (b) ungkapan tabu yang berhubungan dengan kotoran, (b) ungkapan tabuyang berhubungan dengan binatang, (c) ungkapan tabu yang berhubungan dengan agama, (d) ungkapan tabuyang berhubungan dengan sifat, (e) ungkapan tabuyang berhubungan dengan perbuatan (f) ungkapan tabuyang berhubungan dengan makhluk ghaib, (g) ungkapan tabuyang berhubungan dengan kebijakan pemerintahan, (h) ungkapan tabuyang berhubungan dengan aktivitas seks, (2) berdasarkan fungsi ditenemukan 5 fungsi ungkapan tabu, yaitu a) makian (b) menunjukkan kekesalan atau kemarahan (c)menyindir, (d) merendahkan, dan (e) mengolok-olok. Selanjutnya, ,untuk penggunaan konteks bahasa tabu ini meliputi konteks kemarahan, mengejek, berkomentar, meminta jawaban, dan menanggapi jawaban. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to found the description and the explanation of the developing of student ability. The student’s result of learning in identifikasi of intrigue tale by alsing jigsaw cooperative modeling type of the student class X-5 of SMAN 2 Pangkalan Kerinci. The kind of research is Class Action Research (CAR) that done in three cycle in class X-5 of SMAN 2 Pangkalan Kerinci which is consistent of 24 students. The data was collected by using the observation sheet, field research test. Qualitative data such as, field reserch hope and interviw that were analysised by using the technique of miles and Huberman (1984) and quantitative data, such as observation sheet percentage of Arikunto (1996). The result of research showed that learning by using jigsaw cooperative modeling type be able to developing of the student ability, activity and the students result of class X-5 SMAN 2 Pangkalan Kerinci. Based on the result of percentage data on the thind cycle shaw that the result is better than before which is 90% with KKM is 70 based on the result of research above the conclution that is learning jigsaw cooperative modeling type can develop the student ability, activity and the result of student learning. This happin because jigsaw cooperative modeling type is done through the appropriate procedur ways. By using learning jigsaw cooperative modeling type. The learning material together and they active in discussing to reach out for learning competensi. Kata kunci: proses pembelajaran, menganalisis unsur intrinsik hikayat, model kooperatif tipe jigsaw

Abstrack : This study discusses the anxiety of Icih Prihatini figures in the script of monologue Wanci works Imas Sobariah based on the approach to psychology literature analyzed. In this study examines the problem formulation what the anxiety experienced by Icih Prihatini figures in the script monologue drama Wanci works from Imas Sobariah. The data source is the goal of this study is the monologue drama script Wanci Imas Sobariah work. The research data I look in form of sentences and dialogue excerpts relating to anxiety figure consists of realistic anxiety, neurotic anxiety and moral anxiety. The research method used is a qualitative method which describes the description data. Technique of collecting data in this research is documentation techniques. Data analysis technique is used, the data reduction, data representation and conclusions must be terminated. The data of this study amounted to 38 data that consists of 12 data realistic anxiety, neurotic anxiety data 12 and 14, the data of the moral by the signs experienced fear in the script monologue Prihatini Icih Wanci Sobariah Imas work.Keywords : Anxiety Figures Icih Prihatini, Script of Monologue Drama Wanci works Imas Sobariah.

Abstract : This research titled language of Indonesian motivation of the teacher in the learning process in class X SMA Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru. This research aimed to analyze the planning program of Out-of-SchoolEducational Institution of Dance Art ‘Yayasan BI Production Pekanbaru, the implementationof its program, and its supervision and evaluation. An evaluative method was used in thisresearch putting more emphasis on holistic results of an event being in progress or on-going.The study was carried out on the basis of qualitative approach framework. The findings of theresearch indicated that the planning program of Out-of-School Educational Institution of DanceArt ‘Yayasan BI Production Pekanbaru’ could be said already good which could be seen fromthe program in terms of its objective, policies, strategies and procedures. The organization andthe direction of this foundation cover the structure of organization, function and duties and thedistribution of the teachers’ teaching loads. In terms of supervision and evaluation, this out-ofschooleducational institution is regularly evaluated by the students, teachers and the managerof the foundation. Furthermore, the supervision includes program supervision, self-evaluation,evaluation and curriculum development, accreditation, evaluation of teachers and making efficientuse of educational apparatus.

Supervision by principal is important undertaken for quality controlling,professional developing and job motivation increasing so it influences teachers’ performance togain education quality. Supervision result is expected that education will be constant and relevantto the needs of society, the world of work or further education. The purpose of this study wasto clarify the effect of supervision by principal on job motivation and teachers’ performance atSMP Pesisir District of Siak Regency. The population of study was consist of 120 teachers byusing proportional random sampling technique so the total sample of research was 92 respondent.Data collection technique used was questionnaire of Linkert Scale for each of variableinvestigation. The data were analyzed by using Path Analysis. The result of study showed that: (1) supervision by principal significant effect directly on teachers’ performance at SMP PesisirDistrict of Siak Regency with significance level of 0.002. (2) Supervision by principal significanteffect directly on teachers’ performance at SMP Pesisir District of Siak Regency withsignificance level of 0.000. (3) Job motivation significant effect directly on teachers’ performanceat SMP Pesisir District of Siak Regency with significance level of 0.015. (4) Supervision byprincipal significant effect indirectly on teachers’ performance through job motivation at SMPPesisir District of Siak Regency with significance level of 0.000 and 0.015. By using PathAnalysis calculation with significance level of 5 %, it was gained the following structure : (1)X2 = 0.312 X1 + 0.950 õ1. Based on sub structure 1 was obtained 9.7% the contribution ofsupervision by principal on job motivation and 90.3% was influenced by another factors of outof model. (2) Y = 0.372 X1 + 0.239 X2 + 0.8660 õ2. Based on sub structure 2 was obtained25% the contribution of supervision by principal and job motivation on teachers’ perfomanceand 75% was influenced by another factors of out of model. So it can be concluded thatSupervision by principal effect 9.7% directly on job motivation. Supervision by principal effect13.8% and job motivation 5.7% directly on teachers’ perfomance at SMP Pesisir District ofSiak Regency. Supervision by principal effect indirectly 0.5% on teachers’ performance throughjob motivation at SMP Pesisir District of Siak Regency so that the total effect was 9.8 %. Thusthe research hypothesis was formulated tested and acceptable.

This study aims to investigate the influence of variables (1) of emotionalintelligence on the performance of teachers, (2) the leadership of principals on teacherperformance, (3) emotional intelligence and leadership principals together on teacherperformance. Respondents were teachers Junior High School in the District of Peace MarpoyanPekanbaru totaling 114 individuals obtained by stratified random sampling technique. Datacollected through questionnaire as a research instrument. Analysis of the data used is theanalysis of the profile of respondents, descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis andhypothesis testing. Instrument reliability coefficient is calculated using Cronbach alpha. In thepartial results show the positive influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers0.603, and there are positive influence between the leadership of the principal on teacherperformance of 0.635. While simultaneously the influence of emotional intelligence and leadershipprincipals on teacher performance of 0.698.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to look at the style of language contained in the lyrics of the song Noah album Keterkaitan Keterikatan after 7 years of not releasing a new album. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques observing and taking notes. Data analysis techniques used start from identifying, classifying, analyzing, explaining, and concluding which is better known as descriptive analysis. As a result, from 47 datums, 4 language styles were found, namely repetition language style; 1) alliteration 2) assonance 3) epizeuksis 4) anaphora, comparative figurative language; 1) personification, conflicting language style; 1) hyperbole 2) climax, and linking language style; 1) euphemism. The writer concludes that the lyrics of Noah's album, Keterkaitan Keterikatan, are dominant in the language style of comparison and repetition. This shows the sadness about love which is emphasized in the language style of repetition and is illustrated through inanimate objects with the style of comparison.Keywords: Language Style, Song Lyrics, Noah
