Abstract

ABSTRACT Career managerial get change together with expanding organization chart. In early millennium, various changes will be non-stopped to emerge accompany the turn of century. The century 21 estimated will bring various elementary changes in organization. Pattern of Career managerial will change to accompany the organizational change. Companies make the career planning for the sake of with, because career planning of concerning organizational future and opportunity developing of all employees. A new model of career tries to place return at more vital portion, but new model goodness and also old fashion own the character element, which often disagree with the fact of last and now. Current trend in organization has impact for the psychological change of individual and improvement to HRD. At the moment most executive have earned to accept fully that emotional intelligence (EI) is something that necessary for individual effectiveness. The building of strong team require to emphasize new research include the emotional intelligence (EI) at one particular group and how to reach for the EI with as effective as possible. Real matter which can be perceived that the impact of emotional intelligence to mobility of somebody career. Abstract

This study extends previous research on dividend policy and funding decisions using structural equation modeling. Previous studies have focused on dividend policy or funding decisions alone, to determine the factors that influence by using multiple linear regression. This study aims to determine the mutual influence between dividends and capital growth. The authors would like to prove that there are similarities between the factors that affect the payment of dividends and capital growth include profitability, agency cost of debt, and retained earnings. In this research, the sample used is 72 shares activitely traded and has been listing between periods 2009-2013 in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The test results demonstrate the usefulness of the model testing using indicators overall goodness of fi t to meet the criteria recomended level of fitness. By using the non-statistical measure such absolute goodness of fit and parsimony goodness of fi t value exceeds recomended levels, it has indicated a good fit between the data with the model proposed research.

Abstract

In this article we present a conceptual of the effect of cross culture on consumer behavior incorporating the impact of globalization. This conceptual idea shows that culture inûuences various domains of consumer behavior directly as well as through international organization to implement marketing strategy. The conceptual identify several factors such as norm and value in the community, several variables and also depicts the impact of other environmental factors and marketing strategy elements on consumer behavior. We also identify categories of consumer culture orientation resulting from globalization. Highlights of each of the several other articles included in this special issue in Asia region. We conclude with the contributions of the articles in terms of the consumer cultural orientations and identify directions for future research.

This sudy was conducted to examine whether there are other factorsbesides beta stock that affect returns.this research extends previous study in portfoliotheory describe that beta...This study using two step model. First, this research use as 55 of sample ofpublicfirms and listed in 2009 – 2013 within used a capital assets pricing models forfinding some value havea sigmificant positivebetha on 55 samples of public fimrs. Thisresearch founds that 47 samples have a significant positive in betha.Second, on this step method not use some 55 samples of publication firms but using of47 samples of publication from first method. On second step method wants to know thatDebt Equity Ratio with common stock return have a relationship. Some values such asbetha and size used by control variables. This research found that Debt and commonstock return hava positive significants relationship.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dimensi Ekuitas Merek yang mempengaruhi Ekuitas Merek mie instan Indomie pada mahasiswa S1 yang merantau di Yogyakarta. Teori deteksi sinyal dapat mendeteksi stimulus yang diterima dan menghasilkan keputusan; teori tersebut digunakan untuk menghasilkan formulasi strategi untuk meningkatkan Ekuitas Merek. Sampel berjumlah 182 responden sesuai dengan kriteria, yaitu responden yang menyukai mie instan, menyukai produk mie instan Indomie, dan mahasiswa S1 yang telah merantau di Yogyakarta. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Pengujian penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS 24 dan AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Asosiasi Merek, Loyalitas Merek, Kesadaran Merek, dan Citra Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Ekuitas Merek. Kontribusi akademis dari penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris dari variabel independen yang mempengaruhi variabel dependen berbasis produk sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Kontribusi penelitian praktek menunjukkan temuan untuk memberikan saran pada produk mie instan Indomie berdasarkan saluran pemasaran, dalam rangka mempertahankan sumber daya yang ada dan meningkatkan dimensi Ekuitas Merek.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence price and service quality on the customer satisfaction of Gojek in Yogyakarta, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were Gojek service users in Yogyakarta, with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The validity test shows that the statement in this study is valid, while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha is declared reliable. The results show that: (1) Price and service quality simultaneously affect Gojek customer satisfaction. (2) Price and service quality partially affect Gojek customer satisfaction. Service quality is the most influential and dominant variable on customer satisfaction of Gojek in Yogyakarta so that this research can be useful for companies to continue to improve the quality of their services, in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Di Dusun Bodeh Ambarketawang Gamping Sleman belum ada jaringan PDAM, sehingga masyarakat dalam mengkonsumsi air bersih dengan memanfaatkan air sumur. Keadaan air sumur yang kurang jernih dan bahkan kalau dipergunakan untuk membuat minum teh akan terlihat di atasnya seperti ada minyak. Ini membuat selera untuk minum jadi berkurang. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air minum bagi masyarakat yang mampu di Dasawisma Melati II Bodeh Ambarketawang biasanya membeli minuman kemasan, tetapi bagi masyarakat yang kurang mampu mereka mengambil air dengan menimba atau meminta di tetangga yang airnya dianggap lebih jernih atau layak konsumsi. Kegiatan PKM berupa pemberian penyuluhan tentang bagaimana mengolah air bersih dengan water treatment, diharapkan anggota Dasawisma Melati II akan memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengolah air bersih. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan bersamaan dengan pertemuan rutin Dasawisma Melati II Bodeh Ambarketawang Gamping Sleman. Program PKM ini diharapkan mampu menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi anggota Dasawisma Melati II pada khususnya dan warga Bodeh pada umumnya dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota Dasawisma II karena dapat menghemat tenaga dan biaya untuk mendapatkan air bersih serta dana yang sebelumnya digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan minum dapat dialihkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang lain. Pada akhirnya kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan akan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat
