Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penerapan motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja guna meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai BAPPEDA Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variabel Motivasi Kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan dan juga parsial terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian explanatory research. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 responden di kantor BAPPEDA Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Hasil data dengan mengunakan SPSS 20 bahwa motivasi terhadap variable moderating kemampuan tidak berpengaruh sig 0,901>0,05 dan lingkungan kerja terhadap variable moderating kemampuan tidak berpengaruh sig 0,944 >0,05. Dengan kata lain bahwa kemampuan kerja tidak mampu menjadi variabel yang menguatkan atau yang melemahkan variabel motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja dalam mempengaruhi prestasi kerja. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa kemampuan kerja bukanlah variabel moderating.Kata Kunci : Motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja. Kemampuan kerja, Prestasi Kerja Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect ofemotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and intellectual intelligence on the performance of employees in the Civil Service Police Unit of Labuhan Batu Regency. The population in this study were 233 people. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, so the sample size in this study amounted to 147 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y=1.086+0.210X1+0.145X2 +0.303X3. In the partial test (t test) the regression coefficient of the Emotional Intelligence variable (X1) obtained a t count value of 5.555 > t table 1.976 which means that the Emotional Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The regression coefficient for the Spiritual Intelligence variable (X2) obtained a t-count value of 3.569 > t table 1.976, which means that the Spiritual Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The regression coefficient for the Intellectual Intelligence (X3) variable obtained a t-count value of 4.218 > t-table 1.976, which means that the Intellectual Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained the Fcount of 114.345 > Ftable 2.67 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Intellectual Intelligence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.that variable Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Intellectual Intelligence have an influence of 70.6%on the Employee Performance variable, while the remaining 29.4% is influenced by other variables that are outside this research.

Abstract

In increasing the interest of students to be involved in using the products and services of financial institutions, of course, students must have adequate financial knowledge or literacy, besides that students must also have easy and broad access to financial institution products and services (financial inclusion). Students' interest in using the products and services of financial institutions will be in line with their consumptive behavior in everyday life. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion and consumptive behavior on student interest in using financial institution products and services. This research was conducted on students majoring in management, faculty of economics and business, Labuhanbatu University, totaling 133 people as a sample determined by simple random sampling technique. Testing of research primary data was conducted using IBM SPSS software version 20. To determine the effect between variables, a hypothesis test was carried out which first tested the classical assumption as a prerequisite for statistical analysis. The results showed that financial literacy partially had a positive and significant effect on student interest with a significance of 0.012 <0.05. Financial inclusion partially has a positive and significant effect on student interest with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, consumptive behavior partially has a positive and significant effect on student interest. While simultaneously financial literacy, financial inclusion and consumptive behavior have a positive and significant effect on student interest with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, with a contribution of 0.881 or 88.10% influence, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The retail business is a business that has very tight competition, as evidenced by a large number of retail outlets in each region. Therefore, it is necessary to know the factors that can make a retail business win the competition. Based on a literature study conducted by researchers, customer satisfaction is the most important factor to win the competition and get loyal customers. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, location, service, and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the supermarket of Brastagi Rantauprapat. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 247 people from 646 visiting populations. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires or primary data. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the F test calculation research show simultaneously that the variables price, location, service, and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction Fcount 30,135 > Ftable 2.37 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The result of the determination value obtained is an R-value of 0.577 equal to 57.7% which indicates that the relationship between the variables of price, location, service, and product quality with consumer satisfaction has a fairly close relationship. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.332 or equal to 33.2%. This value means that 33.2% confirms that consumer satisfaction can be explained through the variables of price, location, service, and product quality. The remaining 66.8% is outside of this research variable.

Abstract

Offices providing legal services, and non-court mediation institutions, legal drafting of legislation are the duties of the Notary and PPAT offices, one of the best services available in Rantauprapat is the Notary Office Abi Jumroh Harahap. Carrying a good name is one of the employees’ burdens so that the office’s image remains good in the eyes of the public. Demonstrating good service and getting good results ultimately also becomes a pressure for notaries and employees. The research samples taken were employees of the Notary Office Abi Jumroh Harahap Rantauprapat, namely 50 samples. Structural Equation Model (SEM) program analysis method via Smart PLS software. The research results show that organizational communication and satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on performance but work stress does not have a significant effect on organizational performance and communication, work stress and satisfaction together have an effect on performance.
