Abstract

AbstractThe aims of this research is to acknowledge the positive influence between work culture and lecturer performance of Labuhanbatu University during the Covid 19 epidemic. The multiple linier regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 using the stepwise method tools to get results as follows: Y = 3,381 + 0,622.X1 + 0,227.X2 + 0,442.X3 + e. The value R 0,78 indicates that the work culture which covers leadership, time work, and Science & Technology have a strong relationship to lecturer Performance. Value of Determinant Coefficient (R2) 0,592 show that the work culture which covers leadership, pungtual and Science & Technology take effect to Employee Performance and remaining 40,8 % are influenced by other factors not examined.  Based F test which show value 31,473 with probability of significance 0,000. Its mean that the work culture take effect to lecturer performance can generalizable to the population.The work culture which covers leadership, pungtual and Science & Technology significant effect on the performance of lecturer together. The Partially shows that The work culture which covers leadership (X1), puntual (X2), Science & Technology (X3) significant effect to the lecturer Working in Labuhanbatu University. Therefore conclutions based on the results of research conducted hypothesis is accepted.Keywords : Work Culture, Dummy, Lecturer Performance AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang positif antara Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja dosen Di Universitas Labuhanbatu di saat pendemi Covid 19. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat SPSS 21.0 dengan mengunakan methode stepwise untuk mendapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: Y = 3,381 + 0,622.X1 + 0,227.X2 + 0,442.X3 + e. Nilai R 0,782 menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja yang meliputi kepemimpinan, tepat waktu dan iptek memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan kinerja dosen. Nilai Koefisien Determinan (R2) 0,592 menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja yang meliputi kepemimpinan, tepat waktu dan iptek berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja dosen dan sisanya 40,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan uji F yang menunjukkan nilai 31,473 dengan probabilitas signifikansi 0,000. Ini berarti bahwa budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja dosen dapat digeneralisasikan ke populasi. Budaya kerja yang meliputi kepemimpinan,tepat waktu dan iptek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen bersama. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Budaya kerja yang meliputi kepemimpinan (X1), tepat waktu (X2), iptek (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Universitas Labuhanbatu. Oleh karena itu kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan hipotesis diterima.Kata kunci: Budaya Kerja, Dummy, Kinerja Dosen

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi merupakan pusat pengembangan keilmuan dan teknologi yang diharapkan dapat mensimulus dan mendorong percepatan laju pembangunan nasional. Pengelolaan sebuah perguruan tinggi tidak dapat disamakan dengan pengelolaan sebuah negara atau korporasi. Terdapat berbagai koridor tertentu yang erat kaitannya dengan values (nilai-nilai luhur) yang harus dijaga baik dalam hal sosial vales maupun dalam hal akademik. Hal ini jugalah yang mendorong kemunculan ide Good University Governance (GUG) dalam penyelenggaraan institusi perguruan tinggi dengan mengadopsi prinsip-prinsip yang terkandung dalam corporate governance dengan berbagai penyesuaian seperti transparansi, akuntabilitas, pertanggungjawaban, independensi serta kewajaran dan kesetaraan. Penerapan dan inplementasi prinsip-prinsip GUG diharapkan dapat menunjang kinerja sebuah perguruan tinggi secara menyeluruh seperti kinerja mutu layanan akademik, kinerja mahasiswa, kinerja riset dan kinerja SDM perguruan tinggi. Pelaksanaan dan penyelenggaraan perguruan tinggi merupakan hal yang harus ditingkatakan, peningkatan kinerja perguruan tinggi dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi infomasi yang relevan guna membantu percepatan dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan. Pengelolaan sebuah perguruan tinggi harus berada dalam koridor peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku guna mendukung kebijakan dan tujuan pendidikan nasional oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

In increasing the interest of students to be involved in using the products and services of financial institutions, of course, students must have adequate financial knowledge or literacy, besides that students must also have easy and broad access to financial institution products and services (financial inclusion). Students' interest in using the products and services of financial institutions will be in line with their consumptive behavior in everyday life. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion and consumptive behavior on student interest in using financial institution products and services. This research was conducted on students majoring in management, faculty of economics and business, Labuhanbatu University, totaling 133 people as a sample determined by simple random sampling technique. Testing of research primary data was conducted using IBM SPSS software version 20. To determine the effect between variables, a hypothesis test was carried out which first tested the classical assumption as a prerequisite for statistical analysis. The results showed that financial literacy partially had a positive and significant effect on student interest with a significance of 0.012 <0.05. Financial inclusion partially has a positive and significant effect on student interest with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, consumptive behavior partially has a positive and significant effect on student interest. While simultaneously financial literacy, financial inclusion and consumptive behavior have a positive and significant effect on student interest with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, with a contribution of 0.881 or 88.10% influence, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the marketing concept applied by the management of Puri Al-Fatih Housing through the house design approach and occupant satisfaction and accommodation to the image of Puri Al-Fatih Housing. The sample used is 70 people who are residents who live in Puri Al-Fatih Housing. Measurement of the instrument was carried out thoroughly with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used path analysis (SPSS and Amos). The results of the study found that the house design variable had a significant effect on the occupant satisfaction variable with a coefficient of 0.540> 0.05. The home design variable has a significant effect on the image variable with a path coefficient between 0.460 > 0.05. Finally, the occupant satisfaction variable has a significant effect on the image variable with a path coefficient of 0.277> 0.05. The implication of this research shows that the house design variable has a coefficient value compared to other tested variables so that the home design variables can be shown which can be the right variables in measuring occupant satisfaction and image.

Abstract

Performance is one of the benchmarks in assessing the performance of an organization, both government organizations and private organizations. Performance measurement can affect various factors, both factors originating from within the organization and factors from outside the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and leadership on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at the South Labuhanbatu Regency Tourism Office using the census technique as a sampling technique. The research method chosen is associative descriptive quantitative research. This type of research aims to see and explain the influence between variables in the study using a questionnaire technique as a data collection instrument. The results showed that the work environment and leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Environment and leadership variables contributed 67.40% to employee performance at the South Labuhanbatu Regency Tourism Office, while the remaining 32.60 % influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Through digital literacy in order to improve knowledge, by carrying out community service, it plays an important role with training on efforts to improve community digital literacy which was carried out in Tanjung Medan village, with participants who were followed by the community and Tanjung Medan village officials. raised the title of service, namely "Efforts to Improve Digital Literacy Tanjung Medan Village Community". In delivery of the material presented is very good. Before carrying out the information technology knowledge training activity, a test was held, it turned out that it was known that those who did not know how to use information technology The use of the internet with the aim of serving the community in Tanjung Medan village was very positively responded and brought transformation to residents of Tanjung Medan village. The information technology digital literacy knowledge training on the internet was carried out Post-Test at the presentation material by community service team by lecturers and students at Labuhanbatu University. other factors, such as the unavailability of infrastructure during the training, and the different abilities of participants, it is necessary to try training and education on using the internet for residents of Tanjung Medan Village in the future.Keyword: digital literacy; improvement efforts; tanjung medan village

Abstract

Improving literacy, especially reading and writing literacy in society, must be one of the centers of attention of various parties. Low literacy skills will encourage people to respond incorrectly to information that has the potential to take actions that are not in accordance with existing rules and can even hinder the growth of the global human development index as the government hopes, and can even harm themselves. This service activity is carried out in an effort to improve literacy in village communities. Activities are carried out by means of outreach, discussions and training that directly involve the community. The implementation of this community service activity proves that the discussion, socialization and training methods can improve the literacy skills of the village community. Providing socialization and training materials can encourage the growth of self-confidence in the basic abilities they have, so that people are increasingly aware that with good literacy, they will find it easier to process and socialize in all conditions.

Abstract

Human needs related to resource development generally consist of formal resources and information resources. Formal resource development can be obtained from training that is deliberately carried out for the development of human resources themselves. Numerical literacy skills are needs that can be developed using direct socialization and training methods. Direct training and socialization methods in an effort to improve the numeracy literacy skills of village communities are effective and worthy of consideration. The results of this community service activity prove that with the socialization and direct training methods that focus on training activities with calculation material for calculating irregular rectangular land areas, calculating the number of seeds to the land area, calculating the amount of fertilizer for population/seeds and calculating the amount of land and building tax it is proven can increase the numeracy literacy of the village community.

Abstract

Cultural Literacy is used to analyze, create, transmit information based on experience, the use of Cultural Literacy is one of the cultural drivers. Through the dedication that is presented to the village of Tanjung Medan, it can increase the cultural literacy of the community. With a predominantly Muslim area located in Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province, the activity was carried out for 3 days starting on 22, 27 August and 05 November 2022 at the Tanjung Medan village office room, West Bilah sub-district, Labuhanbatu district, the benefits of digital literacy to improve culture nasyid and marsanji in the village of Tanjung Medan. The purpose of this community service is to increase knowledge about the culture of the village of Tanjung Medan. The implementation method in the training for cultural literacy activities consists of three stages, the first stage is a practical test, the second stage is an understanding test through pretest and post test regarding Nasyid and Marsanji training. Results from the responses of activity participants There were 0 participants 0% responses who felt unhappy carrying out the activity, 5 participants with a percentage of 25% responded quite happy. 7 participants with a percentage of 35% happy response. 8 Participants with a percentage of 40% very happy response. The conclusion that was obtained was that the nasyid and marsanji cultural training had a positive impact, especially on the people in the village of Tanjung Medan. Suggestions need to be raised again in nasyid and marsanji training to carry out regional culture in the village of Tanjung Medan.
