Abstract

Abstract : At the pharmacy, supplier selection is crucial. The problems that frequently encountered in the buying process in the Dispensary is the selection process suppliers, a problem commonly found is the problem of the price offered by suppliers, times of delivery and experience of supplier. A decision support system that can perform supplier selection. To do this supplier used a method of determining the Fuzzy Tsukamoto to get a suggestion system or the appropriate supplier selection criteria or conditions that are expected.Theresults obtained with the supplier selection decision support system is the pharmacy to get the sequence results of recommendations supplier selection accordance with the criteria. For the result of calculation from test data a Douperidon drug is PT.Indofarma have 62.236, PT. Dos Ni Roha have 55.9125, and PT.Kalista have 49.9836. Keywords: Pharmacy, Supplier, Fuzzy Tsukamoto, Fuzzy Inference System.

Abstract

Telah dilaksanakan program penerapan ipteks pelatihan reperasi printer untuk pemuda Gampong Kuala Kecamatan Blang Mangat Kota Lhokseumawe. Reperasi printer merupakan salah satu ketrampilan yang sangat menjanjikan, mengingat jumlah pengguna printer yang terus meningkat dan jumlah tempat reperasi yang terbatas. 11 (sebelas) orang pemuda dan pemudi Gampong Kuala dilatih selama 5 (lima) hari meliputi; cara memasang dan mengintall program printer, cara merawat printer, pengenalan komponen, jenis-jenis kerusakan dan cara reperasinya serta cara pemasangan infus atau Continous Ink Supply System (CISS). Pelatihan diikuti oleh 11 (sebelas) orang peserta. Hasil evaluasi penerapan ipteks menunjukkan bahwa peserta dapat menyerap materi dengan baik, tingkat keberhasilan program mencapai 100% untuk materi pemasangan printer dan menginstal program printer, sementara pengenalan komponen mencapai 53,3%, jenis kerusakan dan cara reperasinya mencapai 50% dan pemasangan infus mencapai 63,6%. Masyarakat yang tinggal di desa memiliki intelektualitas yang dapat diandalkan dan memiliki displin yang baik, hanya saja mereka kurang dalam hal mendapatkan kesempatan. Oleh karena itu dengan dilaksanakannya program penerapan ipteks ini masyarakat memiliki ketrampilan mereperasi printer, sehingga menjadi salah satu alternatif ketrampilan yang dapat membantu meningkatkan taraf hidup mereka.Kata kunci : Printer, reperasi, komponen, ketrampilan.

Abstract

The aim of this study was  to determine the effect of pituitary extracts on the reproductive threeperformance of local does. This study used 15 local female does that were divided into three treatmentgroups.  Each group consisted of five does.  All does were injected with 7.5 mg Prostaglandin F2? /PGF2?(Prostavet C, Virbac S.A) intramuscularlly, twice in 10 days interval. In group 1 (K1), the does wereinseminated 36 hours after last PGF2? administration.  In group II (KII), does were injected with 500 IUpregnant mare serum gonadotropine/PMSG (Folligon ™, Intervet, Boxmeer, Holland) on day 9 cycles andfollowed with injection of 7.5 mg PGF2? two days after. In group III (KIII), goats injected with pituitaryextract on days 9, 10, and 11 cycles with decreasing dose :  2, 1, and; 0.5 ml intramuscular injection locatedat some point, followed with injection of 7.5 mg PGF2? 2 days after. The does on the KII and KIII wereinseminated 36 hours after PGF2? administration. Parameters measured were oestrous percentage,pregnancy, kidding rate, twinning, total of litter size, and averages litter size.  Results showed that alldoes (100%) from all groups showed estrous and kidding rate. Percentage of pregnant does group I, II, andIII were  60, 40, and 80%, respectively. Percentage of twinning group I, II, and III were 0, 50, and 25%.  Thetotal of litter size group I and II were 3 does, and group III were 5 does. The averages litter size group I, II,and III were 1; 1.5; and 1.25 respectively. In conclusion, treatment with pituitary extracts can increasereproductive performance of local does.

Abstract

Syariat Islam yang terdapat dalam kitab suci al-Qur’an merupakan ajaran yang kaffah (totalitas), diyakini kebenarannya oleh umat Islam diseluruh dunia. Syariat Islam adalah satu sistem ajaran yang telah ditentukan oleh Allah Swt, sebagai khaliq (pencipta) bagi umat manusia selaku hambanya yang wajib tunduk, patuh, taat, dilaksanakan dan menjadi pedoman dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di dunia ini, sejak  dari masa kenabian dan kerasulan. Oleh karena itu untuk menyelamatkan umat manusia supaya tidak tersesat dalam kehidupan dunia adalah dengan syariat Islam. Hal ini disebabkan syariat Islam merupakan ketentuan dan aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Allah Swt, sangat sesuai dengan fitrah manusia, karena Allah Swt, yang menciptakan manusia dan Dia pula yang mengatur dan mengikat manusia dengan hukum-hukum-Nya Kata kunci: syariat, hak asasi manusia, islam

Abstract

Activity of Melia azedarach (L.) seed extract against armyworm Spodoptera litura (F.) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae). This study was conducted to evaluate the effectivenes and biological activity of Melia azedarach L. (Meliaceae) seed extract against armyworm, Spodoptera litura F. The first instar larvae were fed extract-treated cotton leaves for 2 days, then were maintained on untreated leaves until the third instar stage. Records were kept in regard to the larvae mortality and developmental time of surviving larvae from first instar to third instar. The result showed that Melia azedarach L. seed extract at consentration of 50 g of seeds/l of water (5%) exhibited moderate insecticidal activity against S. litura larvae (43.33 - 68.33% mortality). Addition of detergen at 0.2% to extract did not increase insecticidal activity of the extract. However, boiling seed extract at consentration of 50 g of seeds/l of water (5%) during 10 until 20 minutes increased insecticidal activity of extract (66.67 - 68.33% mortality). Generally, M. azedarach seed extract treatment did not affect developmental time of S. litura larvae.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mereduksi miskonsepsi mahasiswa tentang fluida menggunakan virtual laboratorium. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes diagnostik berupa pilihan ganda dengan alasan terbuka pada satu kelas yang dipilih secara intact group. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan virtual laboratorium  dapat mereduksi miskonsepsi tentang fluida yang dialami mahasiswa. Kata kunci: Virtual Laboratory, Miskonsepsi, Fluida  Abstrak :This study aims to reduce pre-service physics teachers’ misconceptions about fluid using virtual laboratory. To obtain data, diagnostic test (multiple choice) with opened-reasons was given to students that were selected by intact group. Abstract

Local government of Ladang Palembang Lebong District has a specific way to managevillage forest and protected forest nearby the village area. Forests are set in theRegulation Village, Ladang Palembang Village Regulation No. 5 of 2009 on VillageProtected Forest, Indigenous Forest, and Green Area of Ladang Palembang. It containsmaterial laws that provide sanctions for any person who violates indigenous forests andprotected forests around the village of Ladang Palembang. However, to enforce the rulesof material law, Kutai assembly faces a lack of procedural law or formal written law thatcan be used as a guide in establishing the Ladang Palembang Village Regulation No. 5 of2009. Problem faced is a concern that skilled human resources are crisis to run Kutaiassembly, which threatens the sustainability of the Kutai assembly judicial system that hasbeen created. The method used in this society service activity is dialogical teaching, beginsfrom focused discussion, in-depth interviews, formulate a draft model of formal legal rulesof customary justice panel of Kutai, the regulation draft of the Ladang Palembang about Proceedings Technical Guidelines on Kutai Assembly Indigenous Justice of LadangPalembang, and testing or socialization. The result of the activities is drafting of formallaw model that governing the guide proceedings in the assembly Kutai, and the draft of theLadang Palembang Village Regulation on guidelines for resolution of cases of violationsinvolving indigenous forest of Ladang Palembang.Key words: forest, indigenous, local law, Kutai assembly

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman atas laporan keuangan yang dimiliki olehpengurus koperasi terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaksanaan Rapat Akhir Tahunan (RAT)pada koperasi di KotaTangerang.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada koperasi yang ada di Kota Tangerang, dengan sampel penelitiansebanyak 53 orang yang menjabat sebagai pengurus koperasi. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabelindependenpemahaman atas laporan keuangan (PALK) dan variabel dependen yaitu ketepatan waktupelaksanaan rapat anggota tahunan (RAT). Metode pengumpulan data melaluisurvey lapangan denganmenggunakan kuesioner, wawancara langsung dan studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data menggunakanregresi linier. Alat analisis mengunakan SPSS 24.0.Persepsi pengurus koperasi berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap pemahaman atas laporan keuangan berbasis SAK ETAP pada koperasi di KotaTangerang.Semakin baik persepsi pengurus koperasi maka semakin meningkatkan pemahaman atas laporankeuangan.
