Abstract

Didalam konstruksi bangunan perlu ditinjau struktur yang daktail, efektif dan efisien.Struktur bangunan pada saat ini masih menggunakan tulangan baja yang mengakibatkansemakin menipisnya ketersediaan baja itu sendiri. Penggunaan bambu sebagai bahanalternatif pengganti tulangan baja pada struktur beton bertulang sangat menarik untukditeliti. Hal ini dikarenakan kuat tarik bambu hampir menyamai kuat tarik baja. Penelitianini dilakukan pada 8 buah benda uji balok beton bertulang bambu yang terkekang pada jalur takannya dengan variasi jarak sengkang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif.Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil pengujian kapasitas lentur dengan jarak sengkang1,7cm sebesar 2127,5 kg, jarak sengkang 2,5cm sebesar 1782,5 kg, jarak sengkang 5cmsebesar 1667,5 kg, dan jarak sengkang 8cm sebesar 1322,5 kg. Berdasarkan pada hasil yang telah didapatkan maka balok dengan jarak sengkang terpendek mepunyai kapasitas lentur yang besar.

Abstract

Transportation is a means of accelerating the economy. Most users of public transport switch to private vehicles. The study aims to determine the performance, the optimal number in accordance with the needs of the community, and know the number of maps that can be made GIS software from the performance evaluation of public transportation in Malang. HM public transport performance assessment parameters generally have good criteria, but for load factor parameters still below national stadart that is <70%. The need for optimal public transport on the HM route is 30 units. Spatially from GIS analysis can produce 3 main map, that is dynamic load factor map, travel speed, and travel time. Besides the 3 main maps, there are still supporting maps that are road network condition map, population distribution map, and population density map. As for the frequency parameter is not included, this is because the frequency parameter is only one line or one type only.

Abstract

Blitar city experienced a fairly rapid development in the field of trade. One of them is handicraft industry from wood, especially kendang jimbe. The area that is quite famous as a producer of jimbe kendang is Tanggung Village, Kepanjenkidul Subdistrict, Blitar City. In this area most of the people work as kendang craftsmen, is also a center of handicraft lathe in Blitar City. Basically, Blitar people earn from this activity, in this case people can not make good use of the rest of the activity, especially the utilization of ash of burning of mahogany powder. Of the abundant ash of the combustion of mahogany wood is expected to be used as an additional mixture of lightweight concrete. The method used in this study using laboratory experiments and guided on SNI 03-0691-2000. Mixture of mahogany ash dust, and know the compressive strength of lightweight brick with dust ash material as added sand material 0%, 25%, 50%. From this comparison can be generated as follows: The use of ash of dried mahogany ash adds fine aggregate material (sand) in concrete brick mixture at 7 days old for 0% mixture is 3.28 MPa. Strong press for substitution 25% wood ash larger 26,37% that is 4,14 MPa and object of test with substitution 50% decrease 12,46% that is 2,87 MPa. Kota Blitar mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat di bidang perdagangan. Salah satunya adalah industri kerajinan dari kayu, terutama kendang jimbe. Daerah yang cukup terkenal sebagai penghasil jimbe kendang adalah Desa Tanggung, Kecamatan Kepanjenkidul, Kota Blitar. Di daerah ini sebagian besar orang bekerja sebagai pengrajin kendang, juga merupakan pusat kerajinan bubut di Kota Blitar. Pada dasarnya, orang Blitar mendapatkan dari kegiatan ini, dalam hal ini orang tidak dapat memanfaatkan sisa kegiatan, terutama pemanfaatan abu pembakaran serbuk mahoni. Dari abu yang melimpah dari pembakaran kayu mahoni diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai campuran tambahan beton ringan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen laboratorium dan dipandu pada SNI 03-0691-2000. Campuran debu abu mahoni, dan mengetahui kekuatan tekan bata ringan dengan material abu debu sebagai bahan pasir tambahan 0%, 25%, 50%. Dari perbandingan ini dapat dihasilkan sebagai berikut: Penggunaan abu abu mahoni kering menambah bahan agregat halus (pasir) dalam campuran bata beton pada umur 7 hari untuk campuran 0% adalah 3,28 MPa. Pers yang kuat untuk substitusi 25% abu kayu lebih besar 26,37% yaitu 4,14 MPa dan objek uji dengan substitusi 50% turun 12,46% yaitu 2,87 MPa.

Abstract

Blitar Regency is one of the strange culinary centers, among which are processed various foods from snail base ingredients, ranging from kripik, sate oseng-oseng and so on as well as the existence of Blitar district is one of the rice barns in East Java. With the existence of Blitar district as a snail-based culinary producer and one of the rice barns in East Java, this is not spared from several problems, such as the disposal of snail shells in the river and burning of rice straw in rice fields which both will cause environmental damage. This study aims to examine the use of snail shell ash and rice straw ash as a substitute material for cement in mortar mixtures against mortar compressive strength. The research method used was the experimental method by mixing fine aggregate main ingredients with snail shell ash and rice straw ash then testing the compressive strength. The results of the compressive test with the addition of the percentage of snail shell shell turned out to increase by 54.78%.

Broad coverage area of 11.87 km2 . Broad coverage area clean without overlapping area of 1,496 km2 . So the overlay results show that the vast area covering 1,123 km2 unserved . Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to complements the feasibility study of flyover building which is otherwise feasible. The feasibility will be continued to flyover structure plan. The flyover located in the Intersection of Gadang Highway Malang City is planned to have a total length of 290 meters and a width of 8 meters with a bridge division of 20 meters and 30 meters.The method used to plan is LRFD (Load Resistance Factors Design) and loading based on SNI 2016. For statics analysis STAAD Pro v8i program is used. In the 30-meter span bridge girder modeling in the STAAD Pro V8i program there are 2 ways of modeling that is by using a beam model and using a plate model. By making comparisons between the two methods.The results are obtained: The girder with beam model uses 4D22 in compressive reinforcement, 14D25 in flexural reinforcement, 10D13 in side reinforcement and Ø10-200 in shear reinforcement. The girder with plate model uses 5D25 in compressive reinforcement, 16D29 in flexural reinforcement, 8D19 in side reinforcement and Ø10-200 in shear reinforcement.

Abstract

Abstract Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a representation of a digital system that is very useful especially in the world of construction. Building Information Modelling (BIM) is useful to combine a variety of three-dimensional digital Modelling from various different software and disciplines so as to create a conformity among them. By using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software, efforts to minimize construction failures, fabrication, and others can be achieved, so that in addition to efficient time, we can also streamline quality and also costs.Tekla Structures is a software Modelling, detailing, engineering, drawing, reporting and management with the concept of three-dimensional Building Information Modelling where all structural objects are represented complete with all the information. Modelling with thousands of Profile types, shapes and connections can be done easily, quickly, and reduce errors.In this research will be discussed methods in making Shop Drawing and Bill of Materials a study of buildings with the main structure of Steel, using Tekla Structures software where the output that will be produced is in the form of Shop Drawing such as General Arrangement, Assembly Drawing, Cast Unit Drawing, as well as Single Part Drawing complete with Reports Bill of Materials (BOM) which contains a list of materials and volumes. These output results are certainly very useful and have a significant influence on the needs of a project in the field from planning to construction implementation because of the ease of operation, accuracy of drawing results, and calculations obtained, as well as other detailed information.. Keywords: Building Information Modelling, Tekla Structures, Shop Drawing, Bill of Material

Abstract

Abstract The definite impact that will be caused by the increase in the number of transportation modes is traffic congestion. Jalan Soekarno – Hatta in front of the Polinema campus, is one of the roads in Malang City, which is quite strategically located because it connects the residential, educational and business areas, which are always crowded with vehicles every day. As a result of the volume of vehicles passing through the road is quite large and has a major effect on road performance (level of service) which can be measured based on the speed of vehicles crossing the road, a method is needed to facilitate vehicle speed measurement.. The method used to measure the performance (level of service) in the section is the measurement method with the Speedgun and PKJI 2014 where the expected goal of the results of this study is to obtain the performance of the road using the PKJI 2014 method, the performance of the road segment using a portable speed gun. and a comparison of road performance using the PKJI 2014 method and a portable speed gunThe results obtained from this study are the road segment performance (level of service) using the PKJI2014 method produces LOS (level of service) "E" with a light vehicle speed of 36.5 km/hour km/hour in the peak hour period 7.20-8.20, The performance of the speedgun measurement method produces an LOS (level of service) “E” with a light vehicle speed of 36 km/h km/h in the peak hour period 7.20-8.20 and the results of the comparison of the performance of the two methods is to produce LOS (level of service) “E ” where the measurement results of the PKJI 2014 method resulted in greater speed. Abstract

Balai RW is a construction or building used by residents for RT activities or activities of local residents and has been built since 1998 and is used as a place for local residents' activities. For the condition of the Balai RW XI in 2020 today, there are many that are not suitable for use, especially in wall construction, where many conditions are damp and the wall paint is peeling off so that repairs are needed in the form of painting the outer and inner walls. Implementation of Community Service Painting of Balai RW XI Jl. Silikat Kel.. Purwantoro Kec. Blimbing Malang city is carried out are: 1. Calculation of the Budget Plan for Painting Implementation Costs Balai RW XI is Rp. 13,955,000, - (Thirteen Million Nine Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Rupiah) the source of funds from PKM Polinema activities and RW XI Cash. 2. Painting the Balai RW XI is prioritized on repairing inner and outer wall paints. 3. Implementation of painting at Balai RW XI will be carried out from 20 July 2020 - 8 August 2020 with a total processing time of 3 weeks.
