Abstract

The development of financial technology (fintech) has given rise to various financial service applications, including the Flip application. Flip provides a variety of technology-based financial services, such as interbank transfers, buying credit, and E-Wallet top-ups. The Flip application is widely used by the general public, including cadres of the Wahdah Islamiyah mass organization. This research examines fintech transactions from an Islamic perspective, tracing fintech contracts in the Flip application, and the views of Wahdah Islamiyah cadres regarding the use of the Flip application in fintech transactions from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis and a grounded theory approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation all played a role in the data collection process. The results of this research show that: 1) in Islamic terms, fintech is something that is permitted as long as it is free from prohibited elements such as usury, gharar, maysir, tadlis, dharar, zhulm, and haram. 2) Fintech contracts in the Flip application are wakalah, wakalah bil ujrah, and bay' (buying and selling) contracts, which are basically permitted. 3) Flip users among Wahdah Islamiyah cadres view that Flip services such as interbank transfers, credit purchases, and E-Wallet top-ups are in accordance with Islamic economic principles because they are free from usury, gharar, and dharar and contain maslahah and taysir (convenience). Implications of this research: 1) The socialization of Islamic economic principles in fintech-based financial services is needed. 2) can develop research on other fintech features of the Flip application.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan melalui (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh layanan melalui Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas. Untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) melalui kepuasan nasabah pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Unit Siwa Kabupaten Wajo. Untuk mengimplemasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas layanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Kualitas layanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Hasil uji mediasi yang menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan nasabah tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Unit Siwa Kabupaten Wajo. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality through (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty) on customer satisfaction. To analyze the influence of services through Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) on customer loyalty. To analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty. To analyze service quality (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, Emphaty) through customer satisfaction at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Siwa Unit in Wajo Regency. To implement these objectives, descriptive analysis, validity test and reliability test, classic assumption test, path analysis are used. The results of the study found that service quality through physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service through tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The mediation test results show that customer satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of service quality through tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for customer loyalty at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Siwa Unit in Wajo Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (a). pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI, (b). kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI, (c). motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI dan (d) kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 176 orang yang terdistribusipada 3 stasiun LPP TVRI meliputi Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Selatan, dan Sulawesi Barat. Sampel menggunakan metode sensus dimanaseluruh responden dijadikan sebagai sampel. Alatanalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program Smart PLS Versi 3.2. Adapun lokasi penelitian adalah TVRI Wilayah sulawesi selatan, Sulawesi Tenggara dan Sulawesi Barat Hasil penelitian bahwa; (a). budaya organisasi berpengaruh postif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI, motivasi berepngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja pegawai pegawai LPP TVRI. This study aims to determine and analyze (a). the influence of organizational culture on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, (b). leadership on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, (c). work motivation on LPP TVRI employee performance and (d) competence on LPRI TVRI employee performance. The study population was 176 people distributed in 3 LPP TVRI stations covering Southeast Sulawesi, South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. The sample uses the census method where all respondents are used as samples. Alatanalisis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS Version 3.2. The research locations are TVRI in South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. (a). organizational culture does not have a significant positive effect on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, motivation has positive and significant influence on the performance of LPP TVRI employees and competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of LPP TVRI employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Kompetensi SDM terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar.. (2) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Teknologi Informasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar. (3). Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis pengaruh Komuniksi organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, maka Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar (2) Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar (3). Komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) To identify and analyze the influence of HR competence on the performance of the Makassar City Environmental Service employees. (2) To identify and analyze the effect of information technology on the performance of the Makassar City Environmental Service staff. (3). To Know and Analyze the influence of organizational communication on Employee Performance of the Environmental Service of Makassar City. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that (1). Human resource competencies have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of the Makassar City Environmental Service 2) Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of the Makassar City Environmental Service (3). Organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of the Makassar City Environmental Servicet.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Suku Bunga Perbankan Kompetitif, Investasi Dan Interest Spread Rate Optimal Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Daerah Di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hipotesis penelitian menggunakan basis teori/konsep, didukung oleh penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang mempunyai kesamaan variabel. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data Sekunder. Menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda berbantuan SPSS 25 untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa suku bunga kompetitif berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, spread suku bunga optimal berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah

Abstract

The inattention of the public as producers and consumers regarding the level of halal products is still a current phenomenon. This encourages the need for education and promotion regarding the importance of choosing halal products from various aspects. This research was carried out with the aim of formulating education and promotion of halal products based on strategy and substance. This research is research with a qualitative paradigm and also includes library research. Data sources come from online news, research results, and book literature. Based on this study, a synthesis was obtained that strategies for education and promotion of halal products can be carried out by promoting halal product research, integrating halal industry content in the educational curriculum, encouraging producers as subjects and objects of halal promotion and education, and choosing appropriate educational and promotional media. Education and promotion in the context of the halal industry must fulfill material and non-material substance.

Abstract

This study provides new empirical evidence regarding the application of sharing risk in Islamic banking in Indonesia. The focus of this research is to analyze the application of sharing risk in musyarakah financing, formulating sharing risk in musyarakah financing. The research method used is descriptive research which is analyzed qualitatively. Data sources were obtained from employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia account maintenance unit, Risk unit and collection unit, as well as documentation. Data analysis was done by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of risk sharing in musharakah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia has not been fully fulfilled; 2) The risk sharing formulation can be implemented by proposing several improvements including the existence of a communication room where every customer's business development will be reported per period with the concept of joint business, then if a risk occurs it should be included in the communication room so that it can be discussed with both parties to formulate the best steps; Our evidence suggests that regulators further strengthen the Islamic banking system through musharakah contract reform and focus on the risk sharing system, especially the contracting parties.
