Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas usaha kelompok Khanza Gaza melalui perbaikan manajemen usaha yang masih lemah. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: (a) untuk memperbaiki administrasi kelompok berupa perizinan, persuratan sampai kelengkapan rekening bank; (b) memfasilitasi usaha kelompok untuk mengembangkan produk diversifikasi dengan bahan baku utama dari hasil perikanan; (c) memfasilitasi usaha kelompok untuk memiliki peralatan yang lebih mendukung peningkatan kualitas produksi yang dihasilkan termasuk kemasan yang standar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Kota Makassar. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive dengan pertimbangan Kota Makassar merupakan pasar yang sangat potensial untuk produk-produk olahan perikanan yang menjadi ciri kota Makassar. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan mulai bulan Agustus sampai Oktober 2015. Tahapan kegiatan terdiri atas persiapan, identifikasi kondisi kelompok, memfasilitasi manajemen usaha dan teknis manajemen produksi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah adanya perkembangan manajemen Khanza Gaza baik dari aspek administrasi maupun teknik produksi dan strategi pemasaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profitability of vanname shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) cultivation using the supra intensive method and to determine the feasibility of cultivating vanname shrimp (Litopenaeus vannemei) using the supra intensive method in CV. Dewi Windu, Barru Regency. This research was conducted from March to April 2020. The sampling method used was the case study method in CV. Dewi Windu where the research goes directly to the field by taking respondents (samples) from the representative population using a questionnaire as the main data collection. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data and then analyzed using cost and income analysis as well as business financial analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of business profits obtained in the super intensive vanname shrimp cultivation business of Rp. 3,914,733.10. Where the profit is obtained from the total revenue of Rp. 34,626,400,000 minus the total cost used of Rp. 15,050,734,400. The feasibility of Vanname Shrimp Cultivation at CV Dewi Windu was obtained from the results of the NPV, B/C Ratio, IRR, and Payback Period where each was obtained. The NPV (Net Present Value) obtained in the supra-intensive vanname shrimp culture in the next five years is Rp. 3,772,305,286. Comparison of the value of net cash receipts in the future or Net B/C ratio in the supra intensive vanname shrimp farming business is 1.1. Interest rate or IRR (Internal Rate of Return) in the cultivation of super-intensive vanname shrimp is 25.4%. As for the payback period (PP) in the cultivation of super-intensive vanname shrimp, which is for a period of less than 1.95 years or equal to 23.4 months. Abstract

This study aims to determine the big production, an endless hours of work, income levels and household allocation mini purse seine fishing in the District Bontobahari, Bulukumba. The data collection was conducted in February-March 2016. The location determination is done purposively with consideration that fishermen in the area generally work as fishermen using mini purse seine fishing gear. This is a descriptive study using a mixture  method. A mixed method research approach that combines or links between a descriptive method qualitative and quantitative. Descriptive research is a problem-solving process was investigated by describing the state of the object of research at the present time based on the facts that appear on the site. Qualitative methods are methods that form of words, sentences, schematics and drawings. Quantitative method is a method in the form of numbers, charts and graphs. The sampling method used in this study is a cluster random sampling, namely fishermen grouped by strata that retainer and mustard. The results showed domestic production of 5.43 tons fishermen, the outpouring of fishermen working hours allows for the alternative job search to fill the time, comparison of income retainer with the crew very much which is about 87.71%:12.29%. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan usaha kelompok melalui peningkatan kinerja usaha kelompok pengolah hasil perikanan “Sinar  Harapan” di Kabupaten Wajo dan memfasilitasi usaha kelompok baik dalam hal manajemen usaha, manajemen produksi dan manajemen pemasaran. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tempe Kabupaten Wajo. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive dengan pertimbangan perkembangan jumlah usaha pengolah yang terus meningkat dan bahan baku ikan gabus yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan nilai kesehatan. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan mulai persiapan, identifikasi kondisi kelompok, memfasilitasi manajemen usaha dan teknis manajemen produksi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Sampel pada pengabdian ini adalah Kelompok Usaha Sinar Harapan yang beranggotakan 10 orang. Hasil kegiatan adalah kelompok Sinar Harapan memiliki kelengkapan administrasi dan perizinan, proses produksi yang telah menggunakan peralatan yang standar dan memiliki manajemen produksi yang berorientasi pasar. Untuk pengembangan segmen pasar makanan akan dilakukan kerjasama dengan Laboratorium kewirausaan UNHAS , Kata kunci :  Kinerja usaha,  olahan ikan gabus, pendampingan, ABSTRACT This community services aims to support development of a bussines group through the improvement of business performance of fishery product processing group "Sinar Harapan" in Wajo and facilitate a group effort both in terms of business management, production management and marketing management. The community service was held in the District Tempe of Wajo Regency. The location selection was done purposively with consideration of the development of the increasing number of businesses processing and raw materials of common snakehead fish that has economic value and the value of health. The community service was conducted over three months starting from preparation, identification of the condition of the group, facilitated the technical operations management and production management in accordance with market needs. Sample used in this study was the Sinar Harapan local bussines group consists of 10 people. Results of this study show that the group of Sinar Harapan has had the paperwork and licensing while production processes have been using standard equipment and has a market-oriented production management. Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk sambusaq dengan penggunaan teknologi, sistem mekanisasi dan membangun merek dagang dengan kemasan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh Kelompok usaha perempuan di Kelurahan Pekkabata Kecamatan Polewali Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, limpahan bahan baku yang tinggi tidak disertai dengan manajemen stok yang baik, dan peralatan yang dimiliki masih sangat sederhana. Dengan Kegiatan Pengabdian Mayarakat ini dengan memberikan bantuan mesin Freezer, penggiling dan pengaduk adonan dan mengepres kemasan ini diharapkan bisa menjadi alternatif sehingga kualitas produk sambusaq tetap terjaga.

Abstract

Kepuasaan konsumen merupakan sangat penting dilakukan oleh suatu usaha bisnis ikan hias karena hal ini sangat menentukan tingkat pertumbuhan usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa persen indeks kepuasaan konsumen ikan hias di Pasar Hobi. Pengambilan data pada bulan april sampai mei 2019. Penetuan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive dengan pertimbangan bahwa pasar hobi adalah satu-satunya pasar ikan hias yang ada di Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey di mana pengambilan pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat bantu pengumpulan data. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus linier time function, sehingga jumlah responden yang didapatkan sebanyak 48 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan importance performance analysis (analisis tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat pelaksanaan) dan costumer satisfaction index (indeks kepuasan pelanggan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 3 atribut yang diperlukan ditingkatkan kinerjanya dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap kinerja atribut kios ikan hias sebesar 70.5% masuk dalam kategori puas.Kata kunci: ikan hias, kepuasan konsumen, pasar hobi

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak has had a serious impact on various aspects of life and so far no drugs and antivirals have been found to completely cure the outbreak. Covid-19 has also become a serious threat in the economic field, one of which is in the field of processing fishery products. This study aims to determine the resilience of MEMEs in processed fisheries before the pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic in Makassar City. The sample in this study were eight MSMEs processed fisheries in the city of Makassar which were selected by purposive sampling. Primary data collection was carried out by interview using the help of a questionnaire. The data that has been collected was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that the adaptations or strategies adopted by MEMEs in processing fisheries in meeting their daily needs are grouped into three categories, namely: The first is an active strategy, namely carrying out various activities by self-employment. The second passive strategy is trying to avoid risks caused by non-economic shocks (e.g. reducing social costs, health, education, and surrendering to circumstances). Furthermore, the network strategy is for example establishing relationships to obtain assistance both informally and formally from other parties.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of social media, customer experience and servicescape on revisit intention in marine tourism objects at Akkarena Beach, Makassar and to determine the factors that impact the interest in revisit intention to Akkarena Beach, Makassar. This research was conducted from January to March 2021. The type of research used is associative. The research data was collected using the interview method and the distribution of a list of questions (questionnaires) distributed to 94 respondents who had visited the Akkarena Beach marine tourism object and active users of social media. The analysis technique used is multiple regression to prove the research hypothesis. Data that has met the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption are the processed to obtain a regression equation. The results of this research indicate that the impact of social media, customer experience and servicescape together has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention with a value of Fcount 11,403 > Ftable 2,709. The partial test shows that social media, customer experience and servicescape each have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. Social media variabels have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, it is seen from the value of Tcount 2,893 > Ttable 1,9864 with significance 0,002 < 0,05. Customer experience variabels have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, it is seen from the value of Tcount 4,038 > Ttable 1,9864 with a significance 0,000 < 0,05. Servicescape variabels have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, it is seen from the value of Tcount 2,984 > Ttable 1,9864 with a significance 0,004 < 0,05. The value of Adjusted R Square obtained from the Determinant Coefficient (R2) test on the revisit intention of 0,651 explains that 65,1% in revisit intention is able to be explained by variables are social media, customer experience and servicescape, while the remaining 34,9% us explained by other variables that are not investigated in this research.

Abstract

The fisheries sector is a sector that has a contribution to economic development in Indonesia, this can be seen from the increase in fishery production which continues to increase from year to year. One area that has a high level of enthusiasm in fishery economic activity is Barrang Ca'di Island with the traditional system of hand line fishing on Barrang Caddi Island resulting in the inability to access fishing locations due to one of the cruising capabilities of the fleet and production costs that must be incurred by hand line fishermen, the fisherman also still maintains the pattern of economic system patterns in fishing activities as a reference material in living their daily lives, based on this the purpose of this study is to determine the level of income for production activities and the level of business feasibility of hand line fishermen for fishing. developed on Barrang Ca'di Island. The results of the study obtained the amount of income from the fishing line business, which was Rp. 88,358,140, - and showed that the line fishing business carried out by fishermen on Barrang Caddi Island was feasible to be developed with the division between revenue and costs having a value of more than one (>1 ).
